An Indian food maniac wanted to taste good Indian food in Hong Kong. Tulsi and Wine popped up in my mind.I understood the maniac was a bit picky. I thought the warm and inviting ambience should be satisfying.A chandelier hung at the middle of the ceiling, the stained fixtures, the cosy rich fabric tones, the light beige wood flooring and walls. The golden framed mirrors and ethnical pictures brought the rich Indian culture back to this contemporary and tastefully eatery.Venue chosen by me. O

An Indian food maniac wanted to taste good Indian food in Hong Kong. Tulsi and Wine popped up in my mind.
I was recommended the signature Indian tea ~~ hot Masala Tea. This Masala Chia was made by brewing black tea with a mixture of Indian spices and herbs. It was really aromatic and comforting.
The Chicken Vindaloo was really good ~~ moist chicken in hot spicy sauce. (no photo )
I would like if it was kept to the original recipe to include potatoes. I was later learned from the waitress that they skipped the potatoes to cope with customers views. The maniac was so anxious to go to the Quarry Bay restaurant when was told that it kept the original Indian recipes.
Aloo Gobi was another veggie dish. The combination of potatoes and cauliflower were good. I would like them not to be so soft.
The Gulab Jamum and Kulfi gave a sweet ending. Gulab Jamum was very sweet and fulfilling. If you do not have a sweet tooth, just forget it. I like the texture of the Kulfi much.
There are a lot of overpriced michellin star restaurants in town, such as tim ho...I dont wanna be picky, but some of them are really not that well worth to eatToday its an indian restaurant, eating with my wife here. Today its an indian restaurant, eating with my wife here. I do think it has provided convenience as the just MTR nearby, I dont have to worry much about directions.
We have ordered Oyster Masala, a very traditional sauce on cooked oyster, their osyter are tender and juicy, rich in tomato and basil flavour. The oyster itself has been removed from the shell for you. The only thing to complain is its not hot enough.
This chicken Tikka are marinated with special indian sauce, its a little bit dry on the outside. The good thing is they have been peeled off, the meat itself is fair and easy to chew, the best part is when its been served on the table firstly, the smell was superb.
Most of the dishes are very apetitizing on the hot plate, perhaps because its the smell effect? Its more chewry and thinner than chicken, i like such dish a bit more than the other one.
A lot of cheese naan piled upon the plate. the gimmick was nice, kinda like fusion of french and indian, the texture of the naan was very soft, but as u can see some of them are over grilled, which can be improved.
题外话/补充资料：
the staff are very nice, and the overall price was acceptable, I am surprised as i get the bill, because they dont charge customer extra with their name on Michellin. I like this, so i am gonna give them a thumb up.
