有日睇到報紙介紹呢間點心專門店就走黎試下味道十分唔錯,而且全部都係即叫即蒸,所以夠晒熱;亦由於係咁,所以等ge時間會比較長...我至愛佢ge酥皮叉燒包同潮州粉果!!Yummy~!食品價錢亦十分合理

I went to these restaurant for 3 times. First time is the open day, nothing special and the dim sum is good. I've bought shrimp dupling and beef ball, taste good but you have to wait for half an hour. For me it's ok cos it's just the first day.2nd time, want to buy take away. When I asked the cashier, she said you go and ask the chef whether have take away or not!!! Ridiculous.....Then I wait and ask another waitress again but those waitress keep asking each other and joking "how do I know....I

3rd time, sit-in for dinner. Ordered steam rice but when it comes, the rice is not well cooked. Then when I told the waitress, she just take away the rice witout saying anything. Then I assume she will give me another one but after wait for 15 mins, I check with her then she told me there's no more rice.

I swear I'll never go to this restaurant....

煎廳兩公婆去完人妖國 後都未出動搵過食,心思恩先去"嵩記"整碗腸腩伊後就行街街 ,其實要盡量消化去制造空間去試新野 "添好運".未到前因為受雜誌..影響抱有相當期望 ,但事實是,食物算做到70分,但環境,服務都扣哂分! 枱面較細,放三籠野已無空間,茶有兩款"普洱",壽眉",奇怪係是由阿姐們添茶,但眼見佢地手忙腳亂,有人客無茶人對疑似事頭婆說"收人茶錢,但咁耐都無添茶 "但回覆景是.."鬧佢啦"(吹脹 )

本人住在旺角,一向鍾意試新嘢,見這間很多雜誌宣傳,今日約1:00便去試下。到達時門口已很多人,個個都攞住張點心紙。我見人又好多,位又唔多,咪諗住買外賣算啦,點知一問個收銀姐姐,姐姐粗聲氣地同我講話"我地唔做外賣呀"我真的冇聽過旺角街坊鋪會唔做外賣,我以為阿姐誤會,咪再問一次,我自己攞走喎,唔駛送,點知阿姐仍然都係果種語氣,"都話唔做囉"我真係好想知一間旺角鋪,唔做外賣,位又唔係多,可以點生存。旺完這一陣新開張的熱潮,然後可以點?真的可以不用靠附近居民幫襯而生存嗎?我拭目以待。

近期很多飲食雜誌也熱捧這新開的小店今日放工便到此一試總括來說各樣點心也很精緻, 應該沒添加甚麼味精, 但略嫌不夠熱和size太小臘味蘿蔔糕: 足料, 能吃出絲絲的蘿蔔絲, 非坊間只有粉的"糕"酥皮焗叉燒包: 推介! 看起來有點像利苑的"雪嶺餐包", 如果能熱一點更好...香滑馬拉糕: 不錯, 沒有蒸馬拉糕時被倒汗水弄濕的問題, 所以吃起來不太乾也不太濕菲黃鮮蝦腸: 腸粉很滑, 但個人不喜歡菲黃..潮洲蒸粉果: 又是推介! 我愛吃潮洲蒸粉果, 但很怕坊間弄得很油, 這個剛好, 餡料也切得很細, 很喜歡~鮮蝦燒賣皇: ok~ 這個我反而覺得沒甚特別P.S. 收銀的說因太多人, 現在不做外賣, 只做堂食

臘味蘿蔔糕: 足料, 能吃出絲絲的蘿蔔絲, 非坊間只有粉的"糕"

酥皮焗叉燒包: 推介! 看起來有點像利苑的"雪嶺餐包", 如果能熱一點更好...

香滑馬拉糕: 不錯, 沒有蒸馬拉糕時被倒汗水弄濕的問題, 所以吃起來不太乾也不太濕

菲黃鮮蝦腸: 腸粉很滑, 但個人不喜歡菲黃..

潮洲蒸粉果: 又是推介! 我愛吃潮洲蒸粉果, 但很怕坊間弄得很油, 這個剛好, 餡料也切得很細, 很喜歡~

鮮蝦燒賣皇: ok~ 這個我反而覺得沒甚特別

If you wish try this shop, you must be patient! you need spend a lot of time wait the seat, and after order the food, you need wait 5 to 10 minutes at least. If you wish try this shop,

you must be patient! you need spend a lot of time wait the seat, and after order the food, you need wait 5 to 10 minutes at least.
So if you in hurry, don't go!
But if you can wait, that's no problem
what I see today is very 混亂

About the food!
叉燒飽 very good, $12 per dish, Must try

粉果 also very good, $10 fresh make Good

咸水角 $10 fresh, and the skin crispy Great!

