某夜跟豬大人去了【通達食店】吃了碗油渣麵後,閒逛了廟街後,再向尖沙咀方向前進。。。遠見【澳洲牛奶公司】門外竟然沒有人龍,於是急急步前去試食。澳牛出名, 已不是今時今日的事,但本人卻是第一次光顧呢~礙於我倆事前已吃了晚飯,所以只點了一個茶餐及雙皮奶兩份吃。已一早弄好的雙皮奶最先送上。不過入口卻不是期望中的熱辣辣及滑溜溜...只是微熱這一點挺失望呢 >.<緊接就是茶餐的食物:叉燒意粉一般茶餐廳的貨色,沒有值得提及的地方。火腿蛋多士除炒蛋真的很滑之外,其他亦是零特別。再來就是就珍凍奶茶亦是平常茶餐廳的味道。臨離開補拍門口照片一張,發現人龍再現,我倆興幸不用等位。

叉燒通真系無數香港人對茶餐廳既回憶,本來應該系西式既意粉點解可以變成咁香港特色,真系厲害!通粉好Q,好彈牙,唔會一咬就爛,叉燒雖然唔系咩靚貨,但勝在夠足料,有好多舊,次次都食唔sai!個湯都系個的味精湯,但勝在味道剛好,唔會太咸要你狂喝水!而我覺得茶餐廳食湯麵最重要既系熱度!好多茶餐廳既湯麵都系唔熱架! 澳牛雖然唔系100度滾既比你,但每次食親都系熱辣辣既,正!


澳牛炒蛋遠近馳名就梗啦!個蛋發得好好(有的餐廳會吃到蛋白),味道剛好,唔太咸,又唔淡,口感好滑,,唔會好油,最正就系食落仲有的未全熟既蛋液架!真系好好味!另外個多士一樣冇得頂,話多士就真系比多士,勁厚身,因為多士一上個時仲系熱既,所以的牛油仲系溶緊既狀態,系D牛油同麵包完美既配合下,一咬落去個下真系正到震啊!!!


不過我最討厭個兩塊火腿,凍冰冰,所以次次都比人食。

最後就嘆翻杯餐茶,雖然呢度奶茶都好出名,但我唔飲得,今次叫左杯‘熱華田’!杯野正路,味道濃郁,大部份出名既茶餐廳叫呢D都應該實冇死既!哈哈

對於一個正常女仔來講,食完成個茶餐應該都會飽死咁出門口!正!
题外话/补充资料: 我知道好多人都話呢度咩都要快,落單要快,食要快,咩都要快! 我覺得就系因為咁先系他們特色! 另外,亦有好多人話呢度對客既態度好差,講真,呢個某程度都系事實,每日呢度咁多人食野,D員工好難對所有客都笑笑口既。我覺得週末佢地系會冇甘好脾氣架啦,多人啊嘛!但閑日反而我覺得他們既態度幾友善wo,會同D客吹下水架!所以唔想受氣既話可以揀系冇甘多人既時候來食!

一個週末 一個人 早上8點多 人龍好多. 還好是一個人 所以搭木台都較易啦.里面就大約20多張桌子.第一個感覺係員工都係超有效率的. 一個字"快" !! 難得來到 咩都想試 最後點了一個茶餐,多士炒蛋牛肉通粉加了一個炒蛋多士 再加了一個燉蛋 (好多啊!! 哈哈 )個人認為最好味的都是炒蛋多士蛋的份量好多 呢點都值回票價!那些大型連銷店的早餐配炒蛋. 試過有一家少到可憐!澳洲牛的少旦比它多5倍!!! 燉蛋點了凍的 滑嘟嘟的!! 蛋味好濃好香!!好喜歡呢!! 下次要試燉奶 通粉方面 牛肉不算太"un" 肉味不算濃 薄切雞湯湯底 不過不失吧! 炒蛋香滑 有牛油香味 厚多士新鮮出爐 正!

難得去佐敦攞sample, 專登去一試從未到過既澳牛, 一去到, 門口聚集約十幾人等位, 但有位不太禮貌的先生突然講"一位唔好行開, 入面最埋個位", 但今日攞住一大袋sample, 真的唔方便坐得咁入同咁迫, 都是想走既時候突然近門口有一位, 所以才坐下, 原本那位不太禮貌的先生, 突然開了一張摺椅給我放東西, 突然間覺得很內疚, 原來他們雖然粗聲粗氣, 但原來外冷內熱.黎到當然要試下常餐, 火腿意粉沒什麼待別, 跟一般茶餐廳無異, 但那份炒蛋真的滑到不得了, 應該加入很多牛奶, 真的無敵.再黎當然要食埋最有名既燉奶, 今次選了凍既燉奶, 一看到, 感覺好"杰", 第一口, 奶味豐富, 不太甜, 一點牛奶的"蘇"味都無, 超水準之作. 難怪客人真的沒有停, 川流不息.

