呢杯野飲成70幾蚊有原因既,採用黎自法國既高級朱古力,好多Pastry Chef 都係用呢個牌子既朱古力架!飲落真係有好濃郁既朱古力味🍫但又唔會覺得好甜或好漏

Sour Dough is founded by Swiss pastry chef Gérard Dubois, a name you have probably heard of if you’ve been to Passion. All breads in Sour Dough are made from sourdough starter that is over 30 years old😎

 I went there before 11:00am on Sunday morning. Chose the seat at the front door facing the street. You can eat and ppl watch at the same time. Bring your dog with you if you like!🦮

Green Lentil Harissa Soup $38
Harissa is made from red pepper, garlic paste, coriander seeds and other spices and herbs. I usually order harissa dip with pita bread when I go to a Middle Eastern restaurant. It was the first time I try it in soup. Liked the complex flavor. Lentils can be quite filling so I didn’t finish the soup.

Roasted Beetroot & Pumpkin Salad $25
Beetroot and pumpkin are exceptionally rich source of antioxidant compounds. Beetroot has no grassy smell and was sweet. Pumpkin tasted soft and also sweet. I like both of them

Sweet & Spicy Quinoa Salad $25
Quinoa has high nutritional value, it’s rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals. That’s why I ordered it.😂 It was a tad sweet for me and wasn’t spicy at all.

Pastrami Sauerkraut $67 
Smoked beef with sauerkraut and cheese. I haven't eaten pastrami in a while, was surprised they have it.😍 It was yummy but the focus is on the sour dough. The bread tasted slightly sour, smelled fragrant and had a firm texture.

Avocado Chicken Sandwich $58
Avocado, egg, arugula and chicken, a simple yet delicious combination. They added quite a bit of lime so it was quite sour, but at least the chicken wasn’t dry.

Valrhona Iced Chocolate $72
There is a reason why this glass of iced chocolate is worth $72. It uses high quality chocolate from France. Many Pastry Chefs use this brand! It was rich yet not too sweet.
No one likes drinks that are too sweet! Well at least I don’t!

Cappuccino $39
Just another regular cup of coffee.

懷著興奮的心情到訪這個愛包人士的天堂( ´▽`) 雖然店名是 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘋𝘰𝘶𝘨𝘩 , 但這家除了提供酸種麵包外,還有賣各種各樣的麵包和甜點, 選擇多到目不暇給!! 嫩滑多汁的印式烤雞配上鬆軟的意式香草麵包, 香口惹味之餘還有種異國風情~ 布里歐軟包帶淡淡的奶香, 上面淋上濃郁的開心果及卡士達醬(不是螞蟻人覺得偏甜), 喜歡開心果的話一定不可以錯過!! 草莓千層撻不但超好看, 而且口感酥脆, 每一口都是滿滿的牛油香, 不過個人覺得如果中間部分卡士達醬的份量再多一點點可能會更好! 同行的朋友對可麗露讚不絕口, 超大一顆但定價比其他cafe更划算, cp值很高值得一試 ♡

著名的瑞士糕餅廚師 Gérard Dubois 開設的全新手工烘焙Cafe,主打是所有烘焙產品均選用超過30年的三種酸種麵糰(裸麥、白裸麥和黑裸麥)發酵製成,烘焙食品和糕點比傳統品種的外皮更脆更有彈性

Sour Dough提供多款美食供堂食除了麵包、糕點之外,還有沙律、湯、三文治及飲品。提供半戶外的座位,歡迎帶埋心愛的寵物一同前往食一個Brunch。

11:30入座食Brunch已經人山人海,先點了沙律、餐湯、三文治及飲品。北歐三文魚三文治及印度烤雞三文治都係常見口味,果然重點在於他們的酸種麵包,烤過之後外面非常之脆,但入面筋性十足。湯及沙律都是歐洲風味。
之後意猶未盡,叫了苦橙醬雲呢拿千層撻及可麗露。千層撻的酥皮非常之出色,加上內層creamy的蛋漿及苦橙醬,平衡感十分高,可麗露試了新出的抹茶口味,脆脆的外層,入面是軟糯有淡香抹茶味的內蕊。

Sour Dough provides a variety of food for dine-in. In addition to bread and pastries, there are also salads, soups, sandwiches and drinks. Semi-outdoor seating is provided, and you are welcome to bring your beloved pets to eat a brunch.

