I've been to this restaurant several times before but haven't got a chance to go again at least in the past year or two (as my wife doesn't enjoy cheese all that much). I miss it a lot, and while I haven't been there for such a long time, I still have the vividest memory of how good their Raclette cheese dish has been.This dish comes in either appetizer or main course portions. If you like cheese, or at least can tolerate cheese, then you must give that a try. It is really one of the best food one can find on this earth, among bellota ham, truffles, foie gras, ...
And indeed they don't make a very good foie gras, which I think is partly because they only serve duck liver instead of goose liver.
But there's no way to miss that cheese. That dish is enough to make me want to travel to Switzerland and try it there.
