This American bistro is located in Sheung Wan Upper Lascar Row, offering a selection of craft beer. 今年嘅Christmas Eve 真特別🙄 繼續1800禁堂食。所以差唔多1700 就入去食左Tea/Super early Dinner 叫左個 Set Brunch Tatar Tots炸薯粒加芝士醬同煙肉碎，呢個配搭係唔會死錯人，但個人覺得佢炸得太脆太乾，食唔到薯仔軟熟嘅質感。 Kimchi Shashuka係好食嘅。紅色醬食落似茄膏多過kimchi🤣 偏濃味，加返d yogurt 同溫泉蛋可以中和返，兜野大到要加toast先KO得晒。 Sweet of the day 係 cookie 佢係美式曲奇，淋身帶點煙韌，拎出黎熱熱地。曲奇唔會過甜，朱古力漿溶溶地，所以要用匙羹食，嗰杯野我分唔到佢係奶定cream, 帶少少薄荷味，加落曲奇都夾同幾特別。 餐飲叫左橙汁，我朋友飲。 散叫左Herby Mushroom Toast塊toast 有好多菇又搽左蘑菇蓉 , 菇味好濃烈呀!!! 好彩有d菜中和吓。本身想加埋荷包蛋一齊食，但有難度，最後分開食個荷包蛋又覺得寡🤣 Framboise Lambi聲稱是手工啤，但我飲左覺得似有些許酒精同汽嘅利賓納🤭 總括黎講d野食唔錯同幾特別，手工啤價錢偏

見咁多人嚟打咭，加上平時唔多食特別嘅美國菜，所以都專誠嚟試下啲熱氣嘢，哈哈。一入到去全部侍應都係外國人，而且光顧嘅大多數都係外國人，播住音樂都幾舒服，不過我坐嗰張長枱喺正佢嗰bar枱隔離，基本上店員每次都要經過攞嘢同收銀，都會hi到我背脊，都幾困擾。不過佢bar枱有列出佢哋自家品牌嘅多款手工啤，鍾意飲啤酒嘅人絕對適合，而餐廳對面就係佢哋嘅啤酒工房。我哋2個人叫咗Tater Tots, Hummus Cauliflower 同Buttermilk chicken waffle, 3樣嘢都好好味。美國嘢當然就係要食依啲炸嘢，佢全部都炸得好脆，但又唔會好油，而且好香口。佢個炸薯粒香脆之餘，加埋啲醬同煙肉碎真係好夾。另外Nachos配嗰啲其實我都唔肯定係咪椰菜花蓉，但因Nachos去點佢好好味，加埋少少果仁類嘅配料，好有口感。之後就係主食，隻雞同煙肉都脆卜卜，完全係咬落口卡卡聲嘅，切一舊連埋個窩夫同啲甜醬食真係超級好味!!!!!我真係冇諗過原來炸雞可以咁樣配搭嚟食！總結，除咗坐高枱高櫈唔太舒服之外，仲有嘢食偏貴，啲嘢食都真係好好味。

今次就嚟介紹呢一間近期試過覺得好chill位於上環嘅嘅cafe / Bar! 就係Blue supreme 💙相信如果有路過嗰個街口嘅話 正常都應該有被blue supreme 嘅外觀吸引到嘅 因為都真係幾有feel😆.平時嘅我係一定啡不離手 但見呢一間餐廳主力sell啤酒 所以今日就同朋友share左一支750🤭 呢度嘅啤酒選擇真係好誇張多 望住後面塊版見到差唔多有成十幾二十款來自世界各地嘅啤酒 今次就同朋友揀咗嚟自比利時嘅La vermontoise 我同朋友都幾鍾意呢一隻 個人嚟講覺得幾適合女仔飲 因為唔似平時嗰啲太重麥味同太苦嘅 而且佢係比較多氣嘅 不過如果你有唔同嘅preference 都可以同店員講呢度嘅staff都好helpful 好願意同你介紹唔同啤酒嘅特性/味道 仲會Offer我哋試咗少少先order 一枝👍🏻.而呢度嘅食物其實都有好多選擇 但由於嗰日真係唔太肚餓 所以只有嗌左一份Duck confit burger 🔥 由於本人係鴨肉愛好者所以都真係幾鍾意呢一個burger 而且佢賣相都好吸引 一上嘅時候 面頭就有一隻好靚嘅”太陽鴨蛋” 而且有好足料嘅鴨肉絲 同pi

We got there on a Sunday at 12:30pm, the place was already full so we put our names on the list and went elsewhere for a coffee nearby while we waited. They do a brunch set for $258, which although is quite pricey, comes with 3 courses and a drink. Blue supreme is first and foremost a bar. It serves a wide variety of alcohol with a beautiful open area for you to watch the bartender. It also have a brunch and dinner menu for the times before peak bar hours. This restaurant is located up in sheung wan which could take a little time to get to from the MTR station. But given how far away it was and there was still a line to get in, I think you know Blue Supreme means business. We couldn’t help ourselves so we got two brunch sets valued at 258

At the corner of a small street up the hill of sheung wan, is a restaurant and bar with open windows and long bench seats. Rarely can you find a weekend brunch spot with such nice ambiance and open bright space yet not crowded with noisy people. One can easily spend a quality 2-3 hours eating, chatting and chilling here.
