Missing Japan? Check out Best Together Bar and Grill for some amazing sashimi/sushi/skewers! First off, I love how the seating is like “teppanyaki” style where the seats are surrounding the chefs! I also love the high windows, at night you get a nice view 😍 The service was also very amazing, and I love to see them make our dishes 😍 most of all, their sashimi were quite fresh! I loved how they instructed us the order to eat this, and advised us to add alittle flower to the soy sauce. My favourite was the toro 🤤 def melted in my mouth.

My favourite was the sea urchin wrap 🤤 they really loaded the wrap with a ton of it. Their sushi was quite fresh, and love how the rice to sashimi ratio was 1:2!

Amaaazing taste, and inside had a bit of lobster meat! Really freshened the palette and warmed the stomach after eating loads of fresh sashimi! One of my highlights!

Ever tried Chicken Achilles Tendon and Leg Collagen before? I haven’t, but I’ve heard this was one of their signature dishes. It was an interesting texture, kind of like chicken tendon but a lot easier to chew! Recommend trying this if you’re feeling experimental! Love their skewers, they grill it right on the spot in front of you 😍

發現新餐廳開張不久,便與同事來試試探店。一進去就有點像omakase的設計,都是圍繞吧台坐高椅,風景也不錯很開揚。.壽司🍣定食$208,8件壽司加3小塊蟹柳卷。前菜都很不錯,茶碗蒸加上了黑松露,芬香撲鼻👃🏼。燉煮牛肉也很入味,可惜有點太油😛。整體來說,壽司定食份量足,價錢合理,但感覺魚生沒有說特別新鮮,有點像連鎖壽司店的質素。.串燒拼盤$178有6串,每天的食材都不一樣,可以問侍應細節。不過不失,份量也可以。.另外單點了雞腳筋,非常特別,是廚師👨‍🍳親自從雞腳挑出來,口感有點像雞肉股香脆,但連上更多雞皮,口感更豐富。.雞軟骨棒,配以日本🇯🇵雞蛋🥚黃,也值得一點。.⭐️性價比:4/5星💰人均:$200港元

AlwaysHungry was first to arrive and ordered the abalone rice and oysters.Friendly manager explained that the restaurant wanted to adopt a sake-bar concept and recommended different sakes for us to try. I was contently full when the same skewers kept continuing to appear. We asked the manager how much more and turned out AlwaysHungry (who was also full by that time) had ordered 3 rounds of everything. Manager agreed to cancel the orders that they had not started grilling. (Someone commented that the manager could have said sth when it was obvious that AlwaysHungry was tripping- ordering for 18 ppl instead of 8.) We all had a box filled with leftover skewers to take away. I took the chicken wings.
Miso soup- came with the prawn head; nice and sweet.
Dessert comprised of a variety of sorbet and roll cake. Tried the strawberry and matcha cake; coconut and apple sorbet. Manager noted that they had these flown in from Japan.
Ended up ordering 4 bottles of 720 sake (around $650 each).
In summary, good food, interesting choice of skewers. Excellent service. Servers were very proactive refilling water, sake carafes and ice containers.
(PS. It was quite dark in the restaurant but my photos turned out ok. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the iphone12 mini.)
