Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Food and Health Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department has launched the "League of RSS-friendly Restaurants" ("League"). Restaurants participated in the League will offer less-salt-and-sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 這間名字都是由前幾年開始知道,那時應該係報紙報導邊間新年糕點好食,及從我舊同事post去FB的相而認識,不過從未去過……原來北角都有分店,今晚有機會試下,其實之前都有睇過啲食評,有好有不好,我並沒有什麼期望,因為今日胃口還是有滯的感覺,所以只食咗三款點心……1. 古法糯米雞~可能我冇特別記得以前糯米雞有咩料,但呢度的糯米雞好多料,如果糯米飯多番啲仲好,又熱辣辣,吾錯,不過略嫌啲肉硬咗啲……2. 酥皮焗叉燒飽~皮薄叉燒餡料足,又juicy,又熱辣辣,好食3. 蝦餃~皮薄,味道一般
