The food was horrible, this gotta be the worst dim sum I've had in 20+ years...蝦餃 and 燒賣: absolutely tasteless, have prices of condiments gone up by that much that the chef can't use them?春捲: why on earth was there celery in there?!炸雲吞: there was a thick layer of oil on the skin, clearly the oil they used for deep frying wasn't hot enough!牛肉賣/鯪魚賣: absolutely tasteless save for excessive Chinese parsley...粉粿: the skin was far too thick...炸兩: the soy sauce was FAR too salty--did the chef add salt

麻蓉飽: the skin was far too sweet but the filling (麻蓉) was tasteless and there was too little filling anyways...
To cut the long story short, the bad food from this place gives dim sum a bad name and is a disgrace to dim sum--the chef should be banned from the business for good.
