Shake shack剛在IFC開幕的時候就很想去試,但是人龍實在太長,沒有等個兩個小時都吃不了。最近發現人龍少了,我去了兩次兩次都是15分鐘內拿到食物。第一次是平日的晚上7點半,另外一次是和同事早上11點45分去到。如果你是和朋友一起去,我會建議其中一個人先找室內座位,另一個人去排隊,室內座位不算很多,所以如果不想做外面流汗的話就快點找位哈哈。被譽為美國最好吃的漢堡店當然要點王牌漢堡試試看。我第一次去的時候點了Single Shack Burger($50).漢堡不算大,但吃完以後很飽!裡面的生菜和番茄都很新鮮。牛肉Patty非常香,也蠻多汁。.但我覺得我第二次點的Shack Stack($86)真的超好吃!!Shack Stack和shack burger唯一不一樣的事shack stack加多了一片波特菇,而且不是普通那種烤過的大菇,而是外面炸過的。炸得不油,重點是咬一口裡面的芝士湧吃出來!!這個芝士是之前韓國很火可以拉得很長的那種芝士,超級邪惡!!薯條我們試了普通的和芝士薯條,炸得蠻脆不油膩。芝士很香,但吃不了多少就覺得很飽滯哈哈!飲品兩次我都點了milkshake,第一次點了雲尼拿味,第二次點了香港限定的奶茶味道.這邊的奶昔都用雪糕打成的,非常結,而且我覺得很甜很甜。對於亞洲人來說我覺得很少人可以整一杯喝完吧。吃完shake shack午餐感覺整個下午都打瞌睡,很好吃但很飽滯哈哈(*´ο`*) 繼續閱讀

期待左想食好耐既紐約過江龍Shake Shack!啲人話要排1小時,好好地因為比較早到(中午12點),加上天氣一般,只係排左10分鐘,等食物都係等左10分鐘左右,係等位比較耐,因為外面落大雨,出面全部座位都坐唔到,個個都係間店內等位,但係室內座位得好少......所以等位都等左一陣,但慶幸成個過程25分鐘內搞掂望望餐牌不過可能期望太大?有啲失望......Shack Burger   $76(Double)招牌Burger!其實即係Cheese Burger,加上生菜、蕃茄同埋秘製既ShackSauce。望落去外型都幾吸引,但可能抱太大期望,有啲失望……牛肉唔錯,鬆軟亦有肉汁,個醬汁都唔膩,但失敗在個麵包!有烘過,可惜被倒汗水、肉汁搞到個包已經焾哂,一啲都唔香口同脆,包底完全係濕……餡唔差,係衰在個包Shroom Burger   $66另一招牌既流心炸茹芝士包!冇牛肉,岩素食者。用上Portobello mushroom(波特貝勒菇)、Muenster Cheese、Cheddar Cheese然後同樣加上生菜、蕃茄同埋秘製既ShackSauce。同樣好期待,呢個就比較特別同有驚喜,一咬落去就爆芝!而且芝士好香,溶溶口感亦唔會過咸,炸菇唔乾帶汁,呢個個包冇Shack Burger既咁濕,但係都唔香口Cheese Fries   $36呢個就真係可以唔洗嗌!M記薯條都有可能好過佢,一啲都唔脆口,焾patpat,芝士醬欠奉,差評HK Style    $41(Single)香港先有既味道!呢個系列叫concrete,其實即係frozen custard(加了乳酪既雪榚),用上雲呢拿乳酪雪榚做base、西多士、花生醬、香蕉同楓糖漿。第一啖食覺得有啲似椰奶味道,再食真啲,重香蕉味,但愈食愈覺得帶苦味,可能係西多士既關係,西多士有啲苦澀,花生醬味唔出,整體好一般總括黎講,可能我期望太大,加上係澳洲生活過一排,澳洲既Burger都做得幾出色,外國既Burger比我既印象都係好好食,所以對於呢間來自紐約既大型連鎖店抱有好多期望!但比我係澳洲食既仲差得遠,暫時係香港都未食到外國食過既味道......好想另一間大型連鎖店In and Out都係香港開業,睇下會唔會搵得返外國既味道 繼續閱讀

