If you go and have the mentality that it'd be top-notch, stuffy, 3-star Michelin experience, you might come back disappointed. It's not classy like the one in New York.However, for its price which is much cheaper than any other Nobu, it offers superb quality of casual Japanese new-style dining.Sashimi is all fresh and of the highest quality. However, for its price which is much cheaper than any other Nobu, it offers superb quality of casual Japanese new-style dining.

Sashimi is all fresh and of the highest quality. It's got a wide variety of selections. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Nothing bad could be said about the food, really.

What could be most disappointing is the ambiance of the dining room in general. It's extremely noisy as a result of low ceiling and tight space. Furthermore, whatever you read about its decor in magazines, really, it's just another ordinary restaurant design. Nothing to brag about.

So, be prepared for a satisfying Japanese meal and drop the expectation of luxury or class, and you will go home feeling positive and satisfied.

今次只試了少部份的菜式,但我一定會再回去的試其他的:

頭盤:
Tuna Tataki with Tosazu ($180)
Whitefish sashimi with dried miso ($210)
很新鮮的魚,醬汁的味道很好,酸和鹹味恰到好處,很成功的appetizer。

主菜
Black Cod Saikyo Yaki ($150)
Rock Shrimp Tempura with Ponzu Sauce($268)
兩個也是Nobu的招牌菜蝦不可以算是天婦羅,是輕輕炸過的小蝦球,味道很鮮,不錯!銀雪魚則只能說是合格,沒有什麼特別。

其他
Toro Hand Roll ($120 x 2) - 不是fusion菜,我覺得是正宗日本菜,很有水準。
Soft Shell Crab Cut Roll ($150) - 很脆口,也是很有水準。

甜品
Beer Ice Cream With Peanut and Jasmine Soup ($100) –絕對稱得上是極品,淡淡等啤酒雪糕,加上花生餅乾,再淋上清甜得茉莉花汁,味道千變萬化,真是一絕。
Mango Roll with sorbet ($100) –也算好吃,但給上面得比下去。

兩個人吃一千五百多元一頓午餐,值不值?視乎當天的心情吧!

I wanted to try this world renowned restaurant for some time, and I finally found a chance to go and have lunch with my significant other.We order a set each, a sashimi set and a sashimi and sushi combination set. Then we order a yellowtail tartar with Cavier, a small shrimp tempura with a slightly spicy mayonnaise sauce. I wanted to try this world renowned restaurant for some time, and I finally found a chance to go and have lunch with my significant other.

We order a set each, a sashimi set and a sashimi and sushi combination set. Then we order a yellowtail tartar with Cavier, a small shrimp tempura with a slightly spicy mayonnaise sauce. Finally one otoro sushi and desert (chocolate bento and passion fruit Tamago).

The yellowtail tartar was nice. I didn\'t order toro tartar because I feel that otoro is best tasted in a slice, not minced. The small shrimp tempura is very very nice and tasty. I haven\'t had anything like that before. With such an introduction we were expecting the set to be equally impressive.

It turned out to be a disappointment, other than the salad. For 250 HKD the combo has three slice of yellowtail, three maguro, two salmon. Cucumber rows and a scallop, shrimp and one other sushi. I was really expecting some Uni,chu-toro, ikura and some better snappers.

Sashimi combo turns out to be a little bit better, for the same price they get a bit of chopped up mackerel which is nice. Other fishes are just normal.

Otoro is very good at 180 per serving (two piece). Not a bargain yet it is top quality.

Finally, the Chocolate Bento box is essentially warm chocolate cake with green tea ice cream. The Passion Fruit Tamago is a nice surprise, although the sides are less impressive.

Environment is nice with a great seaview. Service is ok although they are not too attentive when it comes to tea refills.

Not a cheap lunch, yet it is worthwhile to try except the sets.

我一早已很想試一試此名滿天下的餐\廳。故有一機會便帶同我的另一半去試午餐\。

我們叫了兩客定食(魚生和魚生加壽司),一客鮪魚他他加魚子醬,一客小蝦天婦羅,一客大拖羅,最後加朱古力便當及熱情果「蛋」

鮪魚他他加魚子醬先到,味道很不錯。我沒有叫拖羅他他,原因是我覺得大拖羅應是一塊塊的上才好,而不是被「免冶」小蝦天婦羅也非常之好吃。如此好的菜打頭陣,心想定食也應不錯吧!

結果是,除沙律外,定食頗令人失望。二百五十元的定食,魚生加壽司有三片鮪魚和吞拿,兩片三文魚,青瓜卷和帶子/蝦等兩款。我期望有的海胆,中拖羅,三文魚子或好一點的鯛魚均欠奉。

魚生定食好一點,起碼有碎池魚,其他則非常普通。

大拖羅幾好,一百八十元兩件,一點不便宜但屬頂級。

最後朱古力便當只是warm chocolate cake 加綠茶雪糕,而熱情果「蛋」有啲驚喜,但配菜麻麻。

環境是無敵維港落地景,服務就除了加茶甚少之外都不俗。

真的不便宜,但值得一試(定食除外)

Me and my partner spend almost 10min and still wondering around their sophicated menu. then we took the waitress recommendation to try their proud-of-Omakase ($1188 each).