You can feel the master have passion to make the dim sum well , all dim sum 即叫即蒸
and the price is very 平民化

I would highly recommend if you like high quality dim sum food in low price and you don't mind spend a lot of time keep waiting for the seat & Food.

The Food quality is Good, if compare with the price!

前幾日老爸從報紙看到介紹, 說四季酒店和好彩酒樓的點心師傅, 出來聯手開了間點心專門店, 於是昨日中午放工後去了試下. 去到時雖然只是中午12:35, 門外已經聚集了一堆人等位, 好彩老爸和老媽預早來拿位 (都等了15分鐘!), 否則有排等! 門內門外的裝修跟附近的茶餐廳差不多, 如果不是那堆人龍, 實在一點也不起眼! 這裡以前是查理布朗餐廳, 但現在成為了點心店. 店子很小, 全店只有30個座位, 實在十分擠迫! 由於店子太細, 枱子連調味品和茶壺也容不下, 要喝茶嗎? 招手請侍應加茶吧! 而且只有普洱和壽尾兩種, 味道也只是比茶餐廳的濃一點而已.到達時老爸已經剔好了點心, 所以我只是坐下等食! 點了: 鮮蝦燒賣皇, 陳皮牛肉球, 潮州蒸粉果, 古法糯米雞, 香滑馬拉糕, 酥皮焗义燒包, 臘味蘿蔔糕, 黃沙豬膶腸. 這店是即叫即蒸, 所以預了要等. 等了約十多分鐘, 點心便開始送上來了. 先來古法糯米雞, 看起來都幾大隻. 打開一看, 有雞有豬肉, 十分普通, 吃下去是卻不一樣, 糯米十分柔軟又帶煙韌, 不像一般酒樓的糯米雞, 乾吧吧的. 而且內裡的豬肉都是瘦肉, 適合我這些怕肥膏一

這店是即叫即蒸, 所以預了要等. 等了約十多分鐘, 點心便開始送上來了. 先來古法糯米雞, 看起來都幾大隻. 打開一看, 有雞有豬肉, 十分普通, 吃下去是卻不一樣, 糯米十分柔軟又帶煙韌, 不像一般酒樓的糯米雞, 乾吧吧的. 而且內裡的豬肉都是瘦肉, 適合我這些怕肥膏一族.

之後其他點心便一大堆地送上來, 搞到疊了座"點心山"! 也因為如此, 部分點心吃時已經放涼了, 有點影響味道!

鮮蝦皇燒賣的燒賣不算大, 蝦與豬肉的比例約1:1, 不像很多酒樓的燒賣, 蝦多肉少 (瘦肉更少).還有丁方大小的冬菇粒作點綴. 燒賣內也找不到半點肥膏, 味道也不錯.

陳皮牛肉球的陳皮味的確不見. 牛肉味ok, 老媽說應該沒有用梳打粉, 但馬蹄也較少, 只有一兩粒, 整體只是過得去.

潮州蒸粉果的皮都幾薄, 帶點煙韌, 粉果內的花生和馬蹄很香脆, 吃起來很有口感, 不錯.

香滑馬拉糕帶點雞蛋香味, 雖然不及大榮華的出品, 但比起一般酒樓的"冇味馬拉糕"已經優秀一點.

酥皮焗义燒包是這店的招牌菜, 當然要試試. 味道就像义燒包和菠蘿包的混合體. 頂部的酥皮十分香脆, 像菠蘿包, 不過比較甜. 义燒包則很香, 义燒醬和义燒都很多, 咬下去有點"漏汁", 义燒粒也多且全是瘦肉, 正! 不愧是招牌貨!

臘味蘿蔔糕的臘味不多, 但勝在蘿蔔多, 而且切成粗條, 吃起來充滿蘿蔔味, 不會只得一團粉, 而且不太油!

黃沙豬膶腸的豬膶是真的起沙, 而且吃下去很柔軟, 不像平時吃的豬膶會很硬. 腸粉也算滑, 但可惜的是一碟三條腸粉的黃沙豬膶分佈不太平均, 有些很多但有些卻很少, 有點失敗.
也是足料的.

據說這裡的點心全都是店子自己製作, 所以味道較好又較足料! 水準方面也不錯, 是一間有誠意的小店. 但可能是初開又人多的關係, 侍應的服務比較混亂, 門外等位沒有次序, 又送錯送漏點心時常發生, 實在有待改善. 而且由於店子太細的關係, 吃東西時會好像茶餐廳一樣, 一下子全部點心同一時間送上, 會把點心放涼, 影響味道. 而且地方太少又嘈雜, 不能久坐, 也不是一個供人慢坐慢食又吹水的地方. 但這裡消費比去酒樓便宜, 食物又相當抵食, 如果單純想吃點心的話, 是一個不錯的地方.

