今天路過這兒，想起同事推薦，說這間的壽司好味又特別，值得一試。我因此慕名而來，一進門已覺得侍應十分友善，既主動向我們提供選擇食物的貼士，又介紹各種飲料及那些是熱門之選；未食都覺得沒有選錯。BEEF-IYAKI烤過的牛肉加上醬汁，真係好入味，裏面有我喜歡嘅牛油果及一些脆粒，我其實沒有考究是什麼，只覺得好好味。；咬下去，那些配料湧出來，好澎湃的感覺。😂SEA MOSTER這是很清新的蟹柳、青瓜絲、櫻花蝦等材料，真係有一種海中鮮甜的味道湧出來，特別的口味，喜歡！MONGO DYNAMITE呢款有八件，上面係好新鮮嘅芒果🥭我再講多一次，真係好新鮮嘅芒果，加上綠色的類似蟹子作點綴，看上去已經覺得好吸引好靚。一小口一小口的，清甜入味，回味無窮，夏天食令人成個感覺像走進Resort ！加上了外面買不到的桃子🍑汁及抹茶布丁，好便宜，很值得一試。多謝同事推介！

上星期在灣仔附近下班，下班的時候已經是八點的關係，肚餓又想家，於是便到附近看看有沒有什麼外賣，看到了這一間主打fusion卷物餐廳，最適合外賣回家，不用害怕熱食會冷了的問題他們的每一款式都加上了自家創意，試其他地方不太容易吃到的味道Crunch, 他們的推薦特大卷，看到尺寸我也嚇了一跳，份量非常之多，材料有蘆筍，天婦羅脆脆，櫻花蝦，玉子還有三文魚，材料份量吃起來比圖片的更多，因為其實是廚師把他們緊緊的包在一起，非常豐富，回答他們的黑芝麻醬，香氣十足Sea monster, 這一款的配搭有蟹柳，櫻花蝦，青瓜，吉列蝦，甜薯粉，鰻魚醬汁，配搭同樣非常驚喜，外皮香脆的吉列蝦令到這一道景物有香脆的口感，蟹柳為這道卷物帶來清甜的味道，感覺清新另外還點了一份油甘魚外賣，他們的刺身同樣高質，油甘魚入口軟熟，而且油香味濃郁California, 這道加州手卷比起外邊餐廳所吃的感覺亦不一樣，配料中的牛油果令到卷物增添了濃烈的香氣，而且外表的蟹籽份量亦多，為口感增添了一份層次

夜晚呢條街比較靜，想靜靜地坐低思考下或悠閑地用餐，呢度係不錯之選壽司係即叫即整的見到個menu，有好多都好想食，選擇困難症又出現了服務員好細心，見我一直都未決定到，主動同我講有邊幾款較為受歡迎仲有炸雞件添Veggie Lover素食者可選呢款本身我好鐘意食露荀，所以呢個係必選的當中仲有紅菜頭，青瓜絲&芒果🥭加左芒果後，感覺好fresh，再加埋黑松露沙律醬，更加好味Mango Dynamite有芒果既卷物感覺好清新，唔會好膩有蝦天婦羅，青瓜絲，加左鰻魚醬汁提升味道，呢個組合完全perfect matchCali Salmon呢款係受歡迎嘅卷物之一有炸三文魚，蟹捧絲，而調味方面用咗簡單嘅salt & pepper，所以可以食到蟹捧既香味炸雞件反而有啲失望，炸得好乾，肉質唔夠滑我都係鍾意呢間既壽司卷物

Lee 間喺灣仔新開冇耐既手卷壽司店係同事介紹俾我哋去食，我哋lunch time 就去咗一試，店舖細細間，應該係專做外賣。我哋嗰個日差唔多都叫晒佢D特色壽司食你哋可以睇吓我D相，係唔係好吸引呢，見到都想食，佢D飯唔係凍冰冰，暖暖地，我都唔駛介紹相信各位會揀自己鍾意嘅手卷食希望大家可以支持一下D小店，唔想佢哋挨唔過疫情而消失，lee 間真係值得一試，好好味，lunch time take away 拎返公司食都OK

This is the second time ordering from Chotto Maki. Consistently delicious to put it simply. The rice is soft, some would say overcooked but if you have had the maki rolls in Syndey metro stations that are refrigerater hard, you would appreciate that the rice here is pretty good and well seasoned. My first time eating here despite this restaurant has a shop in Central for quite some time now. My friend who lives nearby brought us over There were a variety of maki rolls to pick from, I could come here every night! We customised our maki rolls for HK$88 ♥️♥️♥️One of the owner who served us today was very nice and very attentive. Many orders gone throughout the night, which means the ingredients are quite fresh!

it was a sunday and i ordered a MANGO DYNAMITE $72 and a (604) CRUNCH $72. both were good and i like the (604) CRUNCH more. the mango slices on top were a bit sour but the components blended well. for the crunch, salmon was so thick and i like the wasabi mayo so much!! it matched with the whole thing so well.for the environment and service, they have an open kitchen so we get to see the process, the staff were friendly and the environment was clean with sockets below. opening hours are 11-7 so y

Ordered some takeaway for office lunch this week after picking up their flier. This maki bar is a great idea. Sushi roll kiosks are all over the place on Sydney selling $2 salmon rolls and eel rolls at stations that you can hold on your hand be and devour before the train arrives.
