We came here for yum cha and, of course, had to try the famous Yung Kee signature roasted goose. It’s juicy on the inside, with a perfectly crispy skin. Packed with flavour even without the sauce..We also tried a variety of dim sum, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the steamed rice flour roll with beef and Chinese yam. The added yam gave the texture a lovely lift.