题外话/补充资料: 在門口看見請洗碗工的街招, 但旁邊等位的人都覺得來這店洗碗多多錢都不做, 因為真的難想像一天要洗多少碗, 客人真的不停

食咗澳牛都好幾年了,每一兩個月就要去食一次但自從有間明星開的仿澳牛出現咗之後,我就少咗去澳牛。呢日聽完talk 之後, 獨自到澳牛食飯。無去一輪,澳牛都加咗價,無計,宜家生意難做,咩都加。一去到,伙計好親切地俾咗張椅子俾我放手袋,其實澳牛啲伙計係好快,但都唔係完全無service ga叫咗茶餐,多士炒蛋牛肉意蛋,一如以往地多同好食。相反,明星店份量少得多。牛意,一黎到的時候,熱到出哂煙。熱度呢一點,明星店又係做唔到。牛肉柔軟, 湯底係濃濃的雞湯, 意粉唔會煮得太淋, QQ 的.炒蛋好香牛油味,又滑, 正。多士,脆口,熱,充滿牛油香氣。正。最後,以奶茶作為晚飯的結束。奶茶茶味頗濃, 比很多茶餐廳都沖得好。後記,我去嗰日其實已係三月六日,過咗新年好耐,但澳牛依然充滿新年氣氛,掛滿揮春,燈籠,年花。真係好特別,我諗應該呢啲就係香港傳統老鋪先有的特色吧。宜家出街,到處都係連鎖店,名牌,有時真係令我吃不消,我地作為香人,應該好好保護我地的文化,多啲幫襯傳統老店,咁先唔會令佢地消失。

蛋,一如以往地多同好食。相反,明星店份量少得多。

牛意,一黎到的時候,熱到出哂煙。熱度呢一點,明星店又係做唔到。
牛肉柔軟, 湯底係濃濃的雞湯, 意粉唔會煮得太淋, QQ 的.

炒蛋好香牛油味,又滑, 正。

多士,脆口,熱,充滿牛油香氣。正。

最後,以奶茶作為晚飯的結束。奶茶茶味頗濃, 比很多茶餐廳都沖得好。

後記,我去嗰日其實已係三月六日,過咗新年好耐,但澳牛依然充滿新年氣氛,掛滿揮春,燈籠,年花。
真係好特別,我諗應該呢啲就係香港傳統老鋪先有的特色吧。宜家出街,到處都係連鎖店,名牌,有時真係令我吃不消,我地作為香人,應該好好保護我地的文化,多啲幫襯傳統老店,咁先唔會令佢地消失。

又嚟啦澳牛,新年等得好苦要初九先開門,,終於星期三去到啦,下午茶時段都唔駛點等,我地兩個人坐左去卡位,照舊炒蛋多士跟意粉,好開心炒蛋永恆不變,多士厚厚的,正呀,食完叫左杯熱檸茶,嗯啲茶味依然香濃,$33一個咁好味嘅餐真係除左佢冇人做得到我諗都唔需要影相大家都去過,總之唔好又冇左一間咁有香港風味嘅餐廳呀

大家都可能有試過,特然很想吃一種東西 - 包括炒蛋。星期日 2 點,專程搭的士去到,人龍居然差不多到街口!我們兩個人,不得不放棄。星期一中午12:20 左右一個人再去。人龍不長,而且一人座位很易等。不到 5 分鐘已經入座。速度依然快。但感覺伙計好像比以前年輕,亦比較友善。我還看到一個伙計下單時跟幾個中年 OL 有說有笑。說回食物。炒蛋依然出色,這倒是不用多說的了。他們家的炒蛋,蛋香濃郁,非常滑溜,但不油膩。炒蛋這麼普通的東西,能做到大家覺得「好味」,真不簡單。另外,多士夠厚又夠脆,是炒蛋的最佳伴侶。叉燒通粉則是非常一般,湯很咸。奶茶也是一般茶餐廳水準。總之,澳洲牛奶公司,排隊是為了炒蛋!