最近開了為數不少的點心專賣小店,其一成功例子便是在太子的一點心。另一生力軍便是坐落在廣華街的這兒了....剛好在午飯時間到來,小小的店子擠滿了食客。始終我們廣東人對一盅兩件還是有些偏愛的看起來店子應該是剛開業,一切的運作如落單及執拾工件是混亂一片的 --- 漏單、冷氣系統出現問題等等,可謂"一應俱全"的某些侍應看起來也好像茫茫的不知所然,絕對不是話頭醒尾的。看來是有必要再培訓的了.....不過始終店子剛開業,要運作順利確實需要一段時間去掌握。如有招呼不周,這點是可以原諒的....不過在香港如此強調爭分奪秒及講求服務的商業社會,許多人往往卻沒有如此耐性去等待您去改善。吃飯時候就碰到一位OL投訴等一味點心也等了差不多半個多小時也沒送來,最後不斷破口大駡,說道 : "人家趕時間嘛 ! 應一早蒸定一大堆點心奉客嘛 ! 再沒有下次了 !" 聽至此處小弟不禁有點同情店方,因這裡的點心其一賣點好像是即叫即蒸即做的,小弟order的那個酥皮义燒包也等了差不多二十分鐘才來。試問那OL如何有足夠時候去等 ? 從美食的角度來看,即叫即蒸即吃當然是最好吃的,如吃那些"即食貨",那倒不如去吃茶記快餐吧。所以奉勸

是時候說說食物本身了。一口氣叫了北菇滑雞飯、一籠陳皮牛肉球及一客酥皮义燒包。雞飯是預先弄好再放入大蒸籠內,自然轉頭便端來了。飯粒有點偏濕,不夠爽身。豉油味調得有些偏鹹,雞件是不太夠滑的,冬菇竟是一點味道也沒有的
整體上是非常的令人失望


隔了好一陣那陳皮牛肉球才送來。吃進口卻是一點陳皮味也沒有,而且肉的質感極鬆散,馬蹄粒也是完全欠奉。水準可算是比街邊的小吃店還差


等了良久的酥皮义燒包是做得較出色的 ---- 一來勝在即叫即做,端上來是熱得盪嘴的;二來面頭的那酥皮做得真的是極之鬆軟且帶點微脆,的確是很出色。再配合那個帶甜的义燒醬,好吃。有些略嫌裏頭的义燒醬是醬多過肉,不過在如此價亷的小店,要吃到有粒粒靚义燒的酥皮义燒包,似乎苛求了點吧


最近看了些報導,發現原來此小店的掌舵人是前四季酒店的點心大厨之一。老實說,若真是如此,那水準就真的是強差人意了


P.S. 這店的名稱應稱為 "添好運點心專門店",煩請editor們跟進。

Cannot believe how close this shop's dim sums are compared to the 3 Michelin Star Chinese restaurant, even though some of the top Lung King Heen dim sims, especially the good pastry ones are missing here. Well, at approximately barely 1/4th the price, where most dim sims are around $9.00 - $12.00 - $15.00 for 3 pieces, this was really good value for money, if not the best dims sims I've had in this price range in Hong Kong.If anything, the food here were COOKED at better timings than some I've h

Cannot believe how close this shop's dim sums are compared to the 3 Michelin Star Chinese restaurant, even though some of the top Lung King Heen dim sims, especially the good pastry ones are missing here. Well, at approximately barely 1/4th the price, where most dim sims are around $9.00 - $12.00 - $15.00 for 3 pieces, this was really good value for money, if not the best dims sims I've had in this price range in Hong Kong.
If anything, the food here were COOKED at better timings than some I've had at Lung King Heen, which is a big statement - nothing here was under or over-cooked, helped by the fact the dim sim chef looks after it personally!
The negative obviously is that some of the fillings aren't as good as the real thing, but they're still quite good already.
FOOD:
糯米雞 - 1 large piece. Very aromatic Lotus leaf flavour on arival, although not infused into the sticky rice. Rice was cooked perfectly - slightly chewy yet a tad sticky. The fillings in this 糯米雞 mainly consisted of half fatty pork and also marinated pork-ribs bits (the same you'll find in their rice dish for lunch). No signs of duck egg yolks or not much mushrooms either. The taste was really good despite this. 89/100

