I only ordered one item - Strawberry Sago Soup with Nata de Coco 士多啤梨椰果西米露 - (the name is copied and pasted from another review). Well, my sister recommended this item to me so I'm sure it would have tasted better before.
This time, however, it was disappointing. This item is like an ice-cream dish with a sago side dish. You mix the two together when you eat it. It's an innovative invention - coz the combination would go really well. The problem is... for some reasons, the icecream is really ICE! I was just eating ice.... then... when I finished half of the icecream, there came a very STRONG DURIAN flavor. For those who like durian, I'm sure it's a nice surprise! BUT NOT FOR ME!!!
I politely inquired about the unexpected durian taste to a young waitress. She said the durian flavor wasn't supposed to be there. So I requested for a replacement. Then she replied, 'I'll only replace the portion that's remaining in your bowl.' I'm sorry, but what kind of attitude is that!?!??!?!?!?!? (Note that I didn't say that in front of her and was quiet, thinking about this in my mind.)
A gentleman (maybe the owner or manager) overheard the issue and immediately gave us a new bowl of icecream. As I expected, that icecream also tasted like durian and I didn't finish it.

Dessert eateries never fail in Hong Kong (as long as they can survive the rocket high property rents). Having said that, not all of them are worth revisiting, not to mention a few popular ones such as this Cong Sao Dessert whose entrance is always crowded with her dessert fans queuing for seats. This shop has been relocated last year from her old place a street away, none of my friends has negative feedback on their food because they offer a wide range of choices (except the shredded flavoured ice flakes which I dislike) and the quality is consistently high.
Diced jelly of yuzu, the Japanese or Korean terms of grapefruit, is already a very pleasing snack for both kids and adults. For this dessert, it blended very well with the ginger juice mixed in milk and cream sweet soup.
This item is one of the hot items on the menu and very popular in Summer, however, you can still spot some orders on a cool day. Tiny chunks of smashed longan in the sorbet and nata de coco both give a chew and texture. Glad that they have this item all year round.

Frozen strawberry was blended with cream and milk to make it a gelato texture. A small bowl of sago was served aside as they would be hardened quickly when in contact with the gelato.

由於我自小就very like食糖水,有時連正餐都係佢.所以今日放工心隱起就拉埋同事一齊宵夜.2個人叫左3樣野,椰汁芒果紫米露&芒果奶昔雙皮奶&龍眼冰.其實佢既份量唔多,細細碗,而且亦都唔貴,係呢個地區黎講算好抵.椰汁芒果紫米露-紫米份量唔少,食到沾左椰汁既仲會feel到好濃+香既椰汁味添!!芒果肉起碼有2大舊添,仲要係甜加.芒果奶昔雙皮奶-呢個成個係我食晒,我覺得好好食,略嚴份量唔夠囉!!奶昔似乳酪味略甜左小小,雙皮奶應該有2cm厚拉,口感好滑.龍眼冰呢個時候食凍左少少姐,不過都接受到.冰裡面有好多龍眼果肉,very good taste囉.
