The【𝑺𝒆𝒂𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅 𝑹𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒕𝒕𝒐 🥘】was equally pleasant. You get a hint of sweetness from the seafood and the tanginess of the tomato sauce to brighten things up. And we loved how the aged carbaroli rice gave the risotto an extra creamy mouthfeel while still retaining a nice chew.

The【𝑷𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒆🍝】was cooked to a lovely al dente. Served with some wild mushrooms and a silky butter sauce, the dish is light and delicate. For some reason though, we seemed to have a lot less truffle compared to previous customers (probs cuz it was towards the end of truffle season?). So while the dish was still nice in general, we think that certainly took a toll on flavour 😕

Overall, would say that we were expecting more from Aria given chef Andrea’s reputation. But everything was decent in general, from the food to the beverages to the service. And the environment certainly helped heighten the experience! Would probs give it a second chance and try some of their mains in the future💓
