it has been a long time ... Hi openrice!! After having a nice hair treatment, my mum and I were super hungry, therefore we decided to have supper before dinner ✌️✌️We picked this restaurant because my mum is a big fans of xiaolong bao n I am a big fans of dan dan noodles.Luckily there wasn't any queue today, maybe because it was 6pm ONLY !!After ordering our food, I spent my waiting time looking at the "HOW TO EAT XIAOLONG BAO" instruction card. I found it quite interesting as it showed the PERFE

We picked this restaurant because my mum is a big fans of xiaolong bao n I am a big fans of dan dan noodles.
Luckily there wasn't any queue today, maybe because it was 6pm ONLY !!
After around 10mins, the chicken soup arrived first. I loved the oiliness of the chicken soup as well as the softness of the chicken itself.
Mama at the end picked the mini "prawn bao" with veg in it. The size of it was exactly like a Xiaolong bao, the waiter kindly reminded us not to add any vinegar or soy sauce into it as it might affect the purest of the prawn fillings.
Of course, I tried one without any sauce and one with!! The first impression of it was PURE N FRESH. The juice/ soup inside the "bao" was pure with a sense of freshness from the prawn. Super delicious.
Finally, my favourite DAN DAN noodles arrived. I love this restaurant's dan dan noodles because it is not in a soup form of dan dan noodles , its dry noodles with the special sauce they have. While mixing the noodles with the sauce, the STRONG n APPEALING smell of peanut came out. The dan dan noodles had the perfect texture , a bit chewy n superbly combined with the spicy dan dan sauce. Irresistible.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, the stuff was friendly n kind n gave us useful tips to enjoy those awesome dish.