We gave our preference and what we didn't eat then just wait for the surprise to be delivered.

Eight courses (I still have comment to consider a cup of soap is a course, never mind) paride were just slightly met my stylish taste. But I still admit I have never eat a tenderous beef like that before and it really melted in my mouth. The toro tar-tar with canviar is a bit salty. the green tea ice cream a bit milky but the chocolate trufflu really rock.

As conclusion I will rate this cuisine for the event of celebration but not casual visit. With the class ranked top 20 in the world I would say I am still looking for a bit more surprise in term of dishes and value and deco surroundings.

Chocolate Bento Box with Green Tea Ice Cream $110: 10分, 一場來到, 當然再試試甜品, 又要了我們的至愛: 軟心朱古力蛋糕. 這裡的軟心朱古力蛋糕係放係一個便當盒, 賣相已經優勝. 園形的蛋糕, 外皮的質感很好, 一打開, 入面的朱古力醬馬上湧出來, 朱古力相當香濃. 此甜品另一特色係用了綠茶雪糕, 跟平常吃的雲呢拿雪糕相比, 係更加匹配. 綠茶那份清新的感覺, 中和了濃烈的朱古力, 口感更豐富.

比起樓下大大份的軟心朱古力蛋糕, 其實這個係更浪漫, 更適合二人世界. 無論賣相, 味道同配搭, 都係10分的甜品. 感覺完美.

或許很多食家覺得這店不倫不類, 去回傳統名店更有保障. 小弟就覺得這裡有它的吸引力, 當見識一下也不足為過.

喜歡軟心朱古力蛋糕的食友就真係要來試一試.

my parents had their father\'s day set everything is very good. cod fish is very sweet. sushi is good. cute appetizers. i had the assorted sushi set which is up to standard too (under $500 for dinner) with uni and toro included my friend \"customized\" a minced toro rice and it was $1000 it was a total rip off but same time it wasnt on the menu so no one is to be blamed.

舌頭花心,卻又沒啥性格,更惶論對傳統的執着。但對飲食充滿熱情之仕烹調出來的美食,卻是「舌悅誠服」,有鼓解釋不了的情意結。早在Nobu先生在海外發跡時,已讀過了他的故事,買過了他的烹飪書,也曾千里迢迢的到過他在比華利山的「第一店」朝聖。今云,近在咫尺,擇了閒日而來午膳,只想在閒息間,在這個「這麼遠,那麼近」的地方,跟這兒的人與食物,來一次好好的交往。放棄了那烈日當空的維港美景,獨個兒豎在冷清的壽司吧舞臺欣賞表演。也貫切了那沒性格的性格,點了客Lunch Omakase,把舌頭的命運,都交托在廚師的手裡。也點了瓶經理推介的Sake凍飲,為那半夢未醒的舌頭熱熱身。Sake端上時,不對勁,不是那傳說中的竹筒,也沒有冰鎮,實未有對那優質佳釀,及惜酒劉伶作出尊重。第一道菜,是鰣魚剌身伴上Nobu有名的柚子醬汁。新鮮的鰣魚,遇上帶有點點柚子靑澀的清新招牌醬汁,完完全全的把魚鮮提升,把沉睡了的味蕾來輕輕的吻醒,好不温馨。第二道是半生熟金鎗魚沙拉:鮮嫩而色彩斑爛的沙拉菜,給束在片得透薄如白玉的蘿蔔環內,像是送給我的夏日盛放花束。配合那帶有熱帶風情的沙拉油,把味濃肉鮮的半熟金鎗魚,帶領到目不暇給的繽紛珊瑚

第二道是半生熟金鎗魚沙拉:鮮嫩而色彩斑爛的沙拉菜,給束在片得透薄如白玉的蘿蔔環內,像是送給我的夏日盛放花束。配合那帶有熱帶風情的沙拉油,把味濃肉鮮的半熟金鎗魚,帶領到目不暇給的繽紛珊瑚礁內,跳脫醒胃。

兩道精彩的冷葷,經已叫我把整瓶清酒喝過乾淨。得要再來一杯Sauvignon Blanc,以迎接下一浪高潮。

第三道是Nobu的名菜:味噌燒黑鱈魚柳。是大師級的名物,鱈魚細嫩,油潤而又透着魚油獨特的鮮香,跟表面燒得焦香的味噌,相互融合,散發着一鼓鱈魚獨特的甜鮮,是選料跟廚藝的完美配合,要來把食客的舌頭,都一一俘虜。吃過了,來一口爽紅的嫩薑苗,醒神清喉。

再端上的,是一道熱葷:燒牛柳。牛柳嫩滑,肉汁豐郁而牛味十足,還侍有一辣一酸的秘製醬汁,一道牛,吃出了兩種不一樣的精彩風格。

跟着上的,是件件的新鮮手握壽司。每一件也是心機之作,握得細膩而大小適中。師傅待我完成了一件,方為我弄下一件,是「手」跟「心」的天作之合。配上款款新鮮得無懈可擊的剌身,是件件精雕的藝術品。

