叫o左個Tea Set的A餐 + 杯大的"Cappuccino",咖啡味較旺角的濃。個A餐係"牛角包配鮮忌廉藍莓醬",但o黎o左個"自家製香蕉蛋糕配有機蜜糖",當我察覺時已經食o左一半.因為杯咖啡實在太吸引我,係尼道要讚一讚個蜜糖幾好味,同埋真係蜜糖,唔係加工過的產品,因為對一個飲o左十幾年蜜糖的我係最清楚。而佢話"有機"就無法子食出o黎!!後記:座鋪細細o地,坐爆都有十個人,店鋪內部環境同裝修感覺一流!同咖啡師講個幾句o野,俾我知道尼道同MK係用唔同的咖啡豆,所以我會再來!!

Finally decided to pay a visit on this hottest coffee shop in Hong Kong to see why there are so many 'likes' on open rice.We came at around seven o'clock and the place was already half-fulled. 早餐食得好, 唔洗做早操! 這間位於銅鑼灣中心的Cafe, 店很小, 但很cozy, 食物方面, 有我最鍾意的All Day Breakfast, 有腸有蛋, 個蕃茄Grill 得剛剛好,配拿鐵, 這間的咖啡有水準, 再叫了一客honey cinnamon toast, 稍為不夠脆身, 但店小小已很快坐滿人, 值得推!!

This was my second visit to this place. For this place, I wasn't especially impressive with it, just think it is quite nice and comfy. Being here twice, I think the area of the shop is too small. The seats are comfortable if you are able to get a table inside, but you can see there isn't sufficient space for the waitress and people to really move around. Went there for a breakfast. Took 30 mins for a all day breakfast and 15 mins for 1 capp and cold chocolate. Thirsty to death. It's a small shop but how come the 'gwei lo' came later than us can hv coffee earlier than us? coffee so so according to my husband who is a coffee fan. breakfast? nothing worth to wait from 0930 til 1002. my drinks? very normal.thx for the bonus banana cake for compensation however, we will not come back again.

睡醒，看見晴天。決定去吃個靚早餐，回味18 grams的咖啡，一於向CWB出發。到了這小小的店，店內已坐滿了，於是便坐在巷仔。點了個sandwich set ，$68。有煙火腿芝士三文治，配沙律，跟杯latte。三文治及沙律 - 吃得出用心做。材料新鮮，味道簡單，好吃。咖啡 - 好水準保持。香、濃，奶打得幼滑，喝後亦有餘香。滿意！簡單健康的美味早餐，吃得人心情也愉快起來。

I've been wandering this tiny cafe for quite a few times. Always no indoor seat!Luckily, this morning, about noon, I managed to find an indoor seat for my breakfast. I had bacon & egg with croissant + Latte. The croissant is crispy enough and the bacon was in right proportion of fat. As far as the taste of the Latte is concerned, I quite appreciate the aftertaste of it as compare to Coffee Plus in Happy Valley. Overall, 18 Grams is not bad, I would consider it a nice choice in Causeway Bay

之前買了這間coffee shop 的$15 coupon 可以買一杯flat white, latte, cappuccino.店子真是很細, 坐位的地方約只有百多呎, 容納3張台.店員只是兩名後生仔, 態度很好, 中途有些出錯, 但他們都補救了.我選了flat white. 上面的泡滑而幼細, 還有拉花. 很有心機.咖啡側奶味重了點, 但還是能夠接受, 反正還未食飯, 飲太濃咖啡不太好. 而且不苦, 不落糖都還感受到奶的甜味.此小店還不錯, 下次有coupon 還會幫襯.

18 grams除了吃all day breakfast出名, 今次轉程回到這裡, 是為了那一杯在香港難找的好咖啡!星期六下午2:30, 這裡人山人海, 出面入面的位置全部爆滿, 我和朋友站在門口等了十分鐘, 好不容易等了一張門口的檯。心裡雖然想: 始終入面好座d, 但係為左一口香濃咖啡, 唯有坐出面, 眼望店入面啦~ (因為望另外那邊就會係一條不太乾淨的後巷)。因為來的目的是為了我至愛的flat white, 所以兩個人叫了一個下午茶餐- 魚子炒蛋多士, 可是侍應指著menu說, 每人最低消費是一杯飲品。跟餐叫了一杯熱flat white, 另外的那杯, 朋友點了vienna cappucinoFlat White我都算是一個flat white 迷, 在香港很難找到它, 這裡的flat white雖然和在澳洲飲過的某間咖啡館仍然不能相比, 但總算是有心之作。不過咖啡杯面個奶整的花比較求其 , 可能因為星期六太旺場啦, 仍須改進。味道方面, 我很喜歡的pura鮮奶, 打出來的口感和奶味與市面上連鎖咖啡店一飲便見不同。值得一讚是奶泡打得十分滑!可是這裡的flat white,那個奶泡和

