Hands down the best duck ragu in Hong Kong! Duck is tender, adding smoothness to the duck sauce with the fettuccine.
鴨溶同鴨醬好濃郁，加上闊條麵既彈牙，真係好好食！
4️⃣ Wagyu Tagliata⭐
Might be because of the supply chain issue during the pandemic. This is definitely NOT Wagyu. The fat is still attached to the beef, which is dry. The gravy is WAY too salty.
伏！唔係和牛，D肉又鞋又有成垢肥膏係上面，gravy鹹到癡線💀😭
🍹Fresh Line ⭐⭐⭐ $98
One of their special cocktails, Fresh Line is a cocktail of vodka, raspberry and kaffir leaves. The aroma of raspberry balances out the sourness of the kaffir lime.
