獨個兒四圍逛, 去左朋友之前勁推的 coffee shop, 到了目的地才知道店子很小, 只能容納 2-4 枱客人. 不打緊, 有個舒服的位置醫肚就 OK~最經濟實惠, 莫過於點 Daily Special Set, 看到 Menu 有我喜愛嘅 Mozzarella, 二話不說就點了. 飲品呢... 要靠店員作介紹, 店小姐都很用心好有禮貌, 最後點了 Piccolo Latte, 澳洲品種咖啡, 而 size 則比一般咖啡小. 離遠見店小姐沖咖啡拉花的技巧都很熟練, 三倆下手勢就拉出漂亮嘅花紋, 送到我面前時仲熱辣辣出緊煙, 雖然 size 好"的色", 望落依然吸引. 我嘗試唔落糖, 試真 D 咖啡嘅真味, 確實唔酸唔"劫", 仲好香.飲飲吓, Mozzarella Cheese n Pesto Toast 送上, 多士上有 Mozzarella 同香草一齊焗, 當然好食, 多士底部是脆的, 包身和面層是軟的, 芝士是暖的, 伴碟的田園沙律是爽口的, 還有我至愛的火箭菜 Yummy 食完唔夠飽, 馬上點多個肉桂蜂蜜多士, 等候之際, 唔好錯過同可愛熊 Bear Bear 影

食完唔夠飽, 馬上點多個肉桂蜂蜜多士, 等候之際, 唔好錯過同可愛熊 Bear Bear 影相, 因為佢係 18 Grams 嘅 logo 呢


肉桂蜂蜜多士 來了, 比起之前嘅Mozzarella Cheese n Pesto Toast硬身, 是法包的關係, 整塊都烤得脆, 味道同樣不錯, 說到底吸引我的是法包中間的淡忌廉, 無糖更加可以吃出忌廉的香味, 跟薄荷葉一起吃當然是另一番味道, 所以別棄掉那片新鮮的 Mint 喔! 至於有些朋友話 Mint 似牙膏, 其實感覺呢家野很個人的...

最後要讚下店小姐, 見我只添食冇添飲, 就好細心咁問我要唔要清水

This is one of the much talkabout café in Hong Kong these days. Great location, good pedigree, and award winning barista all play hand-in-hand in making this place the café of the moment.

Starting with the person behind 18 Grams, Glory Coffee. To start, Glory Coffee operates by Aussies so you know they are well entrenched in the good coffee culture. I know this place back in mid 2009 when it hosted the first HK GBC at its headoffice in Kwun Tong. I had its Brazil Datterra and organic Peru and thought to myself at the time that this one will definitely improve with time. And it did. An email in Christmas 2009 to follow up on its planned café in Kwun Tong area had gone awry but I’m glad that Glory finally makes it to a much better location at Causeway Bay now.

The name 18 grams was meant for the approximate amount of coffee it used. 18 Grams uses double basket to pull its shot no matter you order single or double espresso. IIRC, this is the trick that Starbucks employed extensively before they ‘downgraded’ to super auto, one push button machine you see these days as it helps reduce the problem with the consistency and training.

Let start with its black coffee. When I heard people asked me whether I visited this place, all I heard was an earful of ‘why so dark the roast’. Prepared for the worst, my espresso was actually quite nice on the first visit. The blend has a ‘hip’ tone one can easily sense due to the contribution from Ethiopia Sidamo without knowing its composition in advance. This “IT” coffee from Africa was widely used in famous blends like Square Mile’s Winter Espresso blend, Social Coffee’s 92 pt coffeereview Espresso II and 93 pt Ethiopia Sidamo Espresso SO, Sydney based Mecca Espresso's Dark Horse blend, Bangkok Espresso Lab's Timeless blend and hkcoffee’s competition blend, to name a few. In a word of a roaster, this coffee tastes good and priced right at the moment I don’t think this is the last blend you see that carries Sidamo as a ‘booster’. Nevertheless, the sweetness of the cup just suddenly stopped with no reason and warp into a dark roast tone, which grew over time and get worst in the aftertaste that lasted very very long. While the blend was somewhat saved by Kammie, the first runner-up on 1st HK GBC in 2009, on my second visit there, it had a more balance cup overall with the much more subdued orangey tone. The latest incarnation of this blend was roasted lighter to solve the problem and the increased proportion of Sidamo made the coffee more fruity which I like. Further improvement is possible vs. its peers.

