半年前到訪過灣仔BASAO tea，極簡裝潢、環境幽靜，非常舒適。最近喺銅鑼灣開左分店，鋪面更大，假日中午人流唔多，確實係鬧市中嘅綠洲，我更鐘意新店呢貫徹原店風格，全白、暖木色為主調，植物裝飾。座位較灣仔店多，坐得鬆動。開放式吧枱令全店睇落更闊落，望向街外嘅大玻璃窗位置打卡一流。凍櫃擺放多款甜點，包括有茶味卷蛋、蛋糕、撻，定價$42-55。除左多款來自中國、台灣嘅原茶，仲有日本抹茶、焙茶，價格稍高。另外，銅鑼灣店亦供應少量輕食。豆腐慕絲抹茶蛋糕 $55全白外表嘅蛋糕，好似一磚方形豆腐，上枱前再灑上抹茶粉。豆腐慕絲質地濕潤軟身，豆乳味突出，稍為甜左啲。夾層係抹茶蛋糕，portion唔大，預期內唔算好濃。豆腐蛋糕比較少食到，加埋抹茶元素，輕易成為最吸引嘅一件大紅袍黑糖麻糬蛋糕卷 $52蛋糕卷厚身，茶味甘香，未到濃郁，面頭跟夾層嘅茶葉有啲脆口。蛋卷質地濕潤唔乾硬、帶啲彈性。忌廉量唔多，藏身忌廉中嘅兩件麻糬，幾煙韌，有黑糖自然甜味。白芽奇蘭 $70苦惱飲邊款茶，店員推薦呢款，香氣持久，茶味甘甜，餘韻長。焙茶牛奶 $50焙茶牛奶拉花完整，茶香順滑。

Basao Tea has a new location in  Causeway Bay. Originally it was a small cafe in the Star Street area, the new one is a lot larger in size. A lot more seats and just as spacious.With the larger space, the menu has also expanded to include more light meals such as salads and sandwiches. All focused with using tea.
