呢間位於西環新開嘅意大利菜餐廳,樓高三層,地方好寛闊,燈光偏黃,帶點復古感,環境亦幾chill,好啱打卡📸!💛Scallop Carpaccio $108帶子切到薄片刺身,味道好鮮甜,加上菠蘿柚子汁,酸酸甜甜,好清新🌿🧡Fritto Misto$180呢個海鮮拼盤,有炸帶子,炸魷魚,炸蝦同炸白飯魚,再配上辣椒蕃茄,好香口惹味🍝Seafood Tagliatelle $178用上手造意粉,好彈牙,加上魷魚、蝦等海鮮,加上蕃茄醬汁亦好香濃,每一條意粉都能沾滿醬汁,配合得好好!🦑 Stuffed calamari $188魷魚用上慢煮方式去烹調,入面塞滿蟹肉同海膽,好鮮甜,而且已切好一件件,好方便食用👍🏻🤎Tiramisu $58份量好足,大大份,蛋糕好creamy,好有咖啡酒香,面頭仲有滿滿的朱古力粉呢💗Tofu Panna Cotta $58奶凍好特別,係用上新鮮豆腐同雲呢拿豆,食落好滑,豆腐味亦好香濃,加上由紅糖同淡醬油製成嘅醬汁,令整體味道更提升! 繼續閱讀

前幾日,男朋友話佢公司附近開左間新餐廳幾吸引,於是我哋就趁假期去左試。習慣左好早食野嘅我哋6點半左右就到左餐廳,時間尚早嘅關係唔係好多人。餐廳嘅門面好靚,粉紅色門牌,白色為主,有少量露天嘅位,打卡一流。入到去入面嘅裝修都好靚,原來係三層嘅設計。第一層有個好grand嘅bar位,有唔少酒,應該都幾岩Happy Hour過嚟。而且排列得好整齊好乾淨。一入到去店員招呼都好周到,帶咗我哋去第二層,座位好舒服,而且仲睇住啲廚師整嘢食,好有透明度,feel到個廚房好乾淨。一坐低店員除咗比Menu我哋睇之外仲同我哋介紹,好nice👍🏼叫咗嘢食之後,好快就上咗個餐包,係好香羅勒味嘅餐包,仲提供埋黑醋同埋橄欖油俾我哋點,麵包都幾好食。前菜方面,我哋叫咗Cicchetti platter同Fritto Misto。前者包括左Bruschetta,佢底層係塊烘過嘅多士,上面落左蕃茄、蒜茸、香草、橄欖油,多士烘得好脆,上面嘅茄茸都好新鮮,好refreshing。然後仲有個水牛芝士,店員教我哋點個汁食,加埋個汁真係好好食好夾,鍾意個汁好酸味味咁。Bresaola roll係風乾牛肉包住新鮮嘅火箭菜,加埋食好夾,個牛肉好好香,面頭仲有啲黑醋。Fritto Misto係一個海鮮嘅炸物拼盤,有一啲好細隻嘅魚仔,帶子,蝦同埋魷魚圈,炸粉唔算太厚,香脆得來每一樣海鮮都有佢嘅鮮味,仲係好新鮮。主菜方面我哋叫咗店員推介嘅Duck Ragu Pappardelle。呢個係一個好傳統嘅意大利菜,個醬好甘香,有好多鴨肉,我最鍾意嘅係舖頭自家製嘅闊條麵,同平時一般食開嗰啲好唔同,有少少爽口得來好掛汁。另外仲嗌咗個Stuffed calamari,係一個釀魷魚,個魷魚係慢煮,好鮮甜好新鮮,裏面釀咗米形嘅pasta、蟹肉、海膽,食得出成個都係好新鮮,如果個pasta可以再咬口啲就更好,不過整體主食都好好食。甜品我哋就兩款都試晒,tiramisu係好傳統嘅味道,幾好食!最有驚喜嘅係豆腐奶凍,既有豆腐嘅香味,又有吉士布甸同埋奶凍嗰種棉棉嘅口感,仲有焦糖醬吊味,好值得試!見到呢度嘅bar枱,我哋都忍唔住叫咗兩杯嘢飲,我嗰杯係bloody Mary martini,有好香嘅胡椒味,店員話佢哋唔係用普通嘅vodka做底。男朋友就嗌咗杯Negroni,我自己唔太飲酒就覺得有啲苦,佢就話幾好飲。值得一提嘅係店員嘅招呼真係好周到,最後仲帶咗我哋上第三層參觀,遲啲有機會用來做私人Booking。整體而言,依間餐廳都幾適合情侶或者屋企人嚟慶祝生日或者節日。 繼續閱讀

