We came here for yum cha and, of course, had to try the famous Yung Kee signature roasted goose. It’s juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy skin. Packed with flavour even without the sauce..We also tried a variety of dim sum, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the steamed rice flour roll with beef and Chinese yam. The added yam gave the texture a lovely lift. Another standout was the pan-fried bean curd sheet roll with mushrooms and sliced taro. 上星期日本朋友带同大儿子来港几天,几位老朋友必然安排聚餐见面! 事前用餐地点安排考虑到一位几岁属于非常好动型的小男孩,同时用餐环境亦要适合友人们安坐长谈,而食物质素和口味更要兼顾小朋友和大人的口味,于是想到 K11 Musea 的 「镛镛」,正好日本朋友的酒店也在附近!上一次到访「镛镛」是 2021,四年之隔,发现食物水准依然不错,大家对食物和服务也十分满意,加上配合天朗气清的好天气,饭后到露台欣赏香港美不胜收的维港夜景,此饭聚实在完美!第一道前菜是鸡枞莴笋灵芝菇 HK$118,滑溜的灵芝菇配以重香微辣,十分开胃。软滑中搭配爽口的莴笋丝和香气十足的鸡枞菌,为口感和味觉带来不一般的满足!友人说来到「镛镛」一定要尝烧鹅,我认为是对的!镛记正宗烧鹅 (例牌)HK$300 的份量切合我们几位女士胃纳的容量。若要评当晚吃过的几道菜式,烧鹅不算差,但是应该是最没惊喜的一道!「镛镛」秉承「镛记」半脆半腍的鹅皮特色,说不上是我杯茶,但本已是意料之内,要挑剔是鹅肉未见得有过人的吸引力,例如平淡的鹅肉香气,幸好鹅肉不算粗糙!而我喜欢的亮点是带有花生香气的鹅汁,为鹅肉平添不少滋味,而软硬适中入味的蚝油豆和梅香清雅的酸梅酱是加分之处!有惊喜的烧汁百花煎酿带子 HK$320 ,不单止带有外脆内嫩的口感,还有香弹饱满的花胶馅,与及香甜滋味的烧汁,是一道老少咸宜的好菜式!桂花蟹肉炒粉丝 HK$280 的蟹肉虽不算丰富,但展现上炒功不错的煮艺,炒得干爽之余配合柔和恰好的调味,将传统桂花翅应有的香气散发出来!皮脆、肉质细嫩弹牙,再蘸上粉红岩盐和柠檬汁佐味,面前的当红脆皮炸子鸡 (半只)HK$330 吸引力不凡,也提升了食客的食力,赞!虾片成为是小朋友的至爱。经常有感处理得宜的素材要比肉类更能吸引味蕾!采咕噜肉的做法,以菇替代猪肉,入口香脆夹杂菇香与惹味的甜酸,将令人满足的滋味共冶一炉的鲜凤梨"菇" 噜球 HK$180 ,便是一个超赞的好例子!顺便替日本友人补祝生日,预订了万寿蟠桃 (6只) HK$108,虽只选了半蛋黄,但包质松弹、莲蓉蛋黄也好吃,相当不错!K11 Musea 是香港鲜有个性的商场,场内空间感足,还有不千篇一律的品牌、食肆,戏院,为我带来一个闲逛消费好选择,希望可以继续下去!

上个礼拜六同屋企人加埋两个细路去K11 Musea行街,行到脚仔软,就揾间坐得舒舒服服嘅餐厅食晚饭。见到镛镛艺尝馆个样几grand,谂住试下。我哋人多,叫咗几样𩠌share。我哋叫咗例牌嘅「招牌烧鹅」,啲皮好香,鹅肉又够嫩滑多汁,两个细路都争住食;另外叫咗个「鲜凤梨咕噜肉」,酸酸甜甜,啲猪肉炸得外脆内软,小朋友最钟意。仲有个「扬州炒饭」,炒得够干身,料都足,大人细路都啱食。甜品我哋试咗个「生磨蛋白杏仁茶」,香滑得黎唔会太甜,暖笠笠好舒服。一家大细食得开开心心,食物质素又有保证,下次家庭聚会可以再考虑呢度。

喺尖沙咀 K11 Musea 附近返工,成日都烦恼食晏食乜好。听同事讲镛镛艺尝馆个午市套餐好似几掂,今日就约埋一齐去试下!餐厅环境几舒服,坐得阔落,唔似有啲地方咁逼。我哋都系叫咗个「行政午市套餐」。个set真系几丰富,有齐前菜(皮蛋酸姜、叉烧、油鸡)、两件「精选点心」、一个汤(我拣咗「蟹肉蛋清粟米羹」,几足料又够热)、主菜我拣「XO酱虾球带子」,虾球爽口,带子都几鲜甜,XO酱够惹味、仲有生炒腊味糯米饭同埋甜品、嘢饮。个糯米饭炒得几香,有腊味嘅油香,唔错。成个套餐咁多嘢食,味道又唔错,喺 K11 Musea 呢个地段嚟讲,我觉得CP值算几高,绝对系一个唔错嘅午餐选择,下次可以encore

朋友之前介绍过呢间Yung’s Bistro,话系主打精致点心同埋粤菜,今日终于约齐脚嚟试试。我哋点咗个 鸡枞野菌炒鲍鱼,一上枱已经闻到好香嘅菌味,估唔到鸡枞菌同鲜鲍鱼嘅配搭咁有火花!鲍鱼片爽口弹牙,鸡枞菌鲜甜,成个味道好有层次,真系色香味俱全。另外叫咗碟 干炒牛河都好有镬气。牛河炒得够干身,唔会油淋淋,牛肉份量足,食落有啲焦香,河粉都索到味,算系有水准之作。整体嚟讲,呢度环境几舒服,唔似传统酒楼咁迫。虽然价钱唔算平,但系啲菜式睇得出系用心制作,无论卖相定味道都有板有眼。如果想试下啲精致啲嘅新派粤菜,呢间绝对可以一战。