My first milk drink here was slightly hotter than my acceptable range while Kammie helped correct it on my second visit. The third cappuccino I had here was spot on as I told the barista for my temperature preference and its texture was on par with cafés with Aussie/NZ root in Hong Kong. Nevertheless, this third visit gave me a very interesting tasting notes, a cappuccino with lots of nuttyness and orange rind at the finishing vs. a typical chocolaty dominated tone most capp delivers. If you love nut, this is the place as it’s the roaster favorite. By the way, ask the barista to hold the chocolate/cocoa powder and make the drink ‘warm’ as I believe that’s the way one can easily appreciate the skill of the barista which got lost in a hot chocolaty powder drink.

The much talkabout drink during summer is something cold and, in this case, it’s a Shakerato. Shakerato here is a double shot espresso 'pour' on ice in cocktail shaker and, of course, shake vigorously. Shakerato was served at the table with a barista poured the coffee out of the shaker using a strainer to block the ice. Two blushes with these drinks did not change my mind that even the best way to enjoy is hot. Like what Nick Cho, one of the coffee extraordinaire, indicated he was so adamant against it so big it was in Washington Post (please google it if you want to know more), I agree with him to a certain extent that espresso and ice do not mix well. The balance of this Silly Monster you found it so beautiful in its espresso/ristretto was throw out of whack with blunt/sharp acidity with no sweetness and bitterness so stiff like one pounded the wall. The syrup in my second one, prepared by Kammie, did help but not much. Refreshing, good looking Guinness foam head aside, Shakerato seemed to need a specially formulated blend with a very dark roast style like Peet’s or Caffè Vergnano (I was recommend for the latter as I can’t take coffee there at all).

Food offering, its All Day Breakfast came in quite steep at HK$78 though this could be passed as the norm for this location. Salad, typically treated as a "plate decoration", was the best part of this plate with a low enough temperature to keep the veggie crisp and clean, and nice yet inoffensive tangy and sweet dressing. IMHO, the temperature was so important but somehow most shop failed to grab the idea and serve its salad 'lukewarm' to the room temperature. Kudo to 18 GRAMS on this. The scrambled egg was passable with a hint of sweetness from the added cream, I believe, and the baked bean was OK. The gammon ham was too salty while the croissant was quite dry. Overall, it was OK. Other breakfast items worth a try too, IMHO. Toast and Jam was interesting with fig and cinnamon apple replacing usual suspects.

While this is still early in its operation, the weak point of 18 Grams is its ‘Mano’. Kammie helped rough out all the edge at 18 Grams vs. the other barista, which is good but still needs some time to run down the learning curve. If I hadn’t ordered espresso, which is beautiful with nuances and things, the last time I was there, I would have written off its blend. The reason is that my usual ristretto was so harsh I really had a hard time finishing it. Ditto with milk drinks. Also, the blend itself can be improved on the sweetness which somehow came a little ‘too late’ one might give up on the drink before they realize that it’s quite good. This wasn’t a problem with the similar blend I mentioned earlier at other roasters/cafes though

Like Glory Coffee, 18 Grams will definitely improve with time. I believe that more likely you won’t find the same experience I had next time you drop by as the passionate staff and roaster there will keep on improving its offerings. This is a good thing which keeps us all coming back to this place, isn’t it? I'm looking forward to a better cup next time I drop by...

先呷一口FLAT WHITE, 咦~ 幾唔錯喎! 奶泡是實淨得來滑溜的, 也有奶脂的香濃, 啡味是淡淡幽香型, 沒有過度烘焙的濃, 跟奶脂味幾夾得來! 要大杯是不會後悔的~ CAFFE VIENNA我只試了幾口WHIPPED CREAM, 是明顯的自家制貨色! 忌廉味很濃, TEXTURE有點過份實淨, 也欠缺了WHIPPED CREAM應有的點點甜... 可是誠意搭夠! 朋友的COMMENT是"幾好飲"。

貪吃的我們也要了黑糖香蕉蛋糕配有機蜜糖, 再發現, 原來這家啡竇的甜食是少得可憐! 香蕉蛋糕是小小的一片, 烘得脆脆的, 以及十字的坑紋, 很是吸引。 吃到有香蕉
肉及黑糖, 味道很REAL很充實。 可是, 同意唔好食之見解, 配上有機蜜糖就畫蛇添足了

個人認為, 這件香蕉蛋糕水準是很高的!