多次經過這店,不是關了門就是已經座滿很多人, 未能一試, 今天由於做完運動又已經是晚上8點有多, 特意走過隔離街望下它情況怎樣,果然店內只座了三個人, 外面的座椅當然係”吉”架啦, 雖然它鋪內面積很細,但店方巧妙地利用每一方吋店內/外的空間, 所以見廚房裏面還可以容納兩個人自由轉身, 真是服了香港人精神,在這昂貴得根本唔合理的地方開一間悠閒舒適的cafe談何容易,它的位置剛好在另一條巷的出口,即使占用了小部份公共空間被投訴的機會也不大,所以鋪的1/3是僭建出來的,其實情況跟很多路邊茶檔一樣,只不過它在鬧市中心,它還佈置得頗溫馨的,門口放了幾盆羅勒,生態勃勃,用手指擦一擦葉面滿是她的香氣, 唔知道店主會唔會摘些葉下來做三文治或者多士呢?想必沒有吧,當日叫了杯carpuccino,店員問我要否可可粉,我回答道:可否給的玉桂粉?他說可以,果然他給我做了杯既有香氣又有花樣的carpuccino,拿到店外邊欣賞羅勒邊嘆咖啡,啡同奶比例不錯,其實飲咖啡好多時係怎麼樣心情多過飲杯怎麼樣的咖啡,尤其是飲花樣咖啡,咖啡味道本身已經版其他物質干擾咗,所以個人感覺飲花樣咖啡最好還是選”心情好那天”才是重要的

在某週刊看到18 GRAMS的介紹, 話說由選豆到沖調都十分專業, 不專業的我就要去一試吧!店環境一般, 地方很細很細, 我不在乎, 我只在乎咖啡的質數, 先來一杯Caffe Americano 不加奶已經淡如水般, 如加下奶就是一杯奶水, 不適宜飲用!之後再來一杯Double EspressoCrema還可, 香味一般, 入口帶微酸 (真的很微), 不甘醇, 而且亦唔Smoky, 持久力極低, 收結不知所謂!喝完我只想問一問自己, 我真的在喝Espresso?如果這是一間MK樓上咖啡店, 我沒投訴, 但在雜誌上講到自己十分專業, 而且一杯不知所謂的Double Espresso要$25, 我接受不了!一間自稱專業的咖啡店, 連一杯Espresso都不及Mc Cafe, 十分失敗!

路経18 grams, 好想飲杯咖啡見佢埋邊近水吧有個梳化位以為好正, 點知坐落俾啲咖啡機嚤打聲嘈到想死. 我杯mocha 第一口係冇咩朱古力味, 可能係我飲慣星巴克那近乎係朱古力奶既莫加, 18 grams 調既想非我杯茶, 不過加些少糖後飲落又真係好香濃好似啲人形容入口順喉戀戀咖啡香迴旋口腔中- 正!今日tea set冇banana bread 餐, 因為想睇吓佢有幾好食唯有單叫. 有啲失望係佢連一粒合桃都冇係一塊有香蕉味既牛油蛋糕好香甜鬆軟但欠缺口感. 香蕉其實好有texture尢其係自家做食落係應該有些少rustic, 但佢呢塊係似餅店貸色囉. 唔知係咪叮熱再烤坑坟亦只得一面?

Definitely the best double shot macchiato I've ever had in HK. Strong and aromatic with a healthy layer of crema at the top. Still can't forget the after taste that stayed for a long while afterwards. Only thing was I had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my takeaway coffee even though they only had about 5 tiny tables there.

到來18grams 怎不試signature product呢這是iced-mocha.要求skimmed milk時 staff說是日沒skimmed milk。很奇怪。但也試試吧 反正不想喝regular。很好很好。沒有太甜。coffee味比choco味稍香實在難得.地方很逼很小 staff的面口也不太好但若跟sb呀pc呀這些連鎖coffee shop的price差不多的話我會來這裡also have,detials @vlightup.blogspot.com

店子細細，lunch time 坐滿了人，very lucky剛有人走，可以坐indoor。唔飲得coffee都無問題, a la carte有all day breakfast etc, 天熱點了凍朱古力, 拉花好靚，食得開心!
