Wanted to try it for a while,but always busy.This morning passed by, no need to line up. Fancy design, by windows. 今日又係媽咪三人組出動! 呢排香港比較混亂，都唔敢周圍走，所以都選擇咗樓起商場。ifc最新開幕嘅duck and waffle 呢排成日都聽，又話好多人排隊所以決定去試下！book枱嘅時候得返八點半🤔照去啦 🍴入到去間餐廳燈光暗暗地，其實幾有情調，不過非常之嘈😝 坐低之後餐廳經理好有禮貌同我哋打招呼，傾咗一輪之後我哋就開始點嘢食。當頭盤嚟完之後忽然間嚟咗一碟不知名的dish，以為係畀錯咗🤨原來係餐廳經理送畀我哋食🤩🤩 我最有印象係呢一part！ 其餘的食物都是一般：賣相又一般，味道更加一般 重頭戲嘅鴨髀+waffle都係普通 最奇怪係佢嘅sauce係syrup蜂蜜 本人真係唔識欣賞..... 埋單都要二千幾蚊，我覺得好唔值。希望佢做得住啦

London 的duck and waffle 於中環開業，所以決定前來一試。岩岩開業好多人排隊，排左一陣有職員會問你要唔要飲住野，摸著杯底等。 答左要 被安排坐係餐廳外面 電梯下面既梳化位置。想飲cocktails 選擇唔算多，但價錢算合理。等左一陣侍應帶位 ，唔知係咪新開有啲亂，揾極都揾唔到人落order。Yellow tuna 放係岩鹽上面 就咁食無一樣野食得出係咩 睇番原來係醃西瓜 同olive 味道好夾Grilled 18hr pork belly 燒得有啲苦 雖然豬肉好腍 但苦味好出 加上無咩特別 唔建議叫主角 duck and waffle 餐廳既signature dish 鴨脾有點略乾但waffle都做到外脆內軟 配 芥末糖漿 比起鴨脾個人覺得糖漿味道做得更出色最後甜品Baked Alaska 應該係熟悉既火焰雪山 外面既蛋白糖面 包著雲呢拿雪榚 由於蛋白糖面超級甜（應該本身個甜品做出黎係咁既味）旁邊既士多啤梨超級酸 所以食到中間既雲呢拿雪榚 有點小清新 。 本身嗜甜都覺得略甜Chocolate pudding 心太軟 值得一提配芝麻雪樣同芝麻薄脆 芝麻味與心太軟意外

Duck & Waffle在ifc一樓開檔, 和在London的Heron Tower的那間店比較, 在境觀上已差子一大截, 也是就是一樓和四十樓的分別吧. 在最出名的主菜, 也就是以其命名的”Duck & Waffle”, 兩地質素其實差不多, 鴨蛋蛋白厚實, 蛋黃濃烈, 鴨肶以鴨油煎重, 底下的窩夫吸收了前兩者的精華, 簡單但不會失手的煮法, 就是每一客客人也要點的原因. 至於Maple Syrup, 加些少上去能中和鴨肶的油膩之餘, 和鴨皮也能產生化學作用, 就如北京烤鸭的甜麵醬般, 但不能夠太多, 否則變成了甜鹹分不清的四不象就是.

和朋友們期待了好一段時間的duck & waffle 截至我去那天, 官網的訂位系統還是未能用的(能入到那個頁面, 但試了好幾次都不能成功訂位)本身太不願意排隊, 本來已打算等熱潮過後再訂位來試但剛好這天逛IFC時見到無人排隊(大約6:30-7:00左右)staff說有人訂了我之後的時間, 問我可否一小時左右交枱, 我們當然OK(但最後其實我們都吃了大概1.5小時才被提示要交枱)環境OK (但其實沒有太大驚喜, 我以為會更有特色)我入座時還未天黑, 窗外算有VIEW可看食物方面, 今次我們只有兩個人點了兩款小食, 一款main, 一款甜品招牌菜duck & waffle最好吃本身就喜歡鹹鹹甜甜的東西這道完全乎合期待上菜時會問是否需要幫忙拆肉(拆得超快的, 然後再鋪回waffle上, 好整齊哈)鴨肉鬆軟可口帶油香Waffle的口感剛剛好, 有糕點的鬆軟度, 超重蛋香而且整道菜的溫度剛好加上honey syrup, perfect!(看過別人說是mustard +honey , 但吃起來其實不太感覺到芥末的味)兩款小食就普通 foie gras creme brulee味道是OK的, 但用

