Choosing from the drink list is the first thing we did, as always.
There are four classic cocktails to choose:

Funny to see chicken Piri Piri in this western restaurant, but when we saw how it was presented we were both impressed!
And after we tasted it, we couldn’t stop eating. The chicken was soft and tasty. We thought the portion was quite enough.

We highly recommended this one
it might seems nothing special and you might think it’s just anther pasta, but it wasn’t, it tasted sooo great!
Mentaiko goes well with the pasta and the soft-boiled egg. 🍳 Please promise me you will try this Japanese style pasta.

SHISHA
They got a promotion on shisha tonight and my friend suggested we gave it a try. I wasn’t interested but my friend was insisted, and tonight is for her celebration. Ok fine~ let’s try it.
The waiter taught us and said it’s really simple, all we have to do is breathe it in. It seemed really easy watching the waiter did it, but when we hit the hookah, it wasn’t simple at all 😂 seems we could only draw the air to our mouth but not to our lung, anyway we finally gave it a try!

Great place for celebration! Nice view, good environment and with tasty food! Not to mention their service, nothing to complain.

We arrived at eight after working overtime, though we planned to be earlier. It is a pity that the weather is not very stable these few days and we could not sit on the balcony as the chairs are wet.

Red Meadow🍹
Cocktail with color of grapefruit and hibiscus and sweet and sour taste. As it added grapefruit, the unique bitter taste well mixed with the taste of gin and aperol. If you used to the bitter taste of grapefruit, then this cocktail suits you.
And its size is quite a large one comparing with normal cocktail used to be👍🏻

Jasmine fairy🍸
The swan shaped cup is very delicate, we are guessing if it is a hand-made glass cup.
This cocktail is relatively smaller than Red Meadow but the alcohol content much higher. You can feel a combined and complicated smell when you drink it.
Less sweet and sour taste with light jasmine fragrant, while I cant feel strong ginger taste nor spicy, maybe its a good news to people who not really into gingers taste and smell.

Oyster motoyaki🦪
The first dish, oyster, is served with oyster shell. There is some salt at the bottom of shell. As a decoration , I think its quite intersting.
But be careful not to dip into the salt when eatting the oyster unless you want it more salty.
Oyster is soft and juicy, not difficult to chew.
The oyster are fresh and make us appetizing
The seasoning is fine, the mayo really suits the oyster, especially with the burned and melt cheese, it is delicious.

Korean wagyu Tartare 🥩
Quite a long time ago for eatting raw beef meat. And this one is really Not bad i think.🤗
It is a Korean style dish, the sauce is little like soy sauce but sweet, the black truffle oil, green onion covered the blood smell of the beef.
The texture is so soft with the fine seasoning
Also, the classic way of Korean style cooking - combining beef with pear, the sweetness and fruity taste makes the whole dish even more tasty.

Pan-fried cod with tomato and thyme sauce 🐟
Cod fillet served in a French style.
Eggplant with tomato sauce as the base, fillet on top and plate is well dressed with thyme sauce. The thyme sauce is excellent, it smell very good and added much herbal favor to the fillet.😆
Fillet is well cooked, crispy skin with very tender and juicy meat.
The eggplant 🍆 though served as base, is also well seasoned and cooked.🤤

Clay pot chicken piri piri🥘
Dish served fabulously, using a Hong Kong style clay pot, and then pour burning liquor on the top before taking away the lid.
Just like a little show and the liquor also added favor to the dish.
The meat is not very juicy but it is still quite tender especially the chicken leg part.
The garlic and XO sauce really added favour and makes the taste even better😍

Mentaiko Udon Carbonara
Like other Japanese food and ingredient become more common on HK ppls dining table, Creamy Mantaigo pasta is no longer a special dish. But replacing pasta with Udon, its kind of rare. 😊
The udon is cooked well, it is soft but still chewy, and could mix well with the sauce. The sauce is creamy and have the fragrant of mentaiko, but not spicy. The raw egg yolk mixed with the sauce brings the dish to a higher level, rich and tasty.

Shisha could be but seems would not be served very earlily. Its around 9, when dining period is nearly over, they start bringing the Shisha to the tables.I see most of the tables ordered Shisha. And restaurant would turn off some light when shisha time started. Then the whole place becomes a very cool place to enjoy and chill.

Our Shisha is Yuzu Mojito, different from normal water based one, it smell extra sweet and very fruity. For us who first time trying shisha, the taste is little bit like caramelized mashmallow with a fruity note. For smoker, it might like a treat but for people no smoking and only have shisha occasionally, I think this Shisha would be a good trying for them. Different from normal one, this yuzu mojito looks beautiful and special, and just smell and taste fruity and nice.

Before we leave, as the rain had stopped, we still able to go out to the balcony. Nightview of Victoria harbour is beautiful as always. And its my first time to watch the view in the middle of Causeway bay and HK Island, and I am surrounded by the view. It is a really nice place to chill out, have party or a romantic dinner.

加$28日式芝士餅,個碟迷人,芝士不太濃,不太實,及格。

梳化位大大張,其實應該適合飲酒, 攤係到,枱的躉大到伸唔到腳,食嘢時,彎低腰程度較低,進餐時較辛苦。

都幾精緻 每樣少少過下口癮 係個三文魚壽司有啲奇怪 朋友話好似英國啲壽司質素 啲飯硬硬地 成舊嘢又冇乜味咁

見到舊三文魚有啲嚇親個份量咁細 不過佢配龍蝦汁係幾好味
Tempura係熱辣辣即炸既 有大蝦 茄子 杏鮑菇 除左個蝦之外 完全唔知食梗咩 一啲味都冇😅


Menteiko udon
呢個係成餐飯比較好食既 係卡邦尼烏冬 有隻生雞皮撈 個汁又唔溜


Cream brulee
幾好食 表層蕉糖算厚 份量係好大碗


整體上大部分食物都冇乜味 服務都幾差 懷疑係我地都係運動裝束 一上到去見到侍應見到我地就拎轉面當睇我地唔到 黑人問號❓

呢種服務同食物質素完全唔值呢個價錢 我諗夜晚喺outdoor食晚望維港景色應該會可取啲
