i totally agree with u 野蠻公主.6 of us went to Nobu lastnite, when we were being seated we all immidiately thought that we got into Cafe de coral or a canteen..however, the decoration is nice, very fancy..even though its a fursion japanese resturant,there were still 2 things i found strange, 1. their menu is 100% english no japanese or chinese what so ever, we asked for a japanese version menu but they didn't have it. this resturant surely is not for normal japanese customers (cos usually japanese'

anyways, the food was good, everything was delicious! i guess if they don't put their effort in producing quality food, for the noiseyness and the insanely high prices, they won't be able to survive.
lastly, for u out there who wants to hang out with your buddies like a causal dinner nite out and money is not an issue, then i strongly reccommand Nobu. but for people who is looking for a romantic classy and quiet place for dating purpose, this place sucks!

終於有機會試Nobu,不過可能報紙離誌講到佢太好,去完之後有啲失望。氣氛- 裝修唔錯,尤其天花嘅裝修,聽講係海膽啲針,一支一支咁整上去,不過樓底矮,枱好密,所以就嘈到死(我未去過其他Nobu,不過朋友話London嗰啲都係嘈,Nobu係咁喎,要嘈至有氣氛...)。食物- 味道唔錯,尤其喜愛嗰個拖羅魚韃靼配魚子醬,賣相(我即刻諗起冰鎮奶茶)及味道都叫人一試難忘。Nobu話哂玩"創意新派日本菜",所以味味都fusion,都有驚喜(最"驚"喜係嗰味豉汁seabass,話係日本面豉,不過我覺得簡直好似食緊中菜咁...有蔥又有薑...)。魚生好好(好鍾意個Matsuhisa醬),牛肉又好(不過唔係我食過最好嘅)。不過壽司就幾失望,唔係咁出色(我諗去Nobu都唔好叫啲咁正宗日本嘅dish)。服務- 服務唔錯,啲侍應對每一味菜都有認識,問佢點整點整都識答。總括嚟講,我覺得試一次就夠,俾嘅錢好明顯大部份去哂啲名氣度...味道係好,不過咁嘅價錢可以有好多選擇,而且實在太嘈,千幾蚊一位食咁耐嘈咁耐(嘈到似街市(可能樓底矮)...要嘈嘅話LKF嗰頭有平好多又好味嘅選擇),我真係覺得試一次就夠,嗰晚食完經過S

Finally!! I am really look forward to trying Nobu. Well, the decoration is a little disappointed, i mean compare with the price, the decoration is quite plain. Food is really good. I love the one called the Squid Pasta, with strong taste of butter and garlic, and i highly recommended that one. Sushi is very fair. Desert, esp the Cappuccino Cup, should try that too. Well, I think just try once in your lifetime, and that is already enough.

My boyfriend took me and my good friend to Nobu last night. We sat at the sushi bar as we enjoy seeing the master making the maki and cutting the sashimi. We thought the service is just ok and the tables are set a bit too cozy. And when the restaurant is full of people, it becomes very noisy. Sashimi is very good and esp. the pricy o-toro. However, the hot dishes are very disappointing. I mean its good to go there once as for experience ... if i am hunger for traditional Japanese food, i would d

洲際酒店將我心愛的Yu也忍心宰掉,但得悉換上Nobu,縱有捨不得之倩,亦同時引頸以待.香港在飲食舞台再展新章必然經歷改朝換代之路.但將心比己,我付出Fine Dining的金錢,亦同時對環境,食物,服務,食器等等必有所求.如果在你享受食物的同時,待者提醒閣下還有30分鐘將檯交還.此時必定大殺風景.Nobu在港推出兩時段的用餐安排,根本與Fine Dining的定義背道而馳.將此層次的食肆格調與快餐文化接軌,有感非常可惜.因為閣下是付出每人連加壹近千圓之譜(當然不包酒水),換來此等侍遇.你亦可說倒不如訂第二輪,相信以洲際的級数絕不會趨速你趕快埋單.但要消磨九點前的時光;亦屬無謂夾無聊.有一種"唔知為乜","貼錢買難受"的感覺.還顧全世界的頂級食肆,少有如香港餐館般的店大欺客.各看官或餐廳的管理層捬心自問;此等安排是否以客為本的角度出發???

以前在London 讀書時去過Nobu幾次,試過隔離檯係Boy George! 同Intercon Nobu 經理提起,佢話原來個chef 係London 過來的.我同佢講話好鍾意London Nobu 個chocolate bento box,即chocolate fondant 加綠茶雪糕,原來呢度都有,我地就叫了來食,好好味!同London 一樣呢!

The restaurant opened on 24 Dec and the place is already quite well run.Service was the highlight of Nobu. The waitrress walked us through the menu and came by to explain when each dish arrived. She is never pushy and was friendly, warm and informative.I was not too impressed by the ambience though. The setting was not exciting at all and the tables were small. It felt like a chinese restaurant.The view was good and was particularly worthwhile to go there during one of these nights when ther

The view was good and was particularly worthwhile to go there during one of these nights when there are freworks and lighting shows at 8pm across the harbour.