Been thinking of coming because of all the hype about this new burger joint from NYC!!So excited but when we got up from the elevator, saw the line, we're like. omg. Lets just hope it lives up to the hype!!So! there we go. Thank god that day the weather wasn't too bad!We were so excited after we ordered. But we had to wait for another 20 mins for the food to be ready...The classic ShackBurger - single $50 Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, ShackSauceThe bun is quite soft. But it's doens't have the volume. Feels like any other fast food chain less expensive burger buns...The patty was alright. Quite juicy and meaty. But i can't really categorize it as a fast food chain burger patty or a gourmet burger (at this price) kinda patty. I guess somewhere in between.The sauce, however, was quite amazing. Melted cheese sauce. I love cheese sauce. SmokeShack - single $62Cheeseburger with all-natural smoked Niman Ranch bacon, chopped cherry pepper, ShackSauceThe difference between the ShackBurger and the SmokeShack is that the SmokeShack  has smoked bacon and no lettuce/tomato. Mr. C felt like it was missing the greens. He didn't feel like the burger is worth $62 bucks. For me, I thought it was a bit salty. Probably becuase of the smoked bacon. Classic Hand-Spun Shakes - black and white - $42To be honest, i haven't had a milk shake for a long time! This one was prefect for summer time. Thick and creamy. Very soothing and chill. And of course, super evil. Cheese Fries $36Classic crinkle cut fries, with lots and lots of cheese sauce on it. But i find it a bit stale the fries. Not as fresh as i expected them to be. and the sauce makes it very heavy. I guess if you were to order the cheese fries, it would go best with beer or coke! Overall speaking, I think the food was decent, but its quite pricey as what you’re getting is pretty standard. Also, after the long wait in line, you still gotta wait for another 20 mins for the burger... I wonder how long the hype will last... 繼續閱讀

來自紐約市麥迪遜廣場花園💐,除了一向對食物質素有所堅持💪🏻,出名為環境責任🌲、社區貢獻💝等多方面有所付出,而今年他們終於進駐香港📍,一改本地的「速食」概念👍🏻。大約於19:15🕖左右到達位於IFC 4樓平台位置的店🌃,門外人龍已經成形了😲,由店內一直伸延至店外,但這可是老公🍋期待而久的漢堡🍔,唯有乖乖地排隊吧😌。排了大概20分鐘,終於成功進入店內😄。店內裝飾以黑色為主🖤,既簡單,又時尚✨。先看看餐單吧📜:主要提供的是以100%全天然安格斯牛肉🐮及走地雞🐔做成的漢堡🍔,當然不能忘記熱狗🌭啦,畢竟他們是以熱狗🌭起家的,以上肉類都是標榜絕無添加激素和抗生素💉等的。除了主食🍔,薯條🍟、甜品🍨、啤酒🍻等也是有很多選擇,甚至是連素食者🥦及毛孩們🐶也照顧得到,可算是非常細心及多元化💖。在接近點餐的位置有一個小小的紀念品角落👕,毛孩衣服超可愛的😍~Single ShackBurger (w/ Bacon)🍔:貪心的人妻🐷想要生菜又加了一片煙肉🥓,煙肉口感非常香脆🤤,加上肉汁豐富的牛肉🥩,還有鬆軟的麵包🍞,層次感很豐富👍🏻。Double SmokeShack🍔:老公🍋則點了有兩片牛肉🥩和煙肉🥓的,加入了紅椒粒🌶,香濃得來又不會太油膩😋。Cheese Fries🍟:薯條上淋上了一層厚厚的芝士醬🧀,酥脆的口感配上濃郁的芝士🧀,風味十足👍🏻,可惜的是薯條🍟不是新鮮炸起,溫度上有點失色🙄。總結:排隊連等餐時間大約是一小時🕗,但真的沒有後悔等了這麼久😊。另外不得不提,店內提供的Iced Tea🥤,是有機的烘焙茶🍵,沒有加入糖精,香濃的味道對於解油解膩絕對是不二之選💘。店內更有多個大型電視位置🖥,正值世界盃⚽️時段,想要一邊吃著一邊享受球賽🏆,這裡真的是一個好選擇💝。 繼續閱讀

