1. Fried Chicken and Maple Syrup with PancakeThe chicken is perfectly fried; the coating is very thin and crispy, not oily at all! We definitely love the pancakes. They are super fluffy and soft, but crispy at the same time, like a toasted flat cake. This combination of sweet and salty is really addictive. We knew we had to order this one when we saw the menu! Just because it’s so rare to see salted egg yolk with spaghetti and we love trying fusion food. Just as how we expected, this combination is sooo nice. Normally, we don’t fancy salted egg yolk, but when it’s mixed with the cream sauce and the spaghetti, it’s just another level.

炸雞炸得恰到好處;炸衣不怕厚,又香脆,也不會太油。Pancake也非常不錯,很鬆軟,外面烤得脆脆的,好像在吃有點焦的扁身小蛋糕似的。這種鹹甜的配搭也太過癮了吧!還有一個特別之處是加在上面的小辣椒碎與開心果牛油,不單為菜式增添了色彩,味道也從而變得更有趣。
