歌柏絲意大利餐廳 (已搬遷) 新店位置

Came here for lunch with a few buddies. Not much choice for set lunch menu - 3 for appe, 4 for mains and panna cotta or creme brulee for dessert. Both the appetizer and the main (I picked stuffed chicken breast) were quite decent. The portion was quite big, too! The chicken breast was a little on the salty side and it was such a big piece I could not even finish. The dessert was really good. I was never interested in creme brulee but since both of my friends ordered panna cotta, I ordered

Saturday night for a light dinner was about 80% full, and the two of us were given a nice table for four.Drinks and menus arrived promptly.Ordered a spaghetti vongole($155) and a mushroom, cheese and spinach pizza($110).My pizza arrived and we were left waiting for some time for the vongole. "yea yea" was the first answer from our waitress when we asked where the other main course was, and " It was cooked in a different section" was the second.When the vongole finally arrived it was described as

Pear, walnut and green salad $88:The salad was very small. only several pieces of leaves but some of them were yellow or having brown border. not fresh at all. the pear was too soft. my friend asked me whether it was can fruit. I found even a piece of pear 頂 in the salad.Clam spahetti in white wine sauce $145: the spaghetti was very good. the clam was very fresh. the sauce was wonderful except it is a little bit spicy for me.

　　唔需要咩週年紀念，更加唔需要咩重大理由，親愛o既男朋友帶左我去呢間浪漫o既餐廳浪漫一番，首先當然要多戲親愛o既男朋友。　　呢間餐廳好明顯係以外國客為主，所以佢o既餐牌都係全英文，其實有ｄ我都唔係幾睇得明XDD，不過好彩我仲識點菜XD。一入去坐底，侍應生就送上麵包一杯，同埋係碟上面幫你落Ｄ橄欖油同黑醋咁o既野，用黎蘸麵包，服務不錯。　　餐前麵包：主要有香草麥包和麵包脆條兩種，我個人比較喜歡香草脆條，卜卜脆，其實唔蘸醬都好好食，至於個香草麥包都唔錯，香草味清香撲鼻，而且麵包煙ｕｎ，無乾爭爭，硬堀堀O既感覺。 凱撒沙律：呢個係我最鐘意o既沙律，芝士味好香，菜好新鮮好甜，男朋友話叫羅文菜，呢隻菜特別香甜，其實我就唔係咁鐘意食三文魚，因為怕佢有陣腥味，但係呢個煙三文魚我可以，而且我仲覺得太少唔夠食XD。 pecking duck pizza：男朋友話呢個唔係俾我地食，係俾外國容貪得意先點黎食，但係我好鐘意呢個ｗｏ．．．果ｓａｕｃｅ好好味，有蜜糖o既甜味，真係好似食緊北京片皮鴨咁，好特別，而且係PIZZA底係佢地人手造，真係特別好味，食完我都唔介意做一個貪得意O既外國客再叫一個XD　　

今日與客食午飯，選擇了這間餐廳，喜歡坐得舒適又不失大體。今日選擇了牛扒，很可惜，要medium rear但上了一個七八成熟的給我。但同客食飯，算了。反而今日的甜品做得不錯。不很甜但很夠奶香。但不會令我因這甜品而再來。但另一方面，整體也不是差，但太古廣場太多選擇，相信短期不會再來了。

This is place I haven’t been for a long time.This is a place also brought back a lot of memories and used to be a place where I had friends’ chit chat all evening.As there are just too many new restaurants to try out and nearly forgot this.This night, we picked here. Place has no change and getting a bit old! Still warmth and good food. Casual with relaxation. 有十年未來過了，好多人好busy。雜菜湯料多唔錯意粉是我仲意種有咬口千層面好漏但好味最後cappuccino就完全冇Italian Rest. 的水準了

年初七下午三点幾，和媽咪、妹妹去PP行街行到倦了，想找個地方飲杯野、歇々脚，唔想行去Cova咁遠，連卡佛餐庁似是sushi bar，只好到隔離的Grappa’s。(You see, from the very beginning this　was not our 1st choice.)近門口対正podium有両張四人‘吉’枱，三人選択其中一張坐下。女侍應送上menu。由於只得三張椅子，問女侍應可否給我們多一張椅子放大褸、手袋。女侍應木無表情、一声不響従隔離的‘吉’枱搬来椅子，跟着問：「要D乜野？」我們剛座下，気都未（口抖）完，点order啊！忍住道気説：「転頭先、想睇々Menu。」女侍應木無表情、一声不響地走開。両、三分鐘後，想落order，偏々又係那位小姐走過来。点了一杯普通咖啡、一杯latte、lemon tea、tiramisu和cheese cake。妹妹説：「唔該latte要skimmed milk。」女侍應把頭軽々提一提，示意収到，但無出声、無repeat order，again「木無表情、一声不響」地走開。老實説，餐館的環境、食物、価銭和其他侍應的服務還是不錯的，雖不至

