不過賣點當然係任食嘅四款肉扒以及一款意粉,超級抵食‼️
無論係牛扒、豬扒定係羊架、都烹調得恰到好處,牛扒約三至五成熟,仲有兩款唔同嘅牛扒選擇,一款牛味較重,另一款就好似和牛咁,油脂感更香,視乎個人喜好。
而豬扒同羊架就係剛剛熟透,明顯地係非常優質嘅肉扒,非常厚肉,真心好正!
$600有得任食咁高質嘅扒真係超值,大力推薦!
另外侍應仲會有五款不同鹹、甜、辣度嘅芥末俾你選擇,另外亦有各種海鹽同埋胡椒。
另外仲有一款牛面頰意粉,主要用上牛汁熬製而成,麵條篇硬。配埋大量林申嘅牛面頰粒,都唔錯㗎。

💞整體來講
Porterhouse嘅牛扒一向非常出名,但價值不菲。但最近居然推出呢個任食牛扒、羊架、豬扒嘅套餐,仲包括湯頭盤同甜品,都唔使$600,真係超值!唔好以為任食質素會好差,但佢哋都烹調得好好👍🏻環境又靚,絕對係慶祝之選,大力推薦!

Nice decor and atmosphere. But service was lacklustre (staff inexperienced and unprepared), food underwhelming but prices are high-end. At 6:30pm they already “sold out” of their signature dish. The garlic butter sauce we ordered was split when it arrived. Won’t be returning unfortunately.

Spacious not many people during lunch and great location! Food is ok, slightly pricy for a 3 courses and no serving of tea or coffee.There are more tables available than guests waiting, however they rushed to withdraw all plate even before we finished, which is strange....Maybe can ask if we are done before removing the plates.... That would be nice.

Another superb Sunday Brunch spent at Porterhouse yesterday.  The food quality, quantity, selection is all perfect.  It's very good value considering  the wonderful seafood selection that includes unlimited Oysters, crab legs, crab claws, prawns, and lobster.  Three different meats on the carvery, rackof lamb, roast chicken and Angus beef and they were all perfectly cooked.  Huge salad bar and a great dessert selection accompanied by two flavours of delicious ice cream.  We celebrate all our fam

Another superb Sunday Brunch spent at Porterhouse yesterday.  The food quality, quantity, selection is all perfect.  It's very good value considering  the wonderful seafood selection that includes unlimited Oysters, crab legs, crab claws, prawns, and lobster.  Three different meats on the carvery, rackof lamb, roast chicken and Angus beef and they were all perfectly cooked.  Huge salad bar and a great dessert selection accompanied by two flavours of delicious ice cream.  We celebrate all our family occasions here as the service is consistently excellent and the food is always wonderful.  The manager Davide is particularly welcoming and gracious and he is running a hard working team.  
題外話/補充資料: Oysters and crab legs are my favourites.

伴隨主菜送上的,是這個可無限添吃的煙肉和薯寳。我只能用一個字形容「鹹」😂
而且味道跟牛扒不搭,配上套餐的house wine 更是奇怪…
不能說是不好吃, 就覺得這是在pub 你伴着啤酒我吃的伴洒菜,而不是扒房的side dish。覺得味道都被搶去了。
要讚賞的是,分量確實蠻多的,雖說無限添吃,我一盤也吃不到一半。

主菜方便加錢點了tenderloin, 牛扒份量真的很少才200g (雖然餐牌已清楚列明), 但上菜的時候還是飲不住心裏呼叫 (很少喎)

平常吃慣了他的推薦牛扒, 今次這個tenderloin 可能是因為價關係, 感覺肉質不是太好.而且也煎得很乾很硬。不是一般porterhouse 作風…

甜品的french toast 我直接skip 了. 這晚真的不太對我胃口.

雖然menu 已詳細列明,我想我是低估了我的「嘴刁」….. 嘗個一次便算了,就當中伏

我還是會再來的,畢竟他廚師推介的牛扒還是出色的。
我最好stick with A la Crete menu

As I was driving on the night I could not sample their wide selection of wines, and decided to just order a mocktail. The Sunset Island ($65) is a mix of grapefruit juice, pineapple juice and tonic water. Simple and refreshing.

We had two appetizers to start. The Seared Hokkaido Scallops ($258) has three large pieces of scallop lightly seared on the two sides, cooked beautifully to retain a moist and soft flesh, with some crumbles made from chorizo to give a slight spicy and savory taste. The celery root puree and roasted corn further complemented the dish with the creamy texture and sweetness. A decent starter.

The Seared Spanish Octopus ($208) is a signature dish, with the tentacles giving a good bite but not rubbery at all, marinated very well. I also like the crushed potato underneath which has been added with ndujia to give a nice spicy note, and together with the freeze dry capers for acidity, demonstrated a wonderful balance of flavors. The squid ink mayo is a good match with the octopus too. A very good dish which I recommend.

Coming to the steaks, my wife decided to go for the Australian 'Jack's Creek' Tenderloin (Lady's Cut) of 6 oz serving ($378), while I decided to try out the Australian 'Rangers Valley' Striploin ($628). Both are served with some greens and tomatoes. But we also did order Tomato & Avocado Salad ($98) as side dish.

The tenderloin was beautifully cooked to medium well per my wife's preference, and seeing how tender and soft when she cut it I am sure it was a nice peice of steak. For my piece it was also cooked to my requirement of medium level, and while the meat is flavorful, I found that it did have quite a bit of tendon, making it very difficult to cut and chewy in bite. Though the taste is good, maybe better to try some other cut in my opinion.

For dessert we had the Baileys Cheesecake ($98). Quite frankly this one was the disappointment for the meal, with the cheesecake essentially, in my word, middle of nowhere, not having the good cream cheese flavors in the more traditional version, nor can I find the signature Baileys taste apparent. Better to think of ordering something else.

The other dessert we had was Sorbet ($88), with three scoops included. Among the two flavors available we preferred the lime than the mango, which got a more refreshing and cleansing taste, as well as good tartness to complement with the sweetness. 

Service is quite good overall, with the staff friendly and attentive. The table size however is a bit too small for two, in particular if you are sharing. When the plates are served it took a bit of manuevuring of the glasses and other things to accommodate. 

The bill on the night was $2086, and while in my opinion it was a bit on the high side on price, considering the ambience and food quality, it is still worth a visit if you like a nice piece of steak, but remember to pick the right cut.

海鮮選擇多,有生蠔、凍蝦、蟹鉗/腳等等,味道不錯,龍蝦多膏,$480這個價錢都抵食。要另加錢才有飲品,fruit punch 幾好味,試咗幾款,味道突出,甜道適中,值得加錢飲。最好味是香濃芝士薯條,原來佢有一大嚿芝士烘熱一面,然後片出來加在薯條上面,可惜食到第三碟先知可以加芝士,濃郁香口。環境乾淨企理,隔板夠高,仲有係侍應按食客選擇夾嘢食,減少啲人摸來摸去。員工有禮好客,服侍周到,會主動斟水畀紙巾,又有耐心解釋每款飲品配搭。

Second attempt at submitting the review of a disappointing steak.  Anyway, we went for the French bone-in ribeye for two and it took nearly an hour to arrive with cold centre and well-cooked outer, texture more well-done side of medium and not much juice to be seen.  The good points:  full flavour, sides of creamed spinach and chips very good, the bread basket was so good that we asked for two top-ups during our long wait for the steak.  Water was topped up promptly when asked.