一切盤據OPENRICE 總評分嘅第一位今日終於的起心肝去試下!!地點:佐敦C2出口行一個街口轉右就係4點半去到,門口都有D人,但係都唔駛排隊,一入去就有位佢話邊你就要坐邊,冇得揀,我唔小心坐左張桔檯!!好彩冇俾人鬧餐廳入面都好多人,人流絡繹不絕,大家都係快食快走但係坐低左之後冇人同我落單,竟然要特登叫人黎叫左茶餐,要左炒蛋同通粉通粉少於一分鐘便到,一食!!D通粉淋嘅!!好明顯係煮過“龍”,叉燒都有少少過咸唯一鍾意嘅係個湯算濃味,開正我個瓣火腿炒蛋配多士火腿好似有煎過,但係好一般貨色不過即食火腿你可以EXPECT 啲咩?同埋火腿都唔係呢度個賣點,NEXT!!多士,算厚身,包身鬆軟牛油都幾多,差D滴左落身但係都係冇乜特別,好多地方都做到咁啦炒蛋,唯一驚喜,真係幾好食,好滑同嫩蛋味都充足, 但係有少少過咸熱奶茶,幾好飲,但都係個句冇乜特別唧!總括:服務都唔係想像中咁差食物不過不失,有啲名過於實,可能期望越大失望越大啦冇想像中好食,個通粉簡直係敗筆或者一時失手啦,$34一個茶餐相對地貴,有機會經過會再挑戰,但係唔會再登特去食

火腿好似有煎過,但係好一般貨色
不過即食火腿你可以EXPECT 啲咩?
同埋火腿都唔係呢度個賣點,NEXT!!
多士,算厚身,包身鬆軟
牛油都幾多,差D滴左落身
但係都係冇乜特別,好多地方都做到咁啦
炒蛋,唯一驚喜,真係幾好食,好滑同嫩
蛋味都充足, 但係有少少過咸

熱奶茶,幾好飲,但都係個句

總括:服務都唔係想像中咁差
食物不過不失,有啲名過於實,
可能期望越大失望越大啦

很久沒有食澳洲牛奶公司的早餐了,星期一有機會再吃了!!仍然是大排長龍,不過不用等很久蛋白燉鲜奶 火腿通粉 炒蛋多士炒蛋多士 是最愛,炒蛋很滑很嫩,一些也不感到油!多士也燶得剛剛好,多士很厚,很滿足火腿通粉一般,有些少偏咸,主菜是炒蛋多士,所以不要緊蛋白燉鲜奶一如過往的好,口感很滑,今次有少少偏甜,不過仍是很驚喜!最后太多人了,急急食,急急走....

This is one of the famous cha can tan place that I thought I have to visit since I haven't been to hk for quite a few years. This is one of the famous cha can tan place that I thought I have to visit since I haven't been to hk for quite a few years. The waiting queue was quite long when we got there, but only waited for around 15 mins which I thought it's not too bad.

Same as many hk cha chan tan places, this place is always quite crowded and need to share the table with someone else. I was there for the breakfast, so me and my friend have ordered 1 set of breakfast meal (ham with noodle, famous stir fired egg with toast and hot milk tea), additional milk tea and the signature egg white bake with milk. The food was absolutly awsome!!! very yummy and nice as always, I did not feel disappointed even i haven't been there for so long.

However, the service of the waiters are so bad!!!!! horrible is not enough to describe one of the waiters' service. We supposed to have 2 hot milk tea, 1 came from the breakfast meal set and another additional one that I have ordered. The additional milk tea came first and since all other food have arrived so I have asked the waiter to see where is the other one. Since i haven't been there for so long, I forgot that the additional one and standard one came with the meal were using a different type of cup. The waiter was so rude that said your additional has already came, what are you after? Firstly I was quite polite that letting him know that there should be two as there should be 1 included with the meal. And he had been keeping tell me your additional one has already arrived, what are you after? and also said, "is that you don't understand me or I don't understand u?| (btw all the conversation were in Cantonese.) End up I was quite angry and said "What kinda service are you providing here? Is that the kind of service that you should offer to your customers?" So he finally said he will chase up the drink for me. After 2-3 mins, a standard hot milk tea came but the waiter has given it to the 2 girls who were sharing table with us as I knew they ordered the breakfast meal too, so I didn't doubt that was us not theirs. Waited for another 5 mins, the drink still didn't came and we were almost finishing our meals, so i end up have to ask the waiter again (the same rude one that I have spoken to). He said "I have already chased up the standard drink for you and it's you that given to the ones opposite to you." And I was like "they ordered the rbeakfast meal which include a drink too and another waiter has given it to them instead of me, how would I know that's the one that you chased up for me?" the waiter was like "That's your problem, not mine. It's okay I chase up for you again but make sure you don't give it to someone else again". I was so pissed off when I heard that!!!!

