This is a fairly new takeaway with a small dine in facility 11 tables = 22 seats.
It is self service although at night when quieter they change to table clothes and candle and do service.
Pizzas are the primary product although they have the freshest salad bar in Lai Chi Kok
albeit it very simple and basic - cherry toms , 3 types of lettuce cucumber mushrooms etc etc
They do 2 types , the Milanese large tray pizzas , that cost $38-44 per slice
and Napoli thinner pizzas $88-138
Each type of Pizza comes in approx 10 flavours
I tried the Napoli Margherita Pizza ...excellent just like in italy $88 .
They use Fior di Latte cheese , that is the real deal as it comes very white ,
a little stringy like it should but not plasticy .
It was the best pizza that I have tasted in Kowloon.
The Lasagne $55 , we ordered was served piping hot and had a very tasty ragu sauce
with a good amount of bechamel and mozarella cheese , with gratinated parmesan .
I ordered a tiramisu $28 amazing value , real authentic tiramisu , very light tasting of
marsala with hints of coffee . The chocolate mouse $25 that my partner ate was light airy and not too sweet . We were told it was using a 57% single origin chocolate .
The baked Ricotta and Marscapone cheese cake $27 was light but firm and the base seemed to be made of amaretto biscuits.
Coffee was also a surprise that rounded off the meal and complimented the
tiramisu perfectly being a really robust european coffee ,
service was good and very friendly .
I look forward to trying it again