At 11:30, it was already crowded for brunch. Ordered salads, soups, sandwiches and drinks. Nordic salmon sandwiches and tikka chicken sandwiches are common flavors, but the focus is on their sourdough bread, which is very crispy on the outside, but full of gluten. Soups and salads are European style.
After that, I didn't want to finish it, so I ordered the Mille Feuille Vanilla Tart with Bitter Orange and Cannelé. The puff pastry of the Mille Feuille is very good. With the creamy egg paste and bitter orange sauce on the inner layer, it is very balance. Cannelé tried the new matcha flavor. The crispy outer layer is soft and sticky with Lightly scented matcha-flavored inner core.

由於見到就已經好肚餓,又樣樣都想試,結果叫到一枱都係野😳
有阿女最愛嘅牛角酥,勁鬆化!
Roasted Beetroot and Pumpkin Salad同Quinoa Black Bean Salad沙律全部都新鮮整又健康,仲係每100g咁計,可以依食量嚟叫!
由於要體力滿點咁去下一個活動,我地要咗Tikka Chicken Sandwich同老公好想食嘅Cubano Sandwich, 麵包鬆軟又足料,絕對對得住個價錢,老公食得緊開心,好快就食晒❤️

後來我地仲叫埋煙肉芝士鬆餅同Apple Turnover作為呢餐嘅warp up. Apple Turnover十分酥脆,味道平衡,又係極速食晒。煙肉芝士鬆餅絕對係新體驗,非常多嘅煙肉同埋淡淡嘅芝士味,好特別。

隔咗幾日,而家見到啲相都仲回味緊,似乎呢一間已經變成我最愛麵包舖之一!

We ordered Sour Dough Croissant is my daughter’s all time favourite, it’s crispy and she loves it.

All salad are fresh made and ingredients are healthy, we Roasted Beetroot and Pumpkin Salad and Quinoa Black Bean Salad are our choice!

The sandwiches are full of ingredients and worth it! Tikka Chicken Sandwich is yummy. Not many restaurant provide Cubano Sandwich but Sour Dough have it and my husband love it so much.

And we also ordered Apple Turnover and Bacon and Parmesan Scone. The Apple Turnover also crispy and the taste of apple stuffing is very balanced. Bacon and Parmesan Scone is a newly experience for Scone cos it’s full of bacon and with cheese, made it very special.

在灣仔發現了一間專門賣酸種包的cafe,櫥窗內展示了林林總總的酸種烘焙🥯11:30am的餐廳內已座無虛席,於是決定外賣到附近慢慢品嘗---- sᴏᴜʀᴅᴏᴜɢʜs ----🥯 Mille Feuille Vanilla Tart with Bitter Orange ($25)撻皮非常酥脆,一咬下去會聽到清脆的聲音💕厚身蛋漿內有雲尼拿籽,非常香滑,最底層還有酸甜的橙醬減低罪惡感😋必食之選The crust is really crispy☺️ There are vanilla seeds in the thick egg, which is smooth. 撻皮非常酥脆,一咬下去會聽到清脆的聲音💕厚身蛋漿內有雲尼拿籽,非常香滑,最底層還有酸甜的橙醬減低罪惡感😋必食之選
The crust is really crispy☺️ There are vanilla seeds in the thick egg, which is smooth. And the sweet and sour orange jam in the bottom layer reduces guilt 😋 A must-eat choice

撻皮同樣脆身,即使已經放涼了也不會變軟👍🏻材料豐富且整體味道剛好☺️蛋漿較Vanilla tart 更實在,非常飽肚
The crust is also crispy, even if it has been cooled, it will not become soft and oily👍🏻 The pie is rich and the overall taste is just right ☺️The egg is more solid than the Vanilla tart, very filling