坐下坐下又到午夜, 結帳發現原來只是$40/HEAD! 真係抵爆!

Some of these blends are more for novice drinkers, some are more Southern Italian styled with that heavy robusta kick, and one blend was even Salty ! Anyway their latest fine-tuned LUCKY DUCK Version No. X blend with correct machine settings to suit, is nowadays pretty spot on and balanced, that's why I wanted to let the

- Note that this 18 Grams Lucky Duck blend is not entirely the same as Glory Coffee's online Lucky Duck blend, as they were more using that as a base to build up upon, fine tune and then gradually find the right balance to suit its Cafe's customers. So please clarify with them first, should you purchase their beans either on site, or from Glory's website!
- In the latest espresso I had, there's a beautiful and very elastic film of brownish-amber crema with beautiful mottling, initially more aerated but after just a few seconds after handing it to the customer, collapsed to a surprisingly thin layer despite the full bodied drink beneath. Its crema doesn't hold up for long, but there's nothing wrong with this, it was a good drink!
- The aroma is quite earthy and chocolatey, but once in the mouth 2-3 seconds later, a secondary burst of sweet marmalade like jamminess hits you, before that dry grippy dark chocolate note takes over. *Unfortunately right at the last moment 7-8 seconds later after you've downed the drink, some kind of sharp bitterness grips the back palate. It tasted almost like it had some bitumen like Robusta thrown in, or at least to the same effect compared to before? May be to suit the milk drinks? But anyway its fine the way it is, it gives it more character I suppose!


ONLY BIT OF CRITICISM -
- I think it'll be great if they could monitor their Consistencies a little more, especially between different baristas - please don't become like FUEL Espresso, which everyone makes a very different cup! Without naming anyone, sometimes certain milk drinks either contained too much foam or can be overly aerated, rather than silkily smooth (particularly for piccolo lattes & caffe latte), probably due to latte artists concentrating too much on pouring Tulips latte art. I think generally, flat whites and caffe lattes can have different patterns which suits the coffee better. Sometimes its even a bit cold, like beneath 60-65C. On some occasions the espressos didn't taste very right, unlike the nearly perfect one I had above of their latest blend and made perfectly!

喜見有質素的咖啡店在香港越開越多,近來試過最好的,莫過於是這一間,一所小小的咖啡店,位於老銅的寵物街,原本是有不少寵物店的,但近來好像已經被不少食店及台茶店所進佔,似乎我是時候改叫它作新食街了。好!也先不再胡扯了,與女友來就是要喝杯好的咖啡,女友不太好太濃烈的口味,但我就很愛喝Espresso及Ristretto的,所以也是一人一杯,看見門口的下午茶餐牌,最便宜的是一杯咖啡加一件黑糖香蕉蛋糕,只不過是三十二元,比起一杯細號的奶系咖啡差上只六元,精打細算我們最後決定要一個這個餐,另再跟一杯黑咖啡系列吧,是日想喝勁一點的咖啡,就要了杯Double Ristretto。在等吃等喝的時候,又是四圍望的時候了,不是望女仔,而是咖啡店的設備,所謂工欲善其事,必先利其器,店家的咖啡機是用上Sanremo品牌的Verona型號,泵的Power達至一百五十個Watt,用上電子控制的鍋爐,令水溫更恆常隱定,這是商用咖啡機必備的一個條件,要不然怎應付客人呢?有好的咖啡機,當然要有好的咖啡豆吧,店家用的是Glory Coffee炒的豆,由Jason在觀塘自設炒豆場,現時都有不少的咖啡店用他的豆,始乎都是有信心

該女咖啡師據聞有八年沖煮咖啡的經驗,而且已經取了不少的行內公認的資格,看見她非常純熟的磨了咖啡粉,再加入適當的份量後再填壓好,之後再快手的掃清理瀘器邊緣,真的非常熟練呢。

喝咖啡前,先來的是一件黑糖香蕉蛋糕拼有機蜜糖,蛋糕烘得熱騰騰,用鼻子已經嗅到黑糖的味道,吃入口軟綿可口,味道是果然香甜得來,又滲出黑糖獨有的香味、及香蕉點點的味道,再蘸點有機蜜糖,蜜甜真的一流,但於我而言是有點多餘,因為其實黑糖已經是夠甜美了,所以最後是兩者幾乎是分開來吃。

