The food was just ok.  Both the receptionists are rude, impolite andbad attitude; the management should provide a better training to the staff.  Overall, it’s not worth to try. 

It’s definitely worth expecting for this famous London restaurant opening it’s branch in Hong Kong. However, the most famous dish, Duck & Waffle, wasn’t as good as London’s.We started with goat chesse & heritage tomato bread. It tastes amazing with the bread.And then the Foie Gras Créme Burlee, I highly recommend this dish!! Big surprise!! And the most famous dish, Duck & Waffle, as the restaurant’s name. TBH, it’s quite a disappointment, and the taste can never compare to London’s Duck & Waffle

From the moment you ask for a table the receptionist are rude not let me take your name or number but a blunt we have no tables. You would think with the lack of tourists they would be a bit more customer focused. The rush they see currently will die down after the novelty wears off

知道Duck & Waffle HK營業不久，所以立即去試一試！一開頭都擔心會人多食唔到，因為佢地暫時未有訂枱，不過見平日3點幾4點，甚至去到6點都未見有人排隊。是次點了三款食物第一款是Duck and waffle 是鴨蛋加上鴨脾配waffle 再配上maple syrup 三樣唔關事食物加埋原來都幾好味，不過略嫌鴨脾有少少乾。第二樣係鵝肝crème brûlée內面根本同食緊啖啖鵝肝醬係無分別，極邪惡！最後一樣係Ox Cheek Donut 外脆內軟，外面有蛋汁加上果jam酸酸甜甜，入面OX cheek 少少少辣辣地，味道豐富！今次食左Waffle, donut同 crème brûlée 但好得意係，三樣食物都唔係甜品🤣😂下次再試其他菜式😋

知道Lunch晚餐時段都非常多人排隊，餐廳沒有定位服務，必須what in排隊所以係下午三四點時段去食 直接可以入去一定要點招牌鴨肉窩夫 友人一致認為好好食以油封鴨再配搭煎鴨蛋及楓糖，估唔到看似互不相干嘅油封鴨同窩夫放埋一齊食可以產生到咁奇妙嘅感覺，加上鬆軟嘅窩夫同楓糖入口令人難忘。其他小食都唔錯，特別係蟹肉，入口好清新，唔知點解有生蠔嘅海水鹹味，加上脆片，整體感覺非常好下次想食都會係下午茶嘅時段去，完全唔使排隊

Been waiting for them to open for a while. Heard of this shop when I was in London but mever gotten the chance to try it. They are soft opening this week and went to queue up for it during lunch. We wait from 11:50 for 30 mins and finally got seated. They dont have alot of items in the menu but that is perfect to me as it allows the service to perfected and serviced properly.
