Excellent lunch at Aria!  The team is very enthusiastic and went out of their to way to explain all the dishes and tailor make a menu and wine pairing to our taste.  All dishes from the soup, truffle pasta, veal, and desserts very memorable.  Will go back!  

Great Italian place on the upper floors of California Tower. Special mention to our host Giammarco who truly provides a great guest experience and brings great vibes to the place.The food itself is fantastic. For instance, I am extremely picky when it's about pasta and it's one of the few places I visit that can do it right. In addition, they have a great wine selection (at a reasonable price) and I was pleasantly surprised by their recommendations. 

Once walking in, nice decor of the restaurant caught my eye. there’s a decent size balcony with some outdoor seating. My Re-commanded Dishes: 😋 😋😋😋😋Tagliatelle - 😋😋😋😋😋texture of the noodles was great. anchovies sauce was full of flavour but not overwhelmingRoasted Cherry tomatoes and Apulian Burrata- 😋😋😋😋I heard from their Chef that this iconic dish hails from south of Italy but is popular all over the country. LKF 加州大廈開了一間新餐廳，主打傳純意大利菜。餐廳屬高檔路線，配合180度落地大玻璃，可望到維港及半山景致切開後芝士很creamy，中間有點soft，配合小蕃茄很好吃龍蝦味足，paste 口感剛好。原本有點擔心正宗意大利餐廳的paste 會太硬，但侍應於落單時特別問到我們喜歡硬身或軟一點，如吃不慣一些 "正宗"pasta (如以前尖沙咀Al Molo 般)，建議選軟身一點。覺得不夠咸 on the side 還有anchovies sauce 可加一開始上菜時只有數只海鮮在碟上，然後經理才於我們面前加上risotto。經理說這可以保持海鮮不會被飯的熱力煮得過熟，雖然盛好飯後賣相一般，但味道很好。廚師烹調手法很好，西冷熟度剛好是medium rare，肉質及味道一流，屬本晚上乘之作。雖然veal 外層是炸皮，但肉質一點也不硬，口感不輸sirloin。唯一不足的是調味略厭不足，需自行加salt and pepper本來到意大利餐廳不打算點羊架，但見旁邊的客人點了賣相很好，朋友忍不住點了。羊架比牛扒更好吃，羊味足但膻味不會太搶，肉汁充足，是全晚最喜歡的一道菜。肉質不錯，調味也很好，上菜時

The moment we walked in, it was a bright and warm place. Beautiful interior! The walls, tables, chairs to the carpets just so artistic and well put together.The food was absolutely delicious! I had the Tuna Tagliata with Fennel and Orange...oh gosh this was so yummy, My partner had the Tuna Toro Carpaccio with Memon Gel, Ficoide Lettuce.The service was very professional.The Restaurant Manager Giarmmarco was consistently making sure we have well looked after. Chef Andrea came over and said hello.

I went to Aria with a colleague for dinner. The environment is great. The decoration is authentic and I like the wall paintings especially. Service was excellent and the manager recommended some dishes for us. We ordered the roasted cherry tomatos, Apulian Burrata and Basil as starter.