灣仔近年都有好多食sour dough 既小清新cafe,weekend想chill下飲杯咖啡動不動都要排半個鐘頭以上,今日咁岩路經有位,立即入去打個卡試一試佢,唔講唔知原來佢哋都pet friendly 架喎,不過只限少少outdoor位置,今日點左幾樣試試,1.Mille feuille vanilla tart w/orange $25 ,外面so皮經職員翻熱後真係不得了,皮脆蛋香,蛋更帶有少少澀味、橙香jam味,真心正;2.wheat carrot walnut muffin $27 ,成個充滿朱古力碎、nut碎、燕麥脆,蛋糕底本身亦好香,但食得多會好heavy、會濟;3.tikka chicken dine-in $58 ,燒雞肉配上啲洋蔥、酸甜汁,包皮經過烤焗,每一口都lor、lor 聲🤤 咖啡方面我本身就冇乜特別研究,今日叫左iced mocha 、iced coffee ,mocha 又係太過heavy ,coffee 反而感覺岩岩好。

我最喜歡香辣地中海小米沙律,香辣帶有少少咖哩味,仲有芫茜菜同埋夾雜一d甜甜既乾莓,加埋小米,飽肚又惹味!藜麥黑豆沙律有蕃茄、黑豆mix埋,都係唔錯選擇!
I like sweet & spicy couscous the most, spicy with a bit curry taste, and parsley with some sweet berry, couscous, full and yummy! Quinoa black bean salad include tomato mix with black bean, another good choice!

Do not come if you want to have nice morning. Just another fast food shopWent for breakfast on a Wednesday morning hoping to get recharged. Given there is no one in the queue, I asked a few questions about the salad and when the cookies/ quiches will be out politely. This tall guy with black eye glasses answered in such a cool, half-hearted and impatient manner just ruined the whole experience .Bakehouse is much busier but staff are polite and nice …will make a wiser choice next time ….

特地外帶了去朋友家,聊了些工作、𝘞𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴和女生的話題,渡過了很愉悅的下午茶時間,二百左右就全包了真的超便宜!朋友對這家烘焙店印象也非常深刻,我們吃到驚呼連連𝘟𝘋,說起來又開始想念了。

包怪媽媽,經常會留意有咩新開麵包店去朝聖一下今次就揀咗位於灣仔主打酸種麵包既cafe 買點係以30年酸種麵團製成的酸種麵包🥐🥯🍞及多款pastry店鋪設有室內和半室外座位,可以當作cafe,最啱約埋朋友帶埋狗仔過嚟chill 下不過由於今日已經食咗lunch所以外賣兩個返屋企試吓Oatmeal raisin cookie 🍪我返屋企reheat 返原來呢個係比較軟身曲奇提子乾份量都比較多但係甜度都頗高。試過就算不會翻卓Original Kouign Amann🥧法國焦糖奶油酥,呢間舖頭有別於其他麵包店我覺得對比麵團比較紮實飽肚感十足焦糖面做得香脆濃郁食咗一個做早餐飽到🫣去到下午茶時間先食到午餐

Oatmeal raisin cookie 🍪
我返屋企reheat 返原來呢個係比較軟身曲奇
提子乾份量都比較多但係甜度都頗高。試過就算不會翻卓

Original Kouign Amann🥧

法國焦糖奶油酥,呢間舖頭有別於其他麵包店我覺得對比麵團比較紮實飽肚感十足
焦糖面做得香脆濃郁
食咗一個做早餐飽到🫣
去到下午茶時間先食到午餐

Have wanted to visit this place for long and today finally got a chance to come

Mille Fuille Vanilla Tart is a must try item! the tart is filled with vanilla custard and some bitter orange marmalade. The sourdough puff pastry base is super flaky and buttery. Other than that,the matcha canele is another must item~It is super crunchy without being overly hard and caramelised you can also taste the matcha flavour

I would also recommend apple turnover,pistachio brioche and feulletine basket, all of them are
just so tasty🤤🤤

tried plain croissant before and we pick the chocolate one this time. The croissant crispy and fluffy inside and it matchs with chocolate.

The puff pastry comes with flaky layers, rich buttery and made by sourdough starter(less sugar used compared with the traditional )
