之前起日本愛媛縣嘅松山市試咗周平,一直念念不忘,所以返嚟香港後就同女朋友試周月。I've tried the tsukemen at 周平 in Matsuyama, Ehime, Japan. It's the most palatable tsukemen I've ever had. Therefore I went to their HK branch 周月 in Central with my girlfriend.味道 Taste:7.5環境 Environment:7.5服務 Service:7.5整體評分 Overall:7.5有三個份量:並盛 (100g)、中盛 (200g)、特盛 (300g),都係$89。醬油湯底,麵質煙韌,有半隻溏心蛋。整體感覺一段 (尤其試過日本本店周平後)。There're three sizes you can choose (100, 200, 300g), all in same price $89.It's the shoyu (soy sauce) flavour, the noodles' texture was chewy. There're three sizes you can choose (100, 200, 300g), all in same price $89.
It's the shoyu (soy sauce) flavour, the noodles' texture was chewy. There's a half ramen egg.
Overall is average, especially when I tried the one in Japan.
題外話/補充資料:
日本周平嘅沾麵份量由200g至500g,價錢劃一係780yen (+100yen 有一隻溏心蛋)。湯底及麵質都比香港好得多。
周平 in Japan serve 200g to 500g tsukemen, with same price 780yen (+100 yen to have a ramen egg). The soup and and noodles are much better than HK's.