牛肉濃郁既漢堡 焦點食評

聽聞Shake Shack既漢堡好好味,好多人話食過之後就返唔到轉頭;而家難得唔駛出國都食到,不過就要用D時間去排隊,星期五就約朋友去試,睇下值唔值得!!🤔黎到岩岩好六點,仲以為好早,點知已經有蛇餅…🤐等左大概半個鐘終於落到柯打。真係唔明點解要等咁耐,餐牌一早比左客人望、現金同拍卡都可以付款,呢一切都貎似無問題,但其實問題就出現係個全英文既餐牌度😐,唔係個個都睇得明或者又會去查字典咁嘛,佢地就等去到counter先問,結果….🙄Shack Stack ($86)我係一個愛菇既芝士控🤓,加上好多人都讚呢款漢堡,所以一早諗定要試佢有大啡菇既漢堡唔係第一次食,但今次呢個炸芝士大啡菇漢堡就真係頭一次試🤤餡料除左菇之外,仲有一塊好似麥記signature咁厚既牛肉漢堡扒、新鮮既生菜同蕃茄片;呢個漢堡我係非常推介!! 首先大啡菇新鮮炸出,外層仍然脆口,全個包食落又多左個口感,而且大啡菇juicy勁好汁,令個包一d都唔乾;第二菇內既芝士芝味香濃且流絲力強,滿足到我對芝士既慾望;第三牛肉漢堡扒份量好慷慨,夠大夠厚又唔乾,不過牛味就比菇同芝士味搶左;第四蕃茄同生菜乾身,唔會濕淋淋,唔會邊食邊滴汁食到好”呢hea”Chick’n Shack ($56)雞胸大件又厚肉,表層貎似上左一層好厚既炸衣,但其實都算薄;雖然望落好似炸過龍變左深啡色,但唔會好硬;配埋少少酸既青瓜,整體唔差,不過就似厚肉版既麥記脆辣雞腿包😂同埋雞胸肉始終都逃唔過鞋口既命運Shack Burger ($50)雖然呢款既用料只係D經典配搭,外表又平平無奇,但味道並唔簡單!!😏 好味既漢堡必備一塊有質素既漢堡扒,雖然同Shack Stack用同一款既牛肉扒,但正正因為只配上淡味既生菜同蕃茄,令牛肉既香味更特出~~我第一次食到咁濃牛味既漢堡🤤,而且不缺肉汁,唔油膩,肉粒又唔會鬆鬆散散Cheese Fries (36)之前睇過D食客食評,唔推介呢度既薯條,因為淋哂唔脆,但難得黎到、食西餐,點可以唔試埋佢呢個人比較中意食紐紋薯條,因為surface area大左,炸既時候同油多左接觸面,所以食落會比直薯條更脆。呢度既薯條食落係熱,但因為加左d芝士醬,所以變到無咁脆,但又未去到完全淋哂既。不過個芝士醬好驚喜😋,雖然唔係拉絲芝士,但芝味好濃,芝士迷實中意;另外一讚,職員原來早就已經加左d芝士醬係碗底,所以唔怕食到底會無醬早就已經知道shake shack既名氣,一直都以為佢既評價係誇大左,但到自己試完之後,先知佢既漢堡用軟熟麵包、新鮮乾身生菜/蕃茄、牛味濃郁既漢堡扒、香濃芝味既芝士,真係令人好回味,我仲未食完已經諗梗下次幾時再黎😆 繼續閱讀
