✨𝓒𝓪𝓼𝓪 𝓒𝓾𝓬𝓲𝓷𝓪Iconic Pink Restro in CWB💠💠💠💠💠💠In light of the HK Restaurant Week 2025, my colleague and I went to Casa Cucina for lunch on a Happy Friday~ I am always attracted by the pink decor whenever I passed Casa💓 And we finally found an occasion to visit it~ 🌟Lunch Set $198/ppWe ordered the Restro Week set lunch and the amount of food was definitely more than enough🙈 We couldn't finish everything🙈🫕Soup of the Day - 𝕋𝕠𝕞𝕒𝕥𝕠 𝕊𝕠𝕦𝕡The tomato soup was accompanied with some sourdough toast. The soup is a bit sour and salty, but it was fresh and the sourdough was nice!🍴Starter 💠ℂ𝕙𝕚𝕔𝕜𝕖𝕟 𝕃𝕚𝕧𝕖𝕣 𝔽𝕠𝕔𝕒𝕔𝕔𝕚𝕒The chicken liver was creamy, it matched with the focaccia!💠ℂ𝕝𝕒𝕞𝕤 (+$35)The portion was big and the clams were fresh! The clams were accompanied with some sourdough toast and it was perfect to soak the clam soup!🍽Main Course🍝𝕆𝕩𝕔𝕙𝕖𝕖𝕜 ℍ𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 ℙ𝕒𝕡𝕡𝕒𝕣𝕕𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕖Very nice al dente handmade pappardelle! The oxcheek was tender and went well with the pasta! The portion was really big and we could not finish our own main course~🍝𝕊𝕙𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕗𝕚𝕤𝕙 ℍ𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕞𝕒𝕕𝕖 𝕋𝕒𝕘𝕝𝕚𝕒𝕥𝕖𝕝𝕝𝕖 (+$15)The tagliatelle was also very comforting! Casa我Cucina高級菜的酸種麵包和開心果奶油這間店感覺相當高級,但價錢算相宜,45元能在高級舒適的餐廳慢慢用餐,相當超值。過了一個悠閒的下午,又有美食,不亦樂乎。食物比想像中好。酸種包堂食好吃,因為經過加熱,吃起來包肉相當軟熟,而外皮則是脆的,有咬口,但不韌,也不會覺得厚或韌,好吃。我喜歡酸味不會太酸的酸種麵包,這就是,吃到麵粉香和少許酸味,風味所在,這種味道正好中和了奶油的味道,開心果味道相當香濃,超值,味道確實,沒有偷工減料。牛油香和開心果味完全平衡,好吃,值得一吃。

朋友約會試一下新餐廳餐廳位置不錯,看到日落加上遊艇風景一坐下便告知用餐時間90分鐘,尚可接受我哋每人各點一杯 Signature Cocktail....味道實在麻麻。主菜點了兩款手工意粉,份量少得可憐,味道亦平平無奇。這次主要來試他們的Tiramisu, 咖啡味很濃,略嫌餅底太濕。Overall 都中規中矩,但最後在沒有詢問的情況下收走桌上所有杯碟,包括朋友還沒喝完的Cocktail, 這樣趕客結帳,真的試一次便夠。

父親節晚餐每道菜都不會讓人失望。推薦Shellfish tagliatelle 和 slow cook short rib. 手工意粉口感豐富,食飽都想encore服務態度親切,周到但不會over。離開時遺漏了雨傘,服務員追了一條街送回,一個愉快晚上的完美finale。We had a lovely evening! And thanks for bringing the umbrella back. Will definitely be back again!
