Today my family and I went to the pop up,store at Huas in Central. We have ordered two coffee ice cream. We went into there at 2:35 and there’s not too many people are waiting. The waitress asked us to dine in or to go; we replied to go. We were standing for almost 45 mins. It was a crazy experience. The service was so poor and keep us standing to wait (although there’s many seats/ tables were available). The waitress didn’t feel sorry to keep you waiting and even the craftsman at the coffee bar

4 of us for dinner. Heard good things about the restaurant so was excited to try. Had to start early tho cos kitchen started to close ard 8ish. The pizza oven looked promising. We started the meal off with greens grown inhouse. It's like a mini science lab with blue lights and water running throughout. 如果大家有時候會去數碼港放吓狗或者野餐 相信你唔會否認數碼港真係一個美食沙漠 想飲杯靚咖啡都無得選擇🤯 不過最近Interval就同Farmacy合作開咗呢間以全環控智能室內水耕種植概念嘅餐廳🌱 餐廳一邊有透明玻璃可以見到室內種植蔬菜嘅房間 客人食到嘅蔬菜都真正由Farm to Table非常新鮮💯 餐廳位於二樓戲院旁邊 裝修簡約 空間感好大 除咗可以食件牛角包飽杯咖啡之外🥐 又可以食個Pizza配杯紅酒喎🍕 下次去完放狗或者野餐終於有個地方食好嘢喇 狗狗都可以坐岀面㗎🥰

The best I have had in HK. Period. Reminded me of this shop in Rome that I visited where even police cars double parked outside to have their dessert. Other food are also very good and reasonably priced by HK standard. Salad is another of my favourite. Good service good environment. Have come here repeatedly with family. Look forward to trying more things on the menu.