最後侍上的,是綠茶雪糕伴軟心巧克力蛋糕。平凡,但味美而用心。

餐後,跟經理及師傅探取Nobu先生及餐廳的逸事。再疑惑何解餐堂只得我用上了黑餐巾。滿帶氣度的經理跟我說:「只因不想白餐巾的纖維,沾上了妳的黑裙上。」那刻,心卜通的一跳,他的貼心,叫我感動得喉頭有點嚥塞…

曾付上了真心真意,光陰與青春,未見換來半點温柔。但在陌生的食肆裡,原應只是等價交易,卻飄來了驚喜的貼心感動。臨行前,經理問我可會再來。肯定的點過頭,只因只有在這裡,方能尋回那份久遺了的被愛感覺。

Nobu 外國大城市有十幾間セ鬼倫敦紐約都有,為咗食名氣,世俗D都想try try啊。2人叫咗4樣野:Sake$240--用竹筒上,酒杯同系細竹筒做,好得意,仲係用完卽棄,酒味一般,飲完個頭一樣"拂拂吓"。1人前自選Set$1188--自選定義係厨師自選客人冇得揀,好似2凍3熱?總括有驚喜fusion有創意,食得過。金槍魚沙律$245--個dressing用好碎洋葱加入Nobu San自製醬汁打造而成,酸酸地配金槍魚好正呀!澳洲和牛南美辣汁$580--揀佢是南美辣汁好特別,個種層次感今和牛加分。裝修Fancy但坐位麻麻地,2個人埋單$2400-要我坐得禁唔舒服,嬲呀!!不過算啦service幾好,比笑臉啦。

愛讀Us Weekly的我常讀到Nobu是Celebrity飯堂。見Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie餐餐都Nobu,唔通真係咁正﹖而對於香港也終於有Nobu也覺得是榮幸。菜色有點心思但不至於另我讚嘆。Rock Shrimp Tempura..其實即係ebi mayo! black cod with matsuhisa's special sauce was OK. I always order california roll wherever i go, and the cali roll here was totally average.The coffee dessert was also quite average.Overall, 來食Nobu是因為是他的明氣﹐The service was immpeccable, as expected to live up to the name of such a famed restaurant,but the actual food is a little overrated. black cod with matsuhisa's special sauce was OK. I always order california roll wherever i go, and the cali roll here was totally average.
The coffee dessert was also quite average.

Overall, 來食Nobu是因為是他的明氣﹐The service was immpeccable, as expected to live up to the name of such a famed restaurant,
but the actual food is a little overrated. Nevertheless, the price was surprisingly quite acceptable, so I guess I still got my bang for the buck. Will come again when I feel like it (laughs)

既然是Robert De Niro有份的﹐怎麼不在Menu加個Robert De Ni-ROLL呢﹖

好似係劍魚魚生﹐加左一片超辣既辣椒同一d醬油﹐完全唔駛WASABI﹐係NOBU幾出名既一味菜
7) Makomo Dake Special - HK$135
呢個真係勁好食,我唔知咩黎咪問下個waitress,佢話係帶子同唔記得咩魚既醬,放係竹筍上面焗,太好味呀
佢話呢味菜得日本同香港有,所以大家真係要食下

‥兩個人加埋飲品,HK$1800,但因為太好味,雖然貴都冇肉「尺」同心痛

NOBU真係一生人要食一次,不過我食左呢次,我呢一個月都唔會出街食飯LU!

如果有機會,就下年或者特別日子先食啦!

以前都食過Tokio Joe等等日本fusion料理,但nobu真係太好味,其他冇得比

唯一唔好就係太細同太嘈,不過係前幾個評語話過NOBU係咁嘈,所以我都唔會投訴啦

長話短說, 食物不是想像中的那麼好.可能我不是太喜歡Fushion. 但是它的自家品牌日本清酒真是一定要試.好飲到死呀.好smooth, 好容易入口.我們一行5人.每一飲了1大支,好正.如果去nobu只是食飯...i will not go again.但如果好飲嘢食小食.ok will go again...

終於有機會去試Nobu啦,雖然只係食lunch,但食物嘅質數絕對冇領人失望。我要咗個signature Bento Lunch box,一個lunch box有5款菜式: 半生熟吞拿魚沙律,6件sushi,炸蝦(並唔係tempura喎),銀雪魚,燒雜菜加飯。$288絕對抵食。最出色係醬汁,好Nobu。除咗set lunch,仲好貪心咁食埋甜品,試咗朱古力軟心旦糕同Iced Cappucino。朱古力軟心旦糕勝在唔太甜。Iced Cappucino簡直一絕,個mousse有三層,最底係mousse,中間有D crunchy,最頂層係有輕微酒味嘅foam,有texture,有口感,仲有好香嘅咖啡味,掂! 不過要提一提佢哋嘅裝修,比我想像中差好遠。唔hip, 唔chic仍唔grand,除咗天花板有小小design外,同一間普通日式餐廳實在冇乜分別。好在叫有個無敵海景搭夠囉。