尚有個多小時才夠鐘入場，先到這裡吃個晚餐都未遲。不是很大的餐廳，卻也分開了酒吧和用餐區，雖然是擠迫了一點，但感覺是休閒、無拘束的，可以讓人放鬆心情用餐。我與友人俱不是太肚餓，反正睇完戲仍會有下場，不叫太多東西了。來一個頭盤、一客主菜，大家分享。是晚想喝點紅酒，在酒牌上選了較熟悉的澳大利亞的Shiraz。我不是酒友，對品紅酒毫無硏究，只要是舒服、易入口便可，而這杯就合符我的要求。例牌先上餐前麵包，麥包麥味重，我喜歡醮黑醋吃；Grissini香脆可口，這餐的開端是美妙的。頭盤是Piccoli Freschi Assaggi，由火腿、火箭菜、哈蜜瓜、蜜瓜及 Buffalo Mozzarella組成，賣相吸引。火腿軟熟，咸香味足，包著少許辛辣的火箭菜，是很配合的。當然，如果不喜歡的話，跟哈蜜瓜及蜜瓜也會很夾。而Buffalo Mozzarella口感煙韌，唯味道偏淡口，若然換上味道較濃郁的芝士，會更理想。主菜係Spaghetti Marinara，即有磨菇、蓄茄醬及Mozzarella Cheese。店方很窩心地幫我們分好兩份，很喜歡這服務態度。幾香口的，這次的芝士焗過，味道既濃一點亦不失煙韌

好想食tiramisu同panna cotta(呢D先係主菜呢)，最就腳就係黎金鐘的Grappa's開餐啦～訂了8點半，商場的人已經不多了，隔離的日本餐廳都仲有位，但Grappa's還是滿座，証明真係好嘢！是晚點了： FETTUCCINE NERE(鮮蝦墨魚汁闊條麵) - 蝦同麵都好彈牙，個白汁好好味。 SPAGHETTI CARBONARA - 呢個係超好味。餐牌上的是LINGUINE，要求轉SPAGHETTI也可以。第一次見CARBONARA D煙肉同汁係融為一體，唔會食完意粉淨返哂D煙肉！個汁係極RICH同CREAMY，雖然有少少漏，但食完係想再食多份架！滿分呀呢個！ TIRAMISU - 好好味！食極都唔厭！到叫的甜品時候，本來想叫TIRAMISU + PANNA COTTA，可惜PANNA COTTA已經賣哂　　下次先再試。金鐘，太古坊，中環的Grappa's都去過，最滿意的還是金鐘呀～

after watching a movie at amc my parents and i went here for dinner.we ordered two minestrone, one fettuccine nere(pasta w/ squid ink and shrimp),linguine tutto mare(linguine with seafood), a bistecca alla griglia(sirloin steak) and a pizza alla salsiccia (pizza w/ sausages, salami etc).the breadsticks and bread slices were nice when eaten with olive oil and vinegar. the minestrone was really satisfying and i like how the vegetables had been stewed until softened. yummy the fettuccine was really

我和友一行兩個dinner.我有訂檯, 講明遠離bar檯以及kitchen範圍, 我到時友人已經坐底了,但係張檯係晌正女廁隔離, D人去廁所時度門關埋會發出' 膨膨聲 ' O羅, 而KITCHEN 晌正我后面, 跟住我同WAITER講我又訂檯講明要點點點, 但係比張咁咁咁既檯算點呀! 經理幫我們轉檯到最後,屏風間內有1張2人檯, 1張4人檯, 1張8人檯,我們當然2人檯啦.1 x beetroot carpaccio scallops $85 - 帶子好鮮,無overcooked,但無mug味1 x grappa salad $105 - 好多料既salad,食得多ceasar salad,可考慮試呢個 1 x gamberetti risotto $140 - 蟹肉龍蝦汁意大利飯, 比起平時既磨菰意大利飯, 呢個真係好好味* menu 入面有好多pasta 同其他餐選擇4人檯都入座後, 聲音情況都算ok, 但當個張8人(留意: 通通都係女人) 檯都入埋 = 不得了!!好彩我們剛剛食完,但仲想傾計o麻, 4人檯未食完, 8人檯只係有野食既時候係安靜d之外,大部份時間都係嘈到尤如置

Bad services - Waiters are not professional and not polite! Food - Horrible .....We have ordered caesar salad, cuttlefish pasta with prawn and risotto with black truffle. All these dishes are very salty.... don't know how to cook..... They provide bad services and bad food.....it is waste money for dinner there. No more chance... just go 1 time for a try!!!!

五月二十日‧悶熱靜侯的事終於發生，事情雖然不是如最壞打算般發生，但也不是向好的一方面走去了。跟舊同事談起，不如出來飲杯啤酒，散散悶氣。周五晚的hh時段，這裡是當然的座無虛席。檯擺得密，感覺也特別嘈吵，不過喝酒的地方就是如此。侍應不少，但揚手一輪也未有人應，或像是有人看到，但又不會走過來的，服務是如印象般差。沒有生啤，對wine又沒有興趣，就喝樽啤吧。這裡的樽啤選擇可不少，選了London Pride，沒有什麼原因，只記得其甜中帶苦的特別味道。味道帶點果香，入口順滑，泡沫不算豐富，隨之而來的是濃重的啤酒花味道。感覺複雜，幾配合現時的心情。埋單百一，沒有歡樂時光，下次有選擇的話也不會來。謝謝舊同事，聽我說了一堆說話。

My family and I come to this restaurant to celebrate birthday(s) every year.We like it very much!The service is good.Some of the bread made with herbs, usually rosemary.I like the caesar salad, and the romaine is crispy.The tiger prawns were really huge and fresh! And wrapped by my favourite, bacon. Yummy.However, I don't eat oysters, and couldn't tell whether it's nice or not.The veal steak was, amazing! It looked done but still tender and juicy.Duck pizza tasted like peking duck, quite sweet.