先來的是Double Ristretto,深棕色的Crema頗厚也很稠,嗅起來已經馥郁濃香,再者份量及溫度都是剛好,看來很不錯,都是快快的喝它吧,喝下一口,味道是甘醇得很,店家充份的將咖啡粉內的脂質、蛋白及糖份都抽了出來,加上溫度夠,咖啡機壓力又夠強,也為咖啡脂質的乳化有着很大的幫助,在濃郁的甘醇及一份漿果甜美之後,又帶來丁點清新的酸味,可能是Ristretto的關係吧,酸極都有個極限,所以這個丁點絕不過份,為咖啡帶來不同的層次感,很棒的一杯Double Ristretto。

女友主打的是Flat White,有個美麗的葉形拉花,嗅起來竟有明顯啡香,但一杯好的Flat White,當然就是要夠Flat,咁即係點?其實真的很難去形容,Flat White奶泡層不厚是正常,而不是特別的要一層很Creamy或是很Frothy﹝這個如在Flat White出現就大錯特錯了﹞的泡,但就要做得咖啡與奶融合成一體,喝起來要順喉至極,滑身Creamy而有奶香,奶的鹼性又平衡了咖啡底的酸才是最好,是日的的Flat White,綜合而簡單點說,咖啡身就是不夠滑,可幸咖啡味很明顯,這個是很抵讚的地方。

另也將所見在此告此,因為杯Flat White不夠好,好大可能是關打泡事,咖啡師將蒸氣管插入奶打泡的時候,故意傾斜了奶泡壺,其實咖啡機的蒸氣管的設計是預好了跟平放的奶成六十度左右,使空氣更易進入,只要持平就好了,而是日的Flat White不夠Flat,另一可能是因為店家沒有放棄面層較Froth的奶泡,沖煮Flat White,要Flat就只好要底層的Steamed Milk,而放棄面層的,不知是否以上任何一樣出了問題呢?這只是個人猜測,畢竟我沒有在那咖啡師旁看着她煮整杯咖啡,說回話來,本人還是喜歡Coco Espresso的Flat White。

喝了兩杯仍是意猶未盡,最後要多杯Piccolo Latte,過了不久就有得喝了,Piccolo Latte上的是一個心形的拉花圖案,也先用鼻子嗅一嗅,咖啡香味跟上述的咖啡一樣的強,是奶系咖啡難得有的一個香度,咖啡的溫度夠熱,入口奶香平衡了酸味,但仍保留很強大的咖啡味,是強得有點似喝Espresso一樣,都是第一回喝奶系咖啡,喝得有種受重擊的感覺,感覺奇妙,喜歡很重口味而要是奶系咖啡的,不妨試一試,之前在Danes及Barista Jam喝的Piccolo Latte都沒那麼重,但稍嫌又是和合後的啡身滑度又是略嫌不足,莫非又關打奶泡事?

總括而言,其實本人都喜歡店家用的咖啡豆,也喜歡重咖啡味的咖啡,但此店在奶系咖啡方面,尤其是奶的處理就真的有點地方可以改善,臨走結賬時也告之覺得個Flat White好像有欠順滑,咖啡師很虛心的說會改善一下,真的意想不到,說實話,我自問跟她煮咖啡的功力是冇得比,人家日日沖,我就是喜歡喝喝喝,但她也重視我這一日之中千多個客人中其中一位的意見,所以在此也希望店家努力加油,希望可以克服老銅租金貴,地方少的問題吧。

雖然咖啡的味道方面是有丁點瘕疵,但個人認為,如果味道是十分滿分的,我不給它十分,也會給它九分,但由於貴網食物的分數的基為五分,那我又覺得此店絕對是要比四分的好,所以我味道都給了它五分。
希望店家可以克服老銅租金貴,地方少的問題吧