蝦餃 - The skin was of the non-translucent ones, the texture was very close to perfect, better than the ones I've experienced at Lung King Heen... The prawns were slightly too 'floury' and also there were some pork lard, the texture was good however, slight crunchiness without being too artificial. 1 dumpling had too much ginger however, weird. Good job. 80/100.
咸水角 - The best skin I've had in Hong Kong so far. Cooked fresh, nice and hot, there was the expected crunchiness texture on the outside and a soft, chewy interior just beneath the surface. The fillings were quite similar to the 糯米雞, mainly pork, nicely diced up and at least not in a liquified form! Not signs of mushrooms? It had an additional spice/marinade that reminded me of anchovies in smell but most probably from the fried 豬油 and onions. Not oily at all, which is a plus, although the usage of lard in dim sim here can be a concern. Very good never the less.
98/100 - exterior
75/100 - interior
焗叉燒包 - I expected this to be the best dim sim here, going by my experience at Lung King Heen. It did not disappoint in a way, the exterior was perfectly roasted, the interior Char Sius were good quality pork, rightly marinated albeit not much of it. A little bit more Char Siu wouldn't have hurt it. Overall, one of the most light and fluffy 焗叉燒包 around, albeit slightly too sweet and the interior, even though of good quality was too simple. 85/100
韭黃蝦腸粉 - This 腸粉 texture was again, better than the Lung King Heen experience, because it was COOKED better! The 韭黃 was not over-powering at all, which was a surprise. The 蝦 was again slightly too 'floury' was of a great texture. I would say the prawn taste was slightly missing although its still above average compared to most dim sims in HK, just that it doesn't yell out to you that 'hello... I'm a prawn' in your face
Very smooth and had rice-flour taste exterior 腸粉. Soy sauce that came with it wasn't the artificially sweet type either. Could eat this all day. 92/100
桂花杞子糕 - Better Osmanthus taste than the Lung King Heen's petit fours, but more sweeter as well. I thought the Lung King Heen version had a better texture and overall balanced taste. 70/100
馬拉糕 - They ran out and didn't bother telling us.

The service here on this visit as all over the place and messy - but you can't blame them. Apparently there was an Apple Daily article on them just yesterday on 19th March, when I went there and saw the article! ... and its only 20th of March today. So there were a lot of people lining up to try there and some dim sims already ran out, waitresses and staff were panicking to the point they refused to do 'take away' orders today, in order to maintain quality. Its also in one of the Food Magazines that was published today, which is the reason why I was here...
In 1 sense, when I read the article I was actually quite furious about this shop - because, it was purely plagiarising some dim sim styles from Lung King Heen - afterall, it should be the 'pride' of Hong Kong yet one of the ex-staff is ripping them off. Not only that, but its selling them for barely 25% of the prices, with 85% of the quality and fillings, but cooked and timed even better than the real stuff!!!!! Chinese people really don't understand Trademarking or Intellectual property!
On the other hand, after my visit, I think this shop is only serving the most simplest of the dim sim items 'ripped off' from the Michelin 3 Stars restaurants for now, also, its actually serving them at unbelievably low prices. The craftsmanship of the dim sims here were top notch - the exteriors were done perfectly, the cooking was spot on and the fillings weren't chopped up into a million unidentifiable pieces by a blender. Overall, even better than Fook Lam Moon and many other places in fact! Its weakness is its unsophisticated fillings, although these were marinated to perfection. One surely can't complain for the price.
High 4's, very close, yet very far from a 5 -
due to the fillings not being upto highest standards, also there are no imaginations in the food, its nothing creative. Price not considered. I wouldn't mind eating here as it is now, but even if the prices were double but the fillings were upgraded, it'll be a 5 because its really cooked and timed very well here, even better than Lung King Heen itself. Its ridiculously cheap vs the quality.
Bib Gourmand?
Don't think the French will be impressed by the rip-offs from their 1st placed restaurant!

昨天睇到蘋果日報的介紹, 又去試一試啦。咸水角 ---- 好味又新鮮炸起, 但實在油多了點。焗叉燒包 ---- 絶對推介, 去到唔可能唔食的, 但要等一等, 等個包涼點, 表皮會更脆。馬拉糕 ---- 新新鮮鮮, 味道幾好。牛肉 ---- ok 啦茶錢兩蚊位, 不收加一

見佢新開, 所以單人來試一試.佢既點心款式不太多, 太約有20款左右吧.我點了1. 燒賣 ($16) - 無咩肥肉, d蝦食得出係無"拿"過既,因為無咩味精好自家做的味道.2. 蒸雞飯 ($15) - d雞肉都係無"拿"過, 好似食緊平時屋企蒸雞飯既味道, 不過飯有點乾. 3. 焗x 燒包 ($15) - 個皮好正, 入面如果多d肉汁會好d . 整體來說, 好小油好小味精既點心. p.s. 佢地咩都係即食即蒸, 所以心急人士就最好去之前可以打去叫人蒸定.waitress說佢地會2個星期換一次menu, 所以下次佢地再有新menu, 可能會再去試一試.
