4 of us for dinner. Heard good things about the restaurant so was excited to try. Had to start early tho cos kitchen started to close ard 8ish. The pizza oven looked promising. Wine list was interesting, diverse and reasonably priced. One of the best I’ve encountered. Server also had good knowledge on wines, patiently recommending ones to suit our preferences. Ended up ordering 3 bottles of white, all different styles as promised.Ordered 3 pizzas to share: the 4 cheese, sausage, and seafood.Like

Liked the sausage one best. Overall, dough was soft, edge was ok crispy (could be crispier).

Beetroot tartare- best dish of the night. The beetroot tasted smoked, and texture was very springy. Asked server how it’s been made but he had no idea.

Charcoal grilled prawns- also very yummy; could smell the chargrilled aroma from faraway.

For pasta, ordered the Lobster tagliolini- texture of the tagliolini tasted more like Chinese friend noodles. Very “al dente”.

Ordered all desserts available- namely Tiramisu and Burnt cheesecake. I’m normally not a fan of either, but friends said the tiramisu was one of the best they’ve tried. Cheesecake was a bit too sweet for me.

In summary, recommended. Nice and fresh concept. Vegetables all seemed very fresh.
