I was so excited when I heard there was a molecular gastronomy dessert place opened in HK. I had such a high expectation on it and picked it as my birthday treat.The restaurant was surprisingly small. We was first served with the guava juice and it was impressive. Really fresh.The whole cooking and drawing process were very entertaining. It was far more than food. It was more like an art.
