mix-dishes of starters included beef slide, cha-siu, jelly-fish slide, roast-pork & deep-fried tofu almost perfect as an appetizer to all of us, meats never to oily & salty, thus the tofu is so smooth when it was made by the cloth-made style
steam-rice in lotus-leaf really another high-light to the meal : frangrant of the leaf with the soft & tender rice mix with shrimp & egg-slide is a perfect-match
is another perfect artwork with cooking-time when the meat & sauce just a right combination for the customer besides those cantonese foods, this is the one about "chau-chow" style
shell-fish in fish-soup is a little bit strange to cantonese customer, maybe it's the first time when I try this style take time to accept the cooking-style most happiest event is the bun-basket arrived :
most of us seems full but except another room of the stomach for it, each giant bun have a salty-duck-egg york inside the filling, texture of the bun also tender & light for the health of the customer ! red bean dessert probably is the only item need to be improved, smell not bad with the frangrant of mandarin-skin, but the texture is too much water which is failure to the standard of "起沙" !
题外话/补充资料:
~ $2700 for 10 person (include 2 children), with 10% = almost $3000 !
~ service really close & helpful, didn't push customer while most of the 8:30pm cut-off time is check out around 9:00pm!
~ take away without extra plastic-box $ to pay !
