To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 小伙子下午要回校補課,中午問我吃甚麼,我建議到新近在北角插旗的「添好運」吃點心。約等了五分鐘,被安排了一個窄窄的位,相信來「添好運」的人都不會是來歎茶,目的都是來吃其有星的點心,吃飽就走。為免小伙子遲到,我快速地選了些點心,叉燒腸粉,蝦餃,酥皮焗叉燒包,又怕他發育時期,不可無飯到肚,加一個煎蛋牛肉飯給他。點心是即叫即蒸,最先送來的是蒸飯,用不鏽鋼盅原盅蒸好的牛肉餅飯,上面有一隻煎蛋,我著小伙子先吃,他試了一口,嫌牛肉餅調味很淡,加了點豉油,誰知豉油也很淡,一點鹹味都沒有,難道加了水?小伙子吃了大半盅,不忘叫我也吃些大家分享。說也奇怪,我自從懂事以來,最怕與人「分享」,如一罐汽水,你飲一啖我飲一啖,或是一碗麵,你吃一箸我吃一箸,就算我在兒時,就算很肚餓,爸媽吃過給我吃,我也不會吃,但是當我兩個孩子來到這世界,我竟然接受到他們吃過的食物,人大了會改變,也許這就是做了父親後,其中的一樣轉變。牛肉餅是牛肉球的版本,腍腍的,有些芫茜,幾香,也有些馬蹄粒,若是鹹些少會較好。蝦餃是小伙子喜愛的食物之一,這店也做得不錯,餃皮少少煙韌,蝦肉爽口。叉燒腸粉,又是豉油不夠鹹,腸粉拉得不太厚,有水準,皮也不算

蝦餃是小伙子喜愛的食物之一,這店也做得不錯,餃皮少少煙韌,蝦肉爽口。叉燒腸粉,又是豉油不夠鹹,腸粉拉得不太厚,有水準,皮也不算韌。酥皮焗叉燒包是這店的名物,不得不點一碟來試試,一碟有三個,咬一口,包身熱烘烘,聞到陣陣牛油香已令人神往,酥皮脆脆的,好好味,叉燒餡亦不錯,果然是名物,有空會再來吃。

飽餐後,小伙子亦要趕回校補課了。