週末約咗朋友去西營盤食晚飯,我揀咗呢間新開嘅「Casa Cucina & Bar」,係一間樓高三層,室內裝修時尚嘅意大利餐廳。餐牌上主打四大類別食物:前菜、意粉、主菜同甜品,另有多款酒精、非酒精飲品🍻🍸🍷Pina Colada香濃椰汁、菠蘿汁加入冧酒同碎冰粒拌勻,冰涼解渴,微酸微甜的,易入口👍🏻Passion Fruit Bellini熱情果味頗突出,甜度適中,適合配搭海鮮飲用。自家製香草餐包翻熱後嘅餐包外脆內軟,香草味濃,個人喜愛沾上黑醋橄欖油食用。Scallop Carpaccio 刺身帶子刺身薄片,口感滑溜,鮮甜味美,加上菠蘿柚子汁,捲成花瓣嘅紫蘇花,酸酸甜甜,增添清新感覺,開胃前菜之選。Clams新鮮蜆肉加入忌廉、白酒、辣椒粉、香芹等等製成,味道鹹鹹辣辣,頗特別!伴以香脆牛油多士,適合沾上湯汁食用,多士吸收晒蜆肉同湯汁嘅鮮甜精華,正呀!Cod Acqua Pazza黑鱈魚有三塊,魚皮微脆,魚肉超鮮嫩,味道甜美,非常高質!湯汁伴以車厘茄、新鮮蜆肉、橄欖、羅勒等等,味道鮮甜又清爽👍🏻伴碟同樣有三大塊香脆牛油法包,建議浸湯汁食😍Steak TagliataHanging Tender封門柳,即是牛橫膈膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,十分罕有。肉紋粗,口感柔嫩柔軟,牛味濃郁!配火箭菜及牛油薯蓉,完美配搭~薯蓉口感軟滑,充滿牛油香,必吃!Tiramisu 好大件,面上撒了可可粉,蛋糕口感creamy,唔會太甜😋Tofu Panna Cotta鮮忌廉製成嘅奶凍就食得多,豆腐奶凍真係第一次食~表面加左由紅糖同淡醬油製成嘅醬汁,微微甜。豆腐奶凍則用新鮮豆腐及雲呢拿豆製成,口感超滑溜,豆腐味道好香濃! 繼續閱讀

March is a super long month, that’s why we need a break. I dated my friend to go to SYP for dinner after work. We saw this new restaurant on the main road. It is a restaurant with open settings, people chilling at the window seats!First we ordered our drinks to begjn with then the staff served us a warm basket of bread with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Amaretto Sour$98It tastes great, it's easy to drink! Sweet and Sour from the lemon juice, the drops of bitter balance the drink and add an extra kick to the drinkPassion Fruit Bellini$58Very sweet drink for ladies because of the peach purée. This drink is filled with delights of natural flavours. Clams$128The white wine and cream sauce is the star! It’s light like soup, you can drink it, perfect taste, useful for dipping the toasts in. The clams are cooked well not rubbery like other restaurants! Really like heavenly like sauceFritto Misto$180Its a dish of deep fried seafood, which include prawns, calamari, scallop and fish! Their homemade chilli mayo is yum, goes harmoniously with the deep fried foodThe scallops still be able to remain its juices inside the batter!Fish is boneless so very easy to consume...Steak Taglata$268This is a medium cooked hanger steak. The Butcher’s steaks is full of flavours as it is located at the lower belly of the cow, so the lacks of exercises make this cut extra tender! Look at the color of the steak, its like an artpiece by the chef. Another star of the dish will be the mash, super smooth and buttery, goes so well with every single element on the plate, the cherry tomatoes, rockets and the beef stock sauce!Stuffed Calamari$188The calamari is stuffed with puntalette , crab meat and sea urchin, just like a treasure box from the ocean!The puntalette is a rice-shaped pasta, perfect to be used to stuff inside the squid. It absorbs the natural sweetness from the crab meat.The white treasure matches well with the oceany squid ink sauce!Tiramisu$58Toufu Panna Cotta$58To end the meal, we have to order these two traditional desserts from the menu. Tiramisu, the classic Italian dessert is made with sponge and mascarpone cheese. Rich yet light mascarpone just barely sweetened is perfectly complimented by the bitter, coffee-soaked lady fingers. A dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder finished it off beautifully. Swoon!Tofu Panna Cotta, texture is just like a HK street snack, toufu fa, but this italian pudding is extra special! The softly set pudding that, at its most elemental, is made with toufu, very rich in taste Flavourful spoonful melts in the mouth right away. The staff is very helpful and patient in explaining the menu as there are some traditional italian ingredients which we might not be familiar with! 作為西環之友,最近發現西營盤新開了一間餐廳,原來是吃意大利菜的,反正媽咪附近返工,這晚就去了試試。 餐廳樓高三層,環境感覺輕鬆舒服,把酒談心、gatherine都好適合! 被安排坐2樓,能看到厨司烹調! 點了2杯mocktails Passion Fruit Bellini 好香熱情果味,酸酸甜甜,好開胃! Oriental Mule 很清新的味道,也非常適合夏天,因為滿滿時令的菠蘿味!也加了Ginger Beer! Clams 白酒煮蜆,cream香滑,配小多士好美味又夾!蜆好新鮮,份量不少,鮮甜,喜歡吃蜆的朋友必試! Cicchetti Platter 很有特式和意式風情的頭盤小吃,一啖一口的,意大利喜歡一起分享、下酒! Burrata-烤麵包上有酸甜的碎番茄。 Bresaola Roll-風乾牛肉包火箭菜和芝士碎,比parma ham肉質有咬口,加上黑醋。 Bruschett-白色的波波是意大利芝士,吃起來極富奶味,有鮮奶油香味,奶味濃郁,配麵包好適合! Duck Ragu Pappardelle 鴨肉醬闊條麵用了鴨腿肉,要一讚這裡的pasta,是自家製手工意粉,所以蛋香重,口感煙韌彈牙,醬汁更特別之處是加了雞肝醬,味道更濃郁! Lamb Rack 這晚的main course是羊架,把多餘的肥膏去掉了,吃起來沒有油膩感,肉質非常彈牙!青胡椒醬汁也可提升肉的鮮味,驚喜! Menu有2款甜品,各點了一試! Tiramisu 好大件!蛋糕上滿滿輕盈奶油,加上marscaphone芝士,質感濕潤,咖啡酒味濃郁,甜度適中且不過膩! Tofu Panna Cotta 豆腐奶凍 知道意大利人的飲食文化一直都很講究,整體來說,餐廳食物有水準,充滿意大利風味,賣相精緻有特式! 繼續閱讀
