The service is great but the food quality is not that really good. And it took quite long time to wait for the food and it’s all you can eat within 2hours. Luckily it’s not that busy at all afterwards so we can stay there longer for finish our food.As we can see there’s a lack of man power and it is the problem come from! Actually it was quite full house at the beginning when we sat down and there just got two floor staffs for running everything. Those two staffs are great attitudes and hospital

As we can see there’s a lack of man power and it is the problem come from! Actually it was quite full house at the beginning when we sat down and there just got two floor staffs for running everything. Those two staffs are great attitudes and hospitality. And we do recommend that increase man power during the peak dinner time and change the oyster suppliers would be better.

$538生蠔2小時放題除咗生蠔及焗蠔任食之外，仲有串燒、炸物、小食及飲品都係任叫任食，另外仲有精緻嘅時令海鮮湯、懷石八品、牡蠣茶漬飯/手廷烏冬及甜品各一份🥣首先上咗個好精緻用茶壺🫖盛載嘅時令海鮮湯，裏面有蝦及蜆，湯頭鹹香鮮甜⛩️時令懷石八品感覺自己好似响日本溫泉酒店食緊懷石料理一樣，非常精緻，八品有蕃茄漬、青瓜蟹鉗、時令刺身、穴子串、雞肉棒蘿蔔、明太子薯蓉、牛油果吞拿魚蓉及柑桔柚子羊羹；款款都好好味，如果硬要揀最好味首兩名，我哋會比較喜歡穴子串及柑桔柚子羊羹，前者爽彈甜香，後者清新爽口，而且裏面仲有好多蟹肉🔄🦪期待嘅任食生蠔環節生蠔有柚子啫哩、辣椒蘿蔔蓉、蔥花、昆布漬、雞尾酒及原味，我哋當然唔蝕樣樣叫齊，試下邊款正喇，第一隻梗係食原味，咁先試到真正原味道，呢種蠔係位於日本岡山北木島所出產，非常新鮮，蠔味鮮甜，略帶海水鹹味並帶有礦物味，我哋最鍾意原味及辣椒蘿蔔蓉🔄🦪任食焗蠔有清酒煮、蒜味、辣蒜、麻辣、芝士及冬陰功，焗到微微收水，蠔肉味道更為突出；蒜味、辣蒜及芝士都係我哋杯茶，夠哂惹味🔄🍡任食串燒有成14款，叫咗羊肉、雞心、秋葵及大蔥車厘茄串，串燒好少食蔬菜，原來燒秋葵及大蔥車厘係好