Even though the food was great there but I believe I will never go back to eat in, even I really wanna sth from there or any frds wanna go there, take-away will be the only option I will consider. The service is seriously poor!!!!

The toast had a slightly crisp surface and soft inside which met expectations. The scrambled eggs sandwiched between the toast was velvety smooth, creamy and rich. The texture of the eggs was staunch and the slight firmness was enhanced with a well-seasoned flavour which made it the highlight of the day. The sliced ham was just like any other but the slight saltiness helped complement the richness of the eggs and the overall savouriness of the dish.

Verdict: 8.5/10

The fragrance of the toast upon being served would certainly titillate the senses of any diners. The surface of the toast was deep fried to a golden brown crisp yet the inside remained soft and moist. The sliced butter atop was melting as the picture was being taken and when drizzled with the maple syrup provided on each table, it was divinely sinful yet delicious. Tasted on its own, the french toast lacked flavour from the egg-coated batter but coupled with the condiments, it was certainly some comfort food for the stomach. For the calories-conscious, do not expect this to go easy on the waistline!

Verdict: 8.0/10

The light flavours of the egg whites were enhanced by the richness of the milk. Despite the smoothness of the pudding, we felt that it was too sweet for our liking after repeated scoops. It was pleasing to the tastebuds upon the first try but the richness was a tad too creamy and saccharine to the effect that it satiated our appetite after a while. It might appeal to those with a slightly more tolerant sweet tooth or a preference for rich creamy desserts.

Verdict: 7.0/10

Like the steamed egg whites and milk pudding, this version was equally smooth and rich. With the addition of the egg yolks, this tasted slightly denser than the former. It was also slightly firmer and was pleasing to the palate. The downside was again the sweetness, which could be taken a few notches down but again this was owed to personal preferences.

As we were seated beside the service aisle where waiters were scurrying in and out of the kitchen to bring orders to the diners, they stopped at nothing to make sure a din was created. Whenever they cleared emptied plates and bowls, it seemed like there was a special effort to drop them at height into the collecting buckets. It was a noisy and chaotic fare to say the least. Suppers are meant to be comforting but it seemed that you could not afford to take a break here, starting from the impatient waiters pressurizing to take one's orders. You seriously cannot expect all diners to already know what is on the menu, can you?

Despite the good food served, this eatery is but another one of those classic HK 'Cha Chng Tngs' with little patience and embodiment of the ethos that 'Customers are always right'.

這天在佐敦辦事,特意早點出門到澳洲牛奶吃個早餐。想不到平日早上8點多門外也有約8-10人的人龍!不過只需等約5分鐘便可入座,比起週末或下午時分,這人龍算小兒科了。坐下點份早餐要多士和炒蛋,餐飲要了熱鴛鴦。($26)火腿通粉和炒蛋多士幾乎一起於落單後1-2分鐘送到。通粉煮得軟硬適中,湯的味道稍為偏鹹,不過整體也好吃。(3.5/5)炒蛋炒得很嫩滑和香,好好吃。多士也烘得表皮脆但內裡鬆軟不會過乾,同樣好好吃!(4.5/5)熱鴛鴦喝起來茶和啡的比例很平均,入口很香滑兼熱剌剌,好喝。(5/5)奇怪的事情是這日的水吧出品以澳牛的水平來說是很'慢'(其實等了約10分鐘),多位客人吃完食物但餐飲遲遲未到,當然也包括我的。在等餐飲的期間難得自在四處觀看,看著店員快捷的不斷在我身旁走過,彼此默契地高效率自動走位和補位,人也不自覺吃過他們的早餐後感染了這裡的活力呢。

奇怪的事情是這日的水吧出品以澳牛的水平來說是很'慢'(其實等了約10分鐘),多位客人吃完食物但餐飲遲遲未到,當然也包括我的。在等餐飲的期間難得自在四處觀看,看著店員快捷的不斷在我身旁走過,彼此默契地高效率自動走位和補位,人也不自覺吃過他們的早餐後感染了這裡的活力呢。
