放假難得早起，就係為左食個靚早餐😋😋成日見到人食呢間sour dough, 想試好耐啦❤️❤️🔸Vegan Soup- green Lentil Harissa $38 x2 ▪️I love it! 🥰🥰The soup is full of ingredients and it tastes so nice! Very fulfilling 😋🔸Pastrami Sauerkraut $67▪️The sour dough bread is crispy on the outside, and full of gluten inside, with a bit of sour taste. The combination of smoky beef with the sauerkraut is just perfect! Highly recommend this dish! 🔸Tikka Chicken $58▪️An nice choice too! The chicken is a bit spicy and tender. 灣仔至金鐘可以稱為活躍烘焙店聚居點，由數年前Bakehouse 創始人Grégoire Michaud（前香港四季酒店餅廚）彈起同酸種老店Levain Bakery（創辦人ＫＣ）坐鎮之外，近年亦有由90後兩兄弟創辦 Concept 品穀 Big Grains由佐敦進駐到灣仔之外，同埋The Baker & The Bottleman（由米芝蓮一星英國餐廳Roganic 主廚Oli Marlow 領軍的烘焙店)進駐之外；近來開設嘅 Sour Dough（由有30年 Swiss pastry 烘焙經驗嘅chef Gérard Dubois成立)店舖位置比較近金鐘，門口以清新綠色亦有半露天坐位令到經過途人都會留意到店舖；而室內牆身貼上酸種麵包切開時展示氣孔做壁報，非常吸睛。難得一場嚟到我都叫咗好多款唔同嘅麵包同 pastry 一試。Apple Turnover $32呢個Apple Turnover真係一定要叫！切開時完成見到一層層好薄嘅酥皮清脆嘅聲音，包住唔會太甜嘅蘋果蓉，整體係一個完勝嘅蘋果派。 Super Flaky! 繼續遊走灣仔同金鐘之間。沿着月街、星街行落少少就見到Sour Dough，之前買過買過酸種麵包，今次就揀食lunch，一到lunch hour就人山人海。我嘅lunch hourFlexible d 😋十一點零到未算人多。Sour Dough係由Passion創辦人瑞士籍糕餅廚師 Gérard Dubois開嘅！主打係近年大熱嘅酸種麵包同埋唔同嘅酥皮甜品，咁有包又點少得三文治！▫️酸種田園沙律 & 香烤紅菜頭南瓜沙律（$25/100克）微酸嘅沙律夠晒開胃，田園沙律有穀物洋蔥等等，而紅菜頭同南瓜亦都非常清甜。由100g起跳，想食幾多叫幾多。▫️南瓜紅菜頭純素湯($38)同事就食沙律我就揀咗飲湯，入邊有南瓜、紅菜頭同藜麥等等，勁足料！飲晒都飽咗一半😌三文治：▫️古巴三文治（$62）入邊有手撕豬肉、火腿同埋瑞士芝士，配料有洋蔥、酸瓜同火箭菜配埋芝士同埋少少辣芥未醬，口感同味道都有層次。▫️雞肉煙肉配芝士燒烤醬三文治（$58）😋半溶嘅芝士、嫩滑嘅雞肉、咸香嘅煙肉加埋燒烤醬，係惹味嘅配搭。三文治入邊仲有爽脆嘅沙律菜。落咗單之後店員會烤熱份三文治，佢哋嘅包外邊酥脆，入邊鬆化。飲品方面就揀咗凍鮮奶抹茶同泡沫

一直都好鍾意去passion度食嘢!!唔到而家灣仔新開嘅sour dough都係佢開嘅😋嗰日就入咗去試吓！超鍾意食佢個古巴三文治🥪喺坊間都少見啲～內餡有火腿、手撕豬肉同埋瑞典芝士 真係夠晒惹味

身為麵包控的我最近終於朝聖了依間人氣酸種麵包專門店。我地星期日早上到訪，見人龍排到門口外面，不過等候時間唔長。店舖是先取位後排隊到前台揀選食物，前台陳列的包點種類和款式非常多，有：軟包🫓、千層酥🫔、奶油酥🥨、薄餅🍕、撻🥧類等等，烘焙包點都由酸種麵團做的，新鮮出爐咖啡店亦有供應蛋餅🍳、沙律、蛋糕和其他輕食。🥐Sour Dough Croissant牛角包好大個，圓滾飽滿，切開入面摺疊層次和蜂巢氣孔分明，應該因為所用麵糰🫓的關係，顏色偏暗黃，口感就比平時食到的牛角包較堅實，有麥香🌾和微酸味。🥪Cubano古巴麵包裏面夾着手撕豬肉、煙肉、酸菜、沙律菜和瑞士芝士，餡料豐富。手撕豬肉醃得入味，古巴麵包經烘烤後變得非常脆口，好有口感。🍪Canele法式小甜點可麗露好大粒，外層厚實硬脆，有焦糖味，裏面是糊狀質感的奶油🍶，有牛奶和雲呢拿香味。咖啡店的麵包果然無令我失望，食物定價亦唔算高，包點種類實在太多，樣樣都想試，可惜眼闊肚窄，會想再訪。🙋🏽‍♀️想知更多飲食資訊, Follow Instagram: misslittlebigeater 🙆🏽‍♀️

第一次光顧灣仔新龐 Sour Dough 體驗十分好！Fruilletine Tart Vanilla @$28個人覺得個撻皮好有誠意！ 層層疊加分明 做到酥脆既較果！個蛋本身甜度剛剛好 口感棉滑 同撻底配合得好好 旦份量偏少🥲 同同區既BakeHouse比較既話 我個人認為Sour Dough既蛋撻口味上更出色！🥴Bakehouse既蛋撻@$12 雖然平Sour Dough既一半有多 同蛋漿既量的確較多 旦撻皮口感死實😥 所以就算係貴一倍有多 我都會揀Sour Diugh既蛋撻！
