精心熬制的汤底,满载地道风味
流记艇仔粉的汤底选用大地鱼慢熬,鲜味浓郁,汤中更可加入多款经典配菜,包括白切鸡、烧鸭、鱼蛋、叉烧等,配搭河粉或濑粉,口感丰富,风味无穷,重现昔日避风塘的地道美食文化。

细细个就听过艇仔粉,但因为细个住九龙,所以到大个先黎食🤤虽然唔系第一次帮衬🤭都想大家去支持下!!!今时今日咁足料既粉面,都系卖60几蚊碗🤤以前艇仔粉无得系船上食,依加只要加少少钱就可以感受下,系艇仔入面食艇仔粉既风味🤭未试过堂食既,建议点都要试下😆衬依加天气仲未系好热,又唔会好冻,不过想试既话,记得要早少少到,因为都多人排队 同埋如果堂食既话,艇仔既座位好少,所以记得早啲到☺️最后想讲店主同店员既人好好☺️

流记艇仔粉已有40多年历史,于上年由流动式小船转为在靠岸的大船售卖,感觉更具规模,时间、地点固定,客人不用扑空。但好像失去了一点点原有的传统味道⋯⋯食物有两个价目表,分为外卖和在艇上吃,差价约$20。食物种类亦有所增加,除了艇仔粉,也有糯米饭、时蔬、气炸杂丸。我们点了艇仔粉套餐,在艇上吃,较有风味🛶艇仔粉套餐($65,包含1纸包/罐装饮品):汤头浓郁有鱼味,亦有白胡椒的味道,与日常吃到的粉面汤底大不同,挺特别✨ 至于食物,河粉幼滑及新鲜,与汤头配撘。另外,有1粒潮州鱼蛋,弹牙👍🏽但叉烧和鸡肉瘦削(师傅可能给了鸭背的关系),稍为失色。而鸭肉加了$20要鸭髀,而鸡肉转鸡髀加了$20,鸡髀部分很滑,肉汁都比较多,个人认为$20是值得的!——味道:👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽.5环境:👍🏽👍🏽 👍🏽 👍🏽价钱:💡 💡 💡 💡服务:⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

之前见socail media 有人介绍香港仔海滨嘅艇仔粉,感觉几得意,咁啱行完山经过就试吓只船都几显眼易认,船身画得几靓😬行到入去就可以叫外卖,叫左艇仔粉($45)同糯米饭($40) ,如果要去只船度食就$65,不过有长者就唔可以过去艇仔粉系好足料同好食嘅,糯米饭就普普通通。咁啱经过医肚或者附近居民想买外卖都系一个唔错嘅选择,不过个人就觉得唔需要专程特登过嚟食,尤其大热天时冇冷气食真系好热!
