最犀利的肚,都有生病的一日。猴子這幾天都有點腸胃炎跡象,個胃「乸住乸住」。多得麥當當這兩星期搞甚麼特價優惠,脆雞加汽水、火腿芝士包 X 2都只係十蚊。貪心的猴子明明食飽,但一到十一時仍忍不住衝去麥當當買特價包,結果搞到食滯兼肚瀉。正想今日早些回家休息,頭號損友又突然話要今晚食飯……被損友及老細脅持到添好運點心專門店,心諗,肚痛唔食得多,但埋單找數又要share,咁咪好唔抵!?不過世事無絕對,當第一碟點心韮黃鮮蝦腸送上之後,事情有了180度轉變。這鮮蝦腸的腸粉皮的確極之嫩滑,豉油純粹吊出大蝦鮮味,唔似一般茶樓咁以咸味來「遮瑕」。其實唔單止腸粉,其他如蝦餃、燒賣、粉果等等,都係皮滑餡靚,以材料鮮味掛帥,令人食指大動。講到呢度,你或者會問:「乜猴子你唔係腸胃炎肚痛咩!?」真係講都冇人信,由食完條粉腸一刻開始,猴子個胃已經冇咁痛,而且越食越開胃!唔通呢間餐廳的點心可以醫腸胃炎?猴子唔敢咁講,因為冇科學根據,又或者只係巧合。除了例牌的蝦餃燒賣,我們還點了古法糯米雞、酥皮焗叉燒包、蒜茸蝦春卷、香脆韮菜角、紅油抄手、鳳爪排骨飯等等,全部都係水準之作,滿足感爆燈。醫完肚之後,埋單約三百,三個人食本應位位一百,殊不損友忽然大發慈悲話佢請客。唉!早知叫多幾碟!…Read More

平時總是朝早吃點心,這次卻在晚飯時分突然想吃,於是來到家附近的添好運。平時這家店10點開門,總是門口大把排隊客等候,現在已經夜晚7點,來到果然沒有人排隊,不過店裡還是坐滿8成位置。我和男友點了這家的特色菜式6道,其實添好運的選擇並不多,但勝在幾乎沒有會中伏的點心。一來是酥皮叉燒包,好久沒來吃了,記得以前的酥皮是像菠蘿包一樣,現在竟然成了白色,而且外皮偏甜了一些,可能是換了配方。叉燒餡還是一樣好吃!!!再來是鮑汁雞腳,燉得夠爛,而且雞腳的趾甲被很貼心地事先處理掉了。但不知道為什麼湯汁沒有粘稠感,如果粘稠一些我會更愛。接下來是我最愛的馬拉糕,無論去哪裡吃點心我都會點上一份馬拉糕,添好運的算是不錯,不會太甜,也足夠鬆軟,熱騰騰的真是美味啦!記得以前在稻香吃點心,蝦餃上桌總是蒸過頭,連皮都爛掉,添好運這樣的價錢,蝦餃確是好漂亮的造型上桌,所以說大食肆真應該反省自己!除了造型已經贏了一局,吃起來味道同樣讓人滿意,不會乾身,蝦肉也彈牙,贊·~~~男友愛吃辣,最愛這道煎釀虎皮青椒。青椒去籽,肚子里包上肉餡,煎過之後淋上豉油,夠惹味。最後是相當於主食的,荷葉糯米雞,上桌已經覺得是好大一份,打開來更覺得滿滿當當全是糯米!糯米用荷葉蒸鍋本來就已經很香甜,肉餡的湯汁滲透過之後更好吃。但是糯米雞的肉餡太大塊了,應該切成小塊包裹住,吃起來才更方便,希望可以改進呀~這一餐吃得很飽,因不收茶位費或服務費,所以真的很划算!!!一共花去135元~不得不說住在北角真是好………Read More

