海膽意粉賣相一流,有魚子醬、parma ham、海膽,意粉聲稱係用海膽煮,但完全食唔出海膽味,平平無奇唔可以話好吃。龍蝦意粉就好好多,好濃龍蝦汁味。

由於時間已經2點幾,所以甜品都冇食就埋單走。總括來講比咁既價錢,質素只可以話中等,menu唔太多選擇,有好幾道菜都比較貴,服務還可以,不過真的太慢。後來心想如果唔叫前菜會唔會快點有得食主菜......

I was fortunate to be invited to have lunch at Aria earlier this month. It turned into absolute joy for my taste buds.The house specialty starter of eggs and truffles was an explosion of flavours with eggs, salmon roe, caviar topped off with a mountain of 4 different types of truffles, shaved by executing chef Andrea himself. I was fortunate to be invited to have lunch at Aria earlier this month. It turned into absolute joy for my taste buds.

The house specialty starter of eggs and truffles was an explosion of flavours with eggs, salmon roe, caviar topped off with a mountain of 4 different types of truffles, shaved by executing chef Andrea himself. It was a bit of heaven in HK!

Next was a perfectly done pasta with razor clams, which was a new combination for me. The addition of lightly battered fried clam pieces gave the dish an unexpected but a complementary contrasting texture.

The main course was a more constrained whole red snapper, but that did not mean it was any less well done or flavourful. In fact, the fish was cooked just right and the broth added just enough saltiness to bring the ocean right to the plate.

Combined with the great patio setting and attentive service, the lunch was truly a memorable experience. Would definitely be back when the social distancing restrictions are lifted.

My first and last dining experience at ARIA.Most of the dishes on the menu were sold out or no longer available.The restaurant has run out of the cherry tomatoes for the burrata, so if we wanted to replace them with another kind of tomato, additional $100 to be added.Fish selections were not available.The chicken had bee changed to a X'mas version with stuffing and the Lamb Chops were sold out as well.Considering the recent situation with the F&B Industry in HK, it was surprising to see and expe

Came here for lunch. My date didn’t request a window seat, so of cos we didn’t get one. Tried the beetroot and beef carpaccio as appetizer. Beetroot together with the orange was very refreshing. Then had the pasta with clams and red prawns. The menu didn’t say it came with a spicy tomato sauce, so when it arrived, I had to tell the server that we couldn’t really take spicy. The server graciously said no problem, would ask the chef to remake without the spicy. Full marks for attitude and service.

心太軟呢個名真係改得太好啦,所以每次簡食咩甜品,我好大機會都會俾佢吸引住🤭 今晚都唔例外,我覺得係三個甜品入面最好食既一個!
朱古力蛋糕香脆既外層下面,包住半液態狀既流心朱古力🍫,用匙羹切開,朱古力漿一瀉而出!流出滿滿既幸福感😍 爆漿程度10分!伴以雲尼拿雪糕🍦同吃,一冷一熱,一甜一苦,一吃傾心💛
(p.s.坊間食到個啲通常都係品質欠奉既朱古力,欠缺濃郁既朱古力味,而且內餡偏稀)所以係道食到個好食既Fondant au chocolat,幸福感爆燈👍🏾☺️

法國人最中意既甜品!千層酥既味道本身係好簡單,食既係佢奇妙既質感,呢一款千層酥既質感係偏厚實,而我個人偏好鬆化既千層酥多點!今次呢個千層酥餅底略燶了點,Raspberry Sherbet 味道唔錯,唔會太酸太甜👍🏾

整體而言,我地三個人叫A La Carte +一枝紅酒,一枝白酒,每人HKD$700-800! 好中意呢度既環境,好靚,好適合男女朋友浪漫用餐/朋友談心/慶祝生日!但食物質素不算驚艷,所以會想再試下其他餐廳!

The【𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐 🥘】was equally pleasant. You get a hint of sweetness from the seafood and the tanginess of the tomato sauce to brighten things up. And we loved how the aged carbaroli rice gave the risotto an extra creamy mouthfeel while still retaining a nice chew.

The【𝑷𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆🍝】was cooked to a lovely al dente. Served with some wild mushrooms and a silky butter sauce, the dish is light and delicate. For some reason though, we seemed to have a lot less truffle compared to previous customers (probs cuz it was towards the end of truffle season?). So while the dish was still nice in general, we think that certainly took a toll on flavour 😕

Overall, would say that we were expecting more from Aria given chef Andrea’s reputation. But everything was decent in general, from the food to the beverages to the service. And the environment certainly helped heighten the experience! Would probs give it a second chance and try some of their mains in the future💓

Super pleased with our pizza takeaway from Aria, a new Italian restaurant at LKF🍕Love how their pizza dough was rustic, dry and crusty with a very nice chew. The toppings we chose were truffle and lobster, and needless to say, they tasted superb! They’re currently doing a 25% off promotion on self pick-up so it’s really a great bargain!趁有抗疫優惠外賣自取有75折 就來拔草這家新意大利餐廳的薄餅我們點了龍蝦和松露兩款口味 到了餐廳位處的大廈侍應已經在大堂等候 不用上樓就拿到裝著兩盒薄餅的紙袋 服務很周到薄餅形狀不規則 看得出來麵團是人手搓成 邊位超乾脆 用手摸還有一層乾粉🤩自己本身很喜歡麵包上有一層乾粉 而且薄餅底部還能保持乾身又超有咬勁的 有點像酸種麵

薄餅形狀不規則 看得出來麵團是人手搓成 邊位超乾脆 用手摸還有一層乾粉🤩

自己本身很喜歡麵包上有一層乾粉 而且薄餅底部還能保持乾身又超有咬勁的 有點像酸種麵包的質感

Had the lobster pizza for lunch. The pizza base itself was not bad with the right amount of fluffy/crunchiness but the lobster totally ruined it. At least half of the lobster bits didn't taste fresh. My friend's truffle pasta was very dry as well. Not worth the price tag for sure.

California Tower 又又又開新餐廳。LKF Group的餐廳試佐唔少,今次新開的意大利菜裝修帶來不少驚喜。位於24樓,可以眺望半個中環,餐廳的裝修非常art deco,值得讚賞!食物方面,chef推薦menu上冇的tuna & beef carpaccio,組合新鮮而且很喜歡他的dressing。另外我個人喜歡的是Burrata & tomato,味道很夾。據稱蕃茄是餐廳自己種的,與淡淡的Burrata配得得剛剛好,亦可以配酒飲! Truffle pasta不過不失啦,覺得多油了一點點,但truffle很香。牛扒叫佐Medium rare,有碳烤的味道而且帶一點焦脆,口感十足而且牛肉也很上乘。總括來說這餐lunch還算不錯,餐廳當時冇提供set lunch menu所以只可以叫a la carte。埋單大約每人$450。

The service was not good. We requested to change our table because the sunlight made my eyes not comfortable. The waitress checked with the receptionist and told us no other tables available except that one near the window and the entrance. We didn’t change table and found another guests changed their tables to another one. There was also empty tables until we left at 1:45pm