一直有留意景隆街街角開了這個小cafe,覺得它很大膽(這個corner其實幾死角,而且很多cafe都上樓去了)…這晚吃完飯等睇戲,剛好在總統隔離,所以入去hea一下!碰到朋友說店主其一從澳洲回流,小店修飾很有澳洲路邊cafe風味。 門外有bar檯可以站著補充咖啡因,店內有一張大木檯及兩張小木桌,小巷放了兩張木桌照顧吸煙人士,但小巷頗髒,滴水,有強仔,不過唔關咖啡店事嘅...要了Iced Latte,很濃,很香咖啡味,是真正espresso,不是用冰咖啡濫竽充數。朋友要了White Peach Soda,這個要推!不是想像中的桃味糖漿,是真的白桃汁!很refreshing,很新鮮的感覺。食物我見有很多toast,不過吃了飯所以主攻甜品。太夜了cheese cake售罄,來了個Chocolate mousse cake,個人鐘意苦苦的dark chocolate,這個朱古力蛋糕我覺得甜了點,是大路的款式。因為知道店主很有心沖咖啡,連咖啡豆都是專程在香港炒,所以一定會再來試試熱的!小小建議,銅鑼灣充滿夜遊人,18 Grams 12時打烊早了點!很多咖啡癮君子如我喜歡夜媽媽飲咖啡的!

食物我見有很多toast,不過吃了飯所以主攻甜品。太夜了cheese cake售罄,來了個
Chocolate mousse cake,個人鐘意苦苦的dark chocolate,這個朱古力蛋糕我覺得甜了點,是大路的款式。

因為知道店主很有心沖咖啡,連咖啡豆都是專程在香港炒,所以一定會再來試試熱的!

小小建議,銅鑼灣充滿夜遊人,18 Grams 12時打烊早了點!很多咖啡癮君子如我喜歡夜媽媽飲咖啡的!

星期六相約友人於銅鑼灣 tea, 知道 18 Grams 新開仍在試業當中, 我呢個咖啡怪即刻去試試啦!店子開o係較少人的景隆街 corner 位, 位子不多, 不過頗舒服, 靜靜好ok, 最愛細細間的 coffee shop!我點了 cappuccino, 朋友點了 caffe vienna, 我杯 cappucinno d foam 好滑, 同埋唔會咖啡還咖啡, 泡還泡..(最驚呢 d cappucinno, 經常出現於連鎖咖啡店, 所以已經唔再幫襯), 好飲!今次無食野, 一定會再去試埋佢地o既 piccolo latte 及食物...

由coco espresso 知道有家本地豆家叫coffee glory ,後來也知道她開班授徙教咖啡;但無緣上課. 年中從面書中得悉她會開一家cafe..叫作十八克...好像是在咖啡機手把basket中咖啡粉的重量.如果說Holly Brown 是用金錢來堆砌出來的咖啡店{好似onlinegame買acc},18g 是由LVL1 一步一步打上來的吧. 說回咖啡,來了一個'聖啡'翻版..先要個piccolo latte .預期中的好,size正確{holly brown 太大杯了}奶泡綿密溫度合宜帶出奶的甜略略少了些奶香.咖啡底穩紮穩打的. 釋迦拉圖=shakerato, 即係espresso加冰加糖...我要的是走糖版...所以杯嘢唔到flute頂,店家說加埋糖就會靚靚...這個消暑良伴holly brown/18 grams 的出品很像,但個人還是喜歡1882的碎冰演繹{但同時開始懷疑沒有冰的才是正宗} 最後要了個doppio ristretto,端上來真係香無講笑acidity,lime的甜感覺到味道在舌鼓上對流.

總合來說~這是一間有心的啡點,特別在溫度上這裡的啡對得不得了.latte 不會是燙口的太燙的奶乳醣會瓜柴;espresso會熱一些...但那隻杯要燙一下更好,杯子形狀平實...不像HB有些反類犬的花巧.那杯doppio沒給它拍個照..因為我是飲咖啡不是拍咖啡...好渴的拍他個鳥.下次記得先.
但個人覺得她位置錯到不得了,cwb 租金貴到嚇鬼...人流係有但好似行嗰啲人唔係target,樓下的啡友話有得hea..好迫夾吓遮,原本佢地出面個design 係個bar,一路啡一路煙吹下水好似幾爽但後面雖未叫車水馬龍但都沙塵滾滾...做takeaway 商廈又唔夠.賺得到找個好位置開多間啦....

