呢间系我由细到大都钟意食嘅上海野。老板记得好似真系由上海移民来香港嘅人,本身原店起华富,不过而家转左香港仔,坐落左应该有20几年。环境因为细店所以比较拥挤,不过如果接受到,咁菜式的确几正宗同好味。起23/10又走左去食,食左2人餐。小龙包皮薄肉厚,肉汁鲜美。酸辣汤因为加左木耳竹笋猪血虾等,所以口感复杂酸辣,可口。熏鱼甜甜地味,肉质硬硬地,几特别下。赛螃蟹加上啲镇江醋所以有蛋香味得呢有酸酸地点缀下。总体几好味,推荐早到或者订位,如果唔系有可能冇位,因为起街坊口中,佢算系公认好味出名。

今日同朋友去香港仔,天龙楼上海饭店。我点了素杂锦炒粗面,好配合上海𠮶味道,味道浓,好食。炸银丝卷,皮脆,松化。素饺,睇得出师傅用心里边啲材料,做得好干,冇湿立立,不会软淋淋,食落去有口感。素鹅,是整个素鹅上,然后炸咗个皮,食得出系佢自己做嘅腐皮去包材料,不错。整体来说,食物有水准,价钱稍微贵啲,埋单219元。

已经有好多年历史既上海菜小店,每次经过香港仔旧大街,都望住师傅整紧小笼包。最近依2年重新装修,外观同环境都变得光鲜整洁。间中都会帮衬。店铺唔大,有约30个位,好多街坊都会黎食晚饭。以家庭式小店黎讲,菜式同餐点选择好多元化,小炒镬气够,包点即叫即整,而且上菜速度都好快👍🏽。银芽韭王炒鳝糊 $124鳝条肥美爽脆,份量足,同银芽韭王一齐炒好惹味😋,唔会过咸,系全餐冠军😆👍🏽。上海回锅肉$88微辣又惹味的一道𩠌,有住豆酱的香气,同椰菜、西椒、豆干配搭炒,好啱送饭食。酸辣汤(例)$80酸辣汤配料好多,有齐猪红、木耳丝、豆腐、笋丝、蛋花,味道微酸微辣,淡淡豆瓣酱香,饮完好满足又暖身志。三鲜炒年糕$75三鲜以鸡肉、火腿、虾仁,配以大小白菜炒年糕,年糕软硬度适中,黏糯口感,味道简单清新。灌汤小笼包(5只)$36肉汁满满,皮厚左少少菜肉云吞(8粒)$54多肉少菜的馅料,配上简单豉油汤底

We stumbled upon this restaurant after a hike from Aberdeen Reservoir on a Sunday afternoon. Outside the window you can see two chefs making dumplings! The staff were sharing fruits amongst each other so it seems like they are a big loving family! Upon being seated we were offered free hot tea, the menu looked very big for a small restaurant that properly seats 40ish pax! We order our usual Shanghainese favourites, including 小笼包,锅贴,蒸素饺,馒头,排骨面,lastly, we ordered a 砂锅津白.The flavour of the xiao long bao was great but lacks some soup! Steam dumplings were very nice with strong flavours of sesame oil! Fried dumplings, steamed/fried bun was a big hit with the kids! The fried pork was juicy and golden! And lastly the soup pot was so very big with a lot of meat/ham/chicken gizzards, I think it was definitely value for money, the soup tasted nice, the meat inside was a bit bland, maybe its 汤渣 that we are not suppose to eat?!?! 😌Also, we had a home made soy drink that was very refreshing and delicious! Just one small thing, the vinegar was a bit bland… We enjoyed our lunch here and the service was great!

上星期去左呢间食晏, 上海菜一直系我至爱! 属小店经营坐位唔多但都坐得舒服!客饭有廿几款, 我叫左回锅肉客菜饭, 起菜较慢但味道唔错, 可惜菜饭好似未熟透!六十几蚊食晏唔算平但胜在冷气充足, 坐位唔会太迫, 都算合格。
