可能是以前曾有米芝蓮美食光環的關係,以前每次經過這裹都看到一大羣人在等待座位,今天看到不需要等位,便決定走進去吃。餐廳裝修變舊了,但仍有不少即叫即蒸的點心可以給我去選擇,其中有必吃的如“酥皮焗叉燒包”、“鮑汁鳳爪”,我當然沒有放過。另外也點了“布拉格腸粉”,把加了醬油、麻醬和甜醬的腸粉放入口,腸粉中心附近的咬感有些糊口,不太好吃,而“鳳爪排骨蒸飯”入口雖仍熱辣辣,飯粒有排骨蒸出來的豬肉香味,但整體上感覺已沒有以前般美味,只算是中規中矩。

添好運點心專門店在香港共有7家分店。在國外也有不少分店,曾經被評為米芝連一星餐廳。豉汁蒸鳳爪爽腍入味,花生滲透了鳳爪的汁,非常好味。豆豉蒸排骨,鮮嫩肉滑,就是量少了一點。鮑汁豆腐是新推薦的出品。感覺中規中矩。鮮蝦腐皮卷蝦肉新鮮彈牙.皮薄松脆,非常香口。新菜色炸紫菜卷沒什麼特別之處,三件小的可憐。土魷肉餅蒸飯,足料有幾多土魷,好好味。點贊👍所有點心都是熱辣辣的,價格亦算合理。但是出品量縮水很多,這大概與疫情有關,搵食艱難吧…。

豬潤明顯少左,不過依然係皮薄,豬潤好滑而唔係乾淨淨同熟到透曬

但排骨依然滑身,配搭甜甜地嘅煲仔飯豉油

蝦大大粒,好脆口
最特別係上面舖左啲杞子,賣相靚左

唔洗多講,叉燒包係添好運嘅招牌菜式

今天早上到了潻好運點心專門店。顧名思義,是專門供點心的茶餐廳式經營,賣點是落單後即叫即做點心,需時15-20分鐘。不過人客也不會久坐,吃完便走。這裡不講究茶香水熱,一律供應銻茶壺很快水已不熱,所以茶錢只收三蚊一位。點心無論是蒸的炸的,上枱時都是新鮮出爐熱騰騰的。各樣點心的味道亦調得不錯,出品有保證。豉汁蒸鳳爪,微微辣味帶起豉汁味道,鳳爪爽腍花生入味。家鄉鹹水角,能感覺到是由熱鍋撈起不久的炸物,外脆內滑溜,饀料味美。金銀蛋瘦肉粥,食入口便知非米糊開的,是煲的有米粥,不錯。煎臘味蘿蔔糕,糕身雖軟但仍煎得金黃無散爛,吃到蘿蔔粒臘味不濃。 蜜汁叉燒腸,腸粉軟滑不會硬身,叉燒則較韌。兩個人叫了五籠點心,加埋茶錢埋單$106。

今日同呀仔 拍下拖,推住架BB車路經北角,見有間添好運,晏晝4點幾無咩人,不如走去試下,今次係我第一次食添好運,結果極之失望。一入舖,呀姐見我推住架BB車已經用手指指住我兼用普通話喝住我話BB車唔比入,叫我放埋一邊,我問有冇highchair,佢話冇,我心諗咁叫我點食?抱住個仔食?講真我去茶餐廳食野從未試過有人話BB車唔比入,見佢趕客咁款我即刻掉頭推門想走。另一個呀姐見我想走即刻叫返我入黎話BB車可以入。坐低後另一位呀姐拎點心紙黎又係用普通話問茶位係咪兩位,我話BB唔飲茶,佢話都要收茶位因為佢霸左個位。我第一次聽有人咁講野,不過$3蚊我費事講咁多。我叫左出名既酥皮焗叉燒包,蝦蛟,牛腸。諗住佢d伙計態度差,食物應該ok掛,點知一樣係差,講真d野食真係好普通,任何一間連鎖酒樓都好食過佢,個牛腸難食到我個仔都唔吼(平時佢好鍾意食牛腸)。仲有d所謂茶,只係茶色既暖水,一d茶味都冇。佢地收銀機上面有塊鏡寫住「香港傳奇」,或者曾經係,而家一定唔係,我真係唔希望d遊客以為呢d就係香港美食,如果係就惨,d遊客一定嚇走哂。仲有,雖然我知佢地做大陸客生意多,亦未必分到香港人同大陸人,但我同d呀姐講廣東話d