P.S. 如果他朝有自家的TEE賣就好了TAMPER+對翼..好有型

今日經過景隆街因為大雨入左間coffee shop 避雨,原本諗住叫杯latte,之後見到個menu有杯咖啡叫flat white,問左個侍應係咩黎?佢話係一杯澳式咖啡同latte類似,都係一杯加入比較多牛奶既咖啡,咁就叫左一杯黎見識下,雖然唔識飲咖啡, 但都覺得幾好飲重好滑tim.之後攞左本雜誌黎睇,hea左城個鐘就走,下次經過都會再黎, 因為佢地d裝修都好舒服

I knew this coffee shop from Babedolphin, who had ask me to give this new cafe a try~And this will be my first review on open rice., which hopefully will turn out good!!The coffee shop was not hard to find at all if you know the map location.Probably the smallest coffee shop I have ever went to. The coffee shop was not hard to find at all if you know the map location.
Probably the smallest coffee shop I have ever went to.


The menu at the entrance was quite attractive, nicely written with good amount of information.


The staff and the barista are also very friendly.

Even the shop is right next to the road in Causeway bay, the atmosphere become very different when you sit down in the comforting sofa, it has the feel of the a high-end cafe.


Before talking about the beverage, I spoke with the Cafe manager Kammie (who also made my beverage) , find out that the cafe is the first one open by the company "Glory Coffee" who has now roasted beans for at least 3 years and the beans in the cafe are also directly from the company.
The cafe is also based on Australia style, as you can probably notice from the menu.


The first beverage I order is espresso (obviously
), the coffee beans are freshly grounded ( I do mean freshly grounded)
, properly tamped with her signature way, the shot is pulled using the "Sanremo Verona" within the standard extraction time.
Note: Since the cafe is newly open, they are still trying different blend (6 or 7 different blend) and decide base on customer opinion.

The blend that used to make my espresso has: Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Yemen Mocca. From roasted: 10 days

The crema has a dark brown colour, although not the thickest crema I have ever encounter, but a good shot indeed.

One of the first thing I will give bonus point is the different layer you can taste in this espresso.

Starting with the top layer : Medium acidity "Berry-like" (Bright for most probably) with smooth mouthfeel.

At the middle layer: The acidity become less apparent but now has a strong note of Dark chocolate and aftertaste. It also has a creamy syrup-like body.

At the final layer: You get a Butter-like body and Caramel-like aftertaste. But a slightly rough and dry mouthfeel probably from the acidity characteristic of the blend.


Overall, I do enjoy the beverage and it's complexity. Remember that they are still trying out different blends, I will be interested to try their final blend, which they will be using.


Moving on to Cappuccino (I'm not an expert commenting Cappuccino), this beverage is made using one shot of espresso. I specifically ask not to put chocolate powder on it.
The milk froth is very well made and with good pour.

The foam is about 1/3 of the cup, creamy and smooth. (So it is not candy floss)

As I start drinking the Cappuccino, the temp is spot on
(Not over heating), the espresso blend is very suitable for making Cappuccino and the foam also maintain it's shape even half way through the cup.

In my opinion the quality of the espresso and Cappuccino made by 18 grams is most satisfying compared to most commerical coffee shops. Almost a "5" for taste for me.

I also enjoyed a delicious chocolate brownie, which is quite suitable to complement the Cappuccino.

I will say a must try coffee shop. Will come again~~~

25-7-2010從 Openrice forum 得知「唔該唔該」熱狗店原址開了 coffee shop, 是日等朋友之際, 捨茶記三文治早餐嚟飲杯咖啡.如常又係 caffe latte (大 size $29), 用玻璃杯 serve... 面頭奶泡不少, 賣相綿密滑溜, 飲落亦然; 咖啡 base 夠香, 唔落糖飲落奶味好香, 好濃吓, 不過唔苦亦無澀味, 飲完個口亦唔會太酸, 好喜歡呢 店員們幾友善, 店內環境亦係我喜歡的 "earth" 系, 但呢個鋪位始終「半露天」, 無門之餘又對住橫街窄巷, 其實我覺得唔太適合開 coffee shop... 不過邊坐邊飲邊睇吓書, 感覺 hea 到不得了, 逗留的 45 分鐘係幾享受的. 放低 $29, 會再來的 -- 下次飲 flat white!

店員們幾友善, 店內環境亦係我喜歡的 "earth" 系, 但呢個鋪位始終「半露天」, 無門之餘又對住橫街窄巷, 其實我覺得唔太適合開 coffee shop... 不過邊坐邊飲邊睇吓書, 感覺 hea 到不得了, 逗留的 45 分鐘係幾享受的.


放低 $29, 會再來的 -- 下次飲 flat white!
