This is a very special place for me and my husband. We held our wedding dinner party and got married in their library room few years ago. The location is away from the busy HK city center. If you come here during the afternoon time, you would get to see the beautiful sunset Repulse Bay beach view. To make a reservation, I needed to get online to their official site to see availability and book a table. Once I submit my reservation online, someone called me back to confirm my reservation by phone. I also tried to call their telephone line to change the reservation, but no one ever picks up. So I left voice mail message, and then reception called me back to confirm the change.
They have a good selection menu, to make things easier for us tonight, we chose the summer set menu that the chief have put together. It was reasonable portion and price. I wish I could take photos of the menu, but the lighting there was pretty dark and romantic, which made it hard to take good clear photos at dinner table. So I copy the menu from their official site to share.
My dinner set started off with Lobster Bisque. The portion was small, but presentation and the taste was definitely outstanding. Every sip was full of lobster and seafood flavor, w/ some lobster meat, green peas and some potato texture which add a little complexity to the soup.

My husband had crab meat as his starter, salmon fillet as his main, and strawberry tart upside down for desserts. I took a bite of every dish and I wanted to swap with him...
The appetizer crab meat had a very refreshing grapefruit taste with the crab meat. His salmon fillet was cooked perfect! The fish meat literally broke up in my mouth without having to chew it. It was so tender and fresh that kind of made me regretted that I ordered the duck breast. However, I thought his strawberry dessert was good, but no surprises.
Overall I would totally come back again for special occasions or take visitors here for lunch or afternoon tea. Their ambiance, service and food have always been outstanding compare to any other HK venues I have visited.