剛剛的倫敦之旅，最後一餐本想試試位於40樓的Duck & Waffle，飽覽美景。可惜，沒有預訂座位，結果，無功而返。轉個頭，它居然來到IFC，雖然不在高空，只望住條馬路，但都即刻約埋旅伴，book枱一試。必點Duck & Waffle，品嘗後，其實驚喜不大，隻鴨脾是入味的、是軟身而易入口的，但跟Waffle是夾不來的，最特別反而是那像蜜糖的汁。反而Pork Belly及馬卡龍三文治可以一試。Pork Belly熱驣驣，入口即融。馬卡龍中的花生醬雪糕，味道全面，很不錯的甜品。

Came here after lunch peak hour so there was not a lot of people. While the food was delicious, especially the signature waffle, it is a tad overpriced. My mouth also felt very dry after a couple hours despite the many glasses of water drank. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant very clean and comfortable, but the music was simply too loud for conversation. The music selection was great though, but it would be much better to turn down the volume.

Had lunch here, we ordered two mains and 3 sides - average 400 hkd per head Just very very average food. Very expensive and not recommended at all

環境好。但coffee $58 , subject to 10% service charge , 即$64一杯，可惜無論 Cappuccino還是 americano的味道都....坦白老實 to be honest , 天地良心不值！甚至難飲喎......再講side dishes 更離譜，貴但質量差.....完全 not value for money ....所以食物都唔算好，除左招牌 waffles 同 duck duck 配，加埋 dressing 撈埋一齊，咁又幾好味。但overall , 個人始終覺得不合格。

之前一個人獨遊英國，已經偶遇過Duck & Waffle，可惜趕時間，無緣一試。今日，佢終於係香港IFC開左，可以TRY TRY啦~~當日餐廳門口排左好多人，等左好一陣先入得去。首先，我地叫了2個Starters，一個係吞拿魚，一個係帶子。一上檯，已對粉紅色的鹽磚心心眼，而吞拿魚則在鹽磚上，賣相精美。第一次將西瓜和吞拿魚分食，意外食出西瓜粒竟是咸咸的，而吞拿魚亦感咸鮮的。第二次食再將兩者混合一起食，西瓜粒在反襯下變得鮮甜多汁，和嫩口的吞拿魚perfect match~而帶子伴着蘋果一齊食，酸酸甜甜，都幾開胃。B Duck Cocktail又搶鏡又duck意。之後，就輪到個Main~~Duck & Waffle~~Waiter先生好好人咁教我地點樣拆開個鴨脾，仲出手相助幫我地拆開三樣分開黎食已感不錯，但估唔到mix 埋一齊食，又真係幾特別。鴨肉Juicy唔柴口，窩夫鬆化，流心的鴨蛋滑嫩又充滿蛋香，配上糖漿，層次感極豐富﹗﹗我同朋友貪玩，每次都配搭均不同，一陣係鴨肉配窩夫，一陣係鴨肉鴨蛋配糖漿，每次口感味道各有不同。不過，還是四者(鴨肉、窩夫、鴨蛋和糖漿)混合一起食，味道最佳另外，我地叫左

My friend and I decided to give it a try as we both have been to Duck and Waffle London. We had a great experience here, too! The restaurant offers delicious and extensive both drinks and food menus.