6月24日, 平民米芝蓮港式點心添好運真係好巴閉~ 預咗起碼要等一個鐘以上先食到, 但試過拜會旺角總店卻於下午4點已經宣佈派晒籌, 連等位嘅資格都無! 自此之後每次經過佢門口都無不被那大批人潮嚇親… 深水埗同中環店都唔就腳… 等呀等卒之等到北角店開張~ 決定要神心地約埋媽媽同妹妹一行四人嚟排隊飛! 今次, 終於等到喇!::: 酥皮焗叉燒包 ::: $17嚟呢度唔食過佢嘅鎮店名物酥皮焗叉燒包真係唔好話食過添好運! 基本上每枱食客都一定會叫一客, 亦因為咁所以店方一早嚴陣以待, 酥皮叉包供貨量極之充足, 可謂長叫長有, 源源不絕新鮮出爐~ 不過可能製作模式已經太系統化而忽略品質檢定, 有d包個酥皮都未上好色, 白雪雪咁都照上碟, 賣相扣咗少少分. 不過新鮮出爐, 豈有難食之理? 面層酥皮焗得香脆, 包身鬆軟, 叉燒餡肉汁豐腴, 鹹香有致甜度適中, 認真皮薄餡靚~ 果然名不虛傳!::: 晶瑩鮮蝦餃 ::: $22蝦餃都幾細粒, 但皮夠薄, 除咗望落夠晶瑩透出粉紅蝦肉外, 亦意味餡料亦不孤寒~ 煙韌粉皮內係粒粒爽口彈牙嘅鮮蝦! 成粒食一口咬下爆出鮮蝦肉汁, 真係好食!::: 陳皮牛肉球 ::: $14牛肉球肉質嫩滑唔油膩, 食得出係鮮牛肉做先有嘅軟嫩口感, 唔似得出面有d牛肉球好似舊橡膠波咁, 彈牙得離譜咁得人驚! 入口除咗牛肉味外, 芫茜陳皮亦滲出清香, 兩者比例平均, 唔會俾是但一樣蓋過另一樣個味.::: 潮州蒸粉果 ::: $12媽媽好鐘意食潮州粉果, 雖然好多地方都有, 但做得好嘅就真係好少… 好多時唔係皮太厚就係餡料唔夠正宗. 呢度嘅潮州粉果就好有水準~ 首先同蝦餃一樣粉皮相當透薄, 連入面d餡料都睇得好清楚. 餡料有齊沙葛、蝦米、豬肉、芹菜粒等, 而且都下得重手塞到成件粉果脹卜卜! 食勻北角酒樓d潮州粉果嘅媽媽都大讚呢度做得好!::: 沙茶金菇牛肉角 ::: $15估唔到呢個沙茶金菇牛肉角原來係炸嘅! 金黃色嘅牛肉角炸得非常鬆脆~ 尤其是頂頂d多層摺位, 炸完好脆卜卜, 一咬就碎到一碟都係! 不過咬開餡料就主要都係牛, 金菇比例好少, 沙茶味亦較淡, 而且食落有d油膩… 一般般… ::: 家鄉咸水角::: $14咸水角都係細細粒~ 勝在炸得夠香口脆身, 外層夠脆咬落又煙韌, 餡料鹹香惹味, 而且唔算好油膩, 唔錯~::: 古法糯米雞 ::: $25糯米雞唔算好大件, 但一打開已經荷香撲鼻. 糯米軟腍煙韌, 吸收晒雞件肉汁同埋冬菇香味~ 好味! 但美中不足係餡料同鹹蛋黃都唔夠多, 撈唔晒d糯米一齊食.::: 黃沙豬潤腸 ::: $18豬潤腸都係偏細條~ 但餡料闊綽, 每條腸粉由頭至尾啖啖都食到豬潤! 腸粉皮夠薄又夠爽滑, 食落米味香濃, 同油潤嘅黃沙豬潤交織著軟腍口感, 味道好夾~ 好好味!::: 香滑馬拉糕 ::: $14呀菲一向都好鐘意食傳統古法馬拉糕~ 奈何越來越多酒樓愛畫蛇添足, 又加奶黃又變千層等等等等… 搞到馬拉糕就得番個甜字. 呢度嘅馬拉糕就用番傳統做法, 啡色嘅切件式馬拉糕, 氣孔分佈大粒又平均, 質地十分輕盈~ 甜度食中之餘亦有陣少少嘅烤焦香, 好好味! 爭d好味到想叫多件! 推介~~~::: 白灼郊外油菜 ::: $16是日郊外油菜有西生菜. 以油菜嚟講份量叫適中, 但相比起其他點心呢個賣相算係幾求奇架喇… 生菜零零碎碎亂疊一通, 侍應淋豉油時又淋得孤寒… 好在d菜都算新鮮食落都清甜~ 食過旺角添好運嘅朋友自不免會拿兩者來比較, 然後都話北角無總店咁好味… 不過對於我地呢d第一次食添好運嘅人嚟講, 呢度嘅點心比起同區其他點心專門店或者酒樓已經算好好食啦! 而且價錢唔貴~ 絕對係北角居民嘅好食點! 平日會較少人, 假期就真係要攞飛請早喇~…Read More

op_p 黑心店,千其唔好去,d嘢食好汙糟,d餐具都冇洗乾淨,全部都係油, 不過最令人擔心嘅係個間店嘅經理同主管。經理:陸志光(性格古怪,特別中意女人,甚至低至10歲小妹妹都要調戲,而且成日對公司女員工色言穢語,中意圖卑錢女員工幫佢**,幫親嘅人千其要小心)主管:余小玉(性格暴躁,成日對d客發脾氣,對d客不禮貌,特別係中意同d客計較座位,d客一唔按佢要求座,就要被鬧一餐,就算係餐廳嘅得閑時段都要決定d客座邊,搞到次次都要我幫佢做翻人情{搞到我次次對d客講,佢精神有問題,唔洗同佢計較})總之,以上不設個人觀點,只是如實警告大家———去北角添好運 要三思。。。
