喺門口見到掛喺燒味部嘅乳豬好似好靚,今次就決定捨棄燒鵝,再叫多個乾炒牛河同上湯時蔬。乳豬塊皮燒得好脆,d肉又唔會好肥,而且唔會太咸。我個人好鍾意點砂糖食,正過點海鮮醬,強烈推介!乾炒牛河唔會太油,d河粉都唔會痴埋一舊舊,牛肉本身好嫩好香牛味,唔係用鬆肉粉夾硬整腍d肉。加埋個上湯時蔬,清清地,唔係味精湯。鏞記燒乳豬絕對值得去試呀!
