💔食物好普通:全餐最好味係唔需要烹調嘅菜式,包括刺身(算新鮮但冇特別調味,如果話係donki貨都會信),同甜品哈密瓜拼軟雪糕😂


其他食物highlight:
🍣壽司:啲飯唔似珍珠米,比較細長無乜調味,似平時食啲白飯多啲,雜錦壽司飯cake更加係雪到硬曬 ❄️
🍝 Alioli soba:超級鹹,食到一半想放棄,加上鹹味蓋過所有蕎麥味,唔識欣賞
🥩 US beef ribeye:肉質韌到又係食到一半想放棄


總括來講,食材還可以,但烹調完全未到位,所謂fusion只係分別有啲壽司,有啲用上日本食材嘅pasta,完全冇食到融入埋一齊嘅創意元素。頂多係中價餐廳質素,完全不值。中環食fine dining 嘅餐廳,真係最失望係今次 🥲🥲🥲

Honestly, Pazzi is now hands down one of my favourite restaurants in Hong Kong.Every single dish was absolutely well thought through & fresh. Super flavourful and right up my alley. How can you go wrong with such delicate combination of Italian & Japanese food right? I went there for dinner with my best friend for their tasting menu and we both fell in love.Their sashima is super duper fresh, the shrimps are my absolute favourite. So so fresh and sweet. Red prawn udon was definitely a highlight

I went there for dinner with my best friend for their tasting menu and we both fell in love.Their sashima is super duper fresh, the shrimps are my absolute favourite. So so fresh and sweet. Red prawn udon was definitely a highlight of the dinner too. It might sound a bit silly, but i actually crave for their cremia dessert icecream from time to time and they happen to be the only restaurant in hong kong that carries it.

I have been back for over 4 times now, it is just that good! We even came back for my other friend’s birthday and ordered their exclusive uni cake! Will totally recommend it!

Food’s great. Service’s great. Ambiance’s great. Super cute & artsy interior. All things up my alley!

Spicy Tuna Roll

Uni Tagliatelle

Look at that handful amount of uni on top! Surprisingly, the uni was very fresh with a bit of sweetness! Pasta was al dente and cooked perfectly. The crispy seaweed on the side added another texture to the dish!

Since its only the soft opening period, they only served two kinds of desserts, melon or greentea tiramisu with cremia icecream 🍦 Greentea tiramisu was just average, BUT the cremia icecream was just TOOO YUMMY!!! It tasted exactly the same as the one served in Japan....but ofc it was way much pricier too...

Not to mention, there were a number of bearbricks in the restaurant! This caught my eye 😍


Overall, the service was attentive and the environment was quite nicely decorated. The food quality was not disappointing too! Looking forward to more food and dessert selection after soft opening!! 😗

Overall: Not value for money & average tasting food. A lot of room for improvement. Giving it an “OK” review because its still very new however I feel like I could buy a Tuna Donburi from DONKI & a packet of Uni … it would taste a lot better and half the price. I was a little disappointed to be quite honest because the interior is so nice and Japanese food usually can’t go wrong. Service: Good service, the waiter are very friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: Photogenic, contemporary clean & comfort

First of all the tuna didn’t seem fresh & good quality since there was no oil on the tuna presuming that it’s been out for a long time. The flavour was all wrong making it bland and strange. It wasn’t refreshing & there was no zing kick. I think they can consider u
using a better quality tuna?!
Second of all, the rice was mushy & unstructured. Bland with the Bland tuna. I really don’t know why I was paying $388 to eat this. I can honestly say DONKI or senryo can do a lot better but 1/3 of the price.

Crab Tagliolini

Very disappointed. The flavour & taste was normal but it didn’t work well with this super thin egg noodles. Seemed more like a Chinese noodle compared to Italian pasta. I was quite confused...
Regarding the sauce, it had some crab meat and flavour but yet again, no kick to it. It was also quite dry…

Given Picky Eater’s concern, we tried 3 different sushis (Akami, 深海池魚 and minced fatty tuna). These came next. I wished these would have come first so I wouldn’t have the aftertaste of the goat cheese still in my mouth. Server gave us some fresh wasabi from長野. Quality of the fish was good, tho Picky Eater was disappointed the akami didn’t come pre-marinated in soy sauce.

Then came the 2 pastas- red prawn udon and the uni tagliolini. Server explained that they were both signature dishes.
Uni looked very fresh. We split the crispy piece of seaweed fish skin and put uni on. Very crispy and tasty. Texture of tagliolini was good as well. Went well with the sauce. 👍🏼

2 large red prawns came with the udon, which was soft but chewy. Loved the “yin an” texture. Prawns were big and fresh. We took out the heads and squeezed the remaining prawn juice into the udon. Tomato sauce was good as well, mixed with copious amounts of prawn meat.

Only 1 dessert on offer- melon with soft serve IceCream. Didn’t feel like either so didn’t order.
Service was good. Male server refilled my hot water many times voluntarily; female server was very pleasant and helpful.
In summary : would def return to try the other pastas on offer.
(Toilet seat in the ladies’ needs to be fixed.)
