星期六的中午都唔係好多人點完點心唔夠兩分鐘,即刻有點心到,真係厲害!菠蘿叉燒包-好味,面夠鬆脆,叉燒味道好,而且仲熱辣辣蝦餃-幾好鮑魚酥-算幾多鮑魚粒,味道亦幾好薑米蟹肉腸粉(粟米皮)-非常唔掂,以為粟米皮是粟米加入腸粉皮,但原來是腸粉上灑上幾片早餐粟米片此外,吃不到薑米和蟹肉應有味道炸魷魚鬚-味道一般,不過上桌時熱辣辣,所以覺得幾好魚湯浸菜心-菜心非常以嫩,魚湯略鹹紫米”慈”-原來是凍食,味道麻麻

點完點心唔夠兩分鐘,即刻有點心到,真係厲害!

菠蘿叉燒包-好味,面夠鬆脆,叉燒味道好,而且仲熱辣辣
蝦餃-幾好
鮑魚酥-算幾多鮑魚粒,味道亦幾好
薑米蟹肉腸粉(粟米皮)-非常唔掂,以為粟米皮是粟米加入腸粉皮,但原來是腸粉上灑上幾片早餐粟米片
此外,吃不到薑米和蟹肉應有味道
炸魷魚鬚-味道一般,不過上桌時熱辣辣,所以覺得幾好
魚湯浸菜心-菜心非常以嫩,魚湯略鹹
紫米”慈”-原來是凍食,味道麻麻

上月吃完泰航o既飛機餐,難吃的感覺記憶尤新,想不到事隔一月,又來一餐陸地飛機餐.事原本與友人相約到此茶聚,但正當與太太甫坐下開好茶之際,友人突留言爽約,心情難免有點失落,但幸好酒樓佈置充滿聖誕氣氛,且整潔舒適,我倆坐於四人坐位上.感覺寬敞,待應小姐亦禮貌周周,舒適感受尤如坐在航機的商務客位.先來的煎腸粉,竟只有微暖,內層亦顯得淡而無味,再上的炸魷魚鬚,炸得尚算鬆脆,但魷魚就有點兒硬,質素跟經濟機艙無異.,第二回合盡是蒸點,臘味蘿蔔糕內的蝦米,臘肉分佈均衡,每口皆可感到蘿蔔絲連帶料,唔錯!潮州紛粿,件頭細細,皮薄料足,最緊要o既係夠熱,蠔皇叉燒包,又是件頭細細,兩口已可整個吃下,次輪的感覺好像提昇到商務艙.服務及食品質素都唔錯,不過想起電話中友人爽約的留言,就有點耿耿於懷,有時單以文字去表達心裡思想,總不及聲音來得親切,起碼聲音多左一份語調,感情等,沒那麼容易做成誤會.

美麗華商場的翠亨村分兩層,今天剛巧有婚宴在下層,於是上了間格比較怪的上層。點了鴨舌做頭盤,邊食邊看menu。鴨舌不連下巴,很滑,但非常之鹹,白白把鴨舌浪費。本來想點四人和菜,但最後還是自選菜式。香草羊腿是用炒的,羊腿肉質還可以但亦是太鹹,如何定義過鹹?不能空口吃的是也。所以只好另外要了白飯。八珍鴨,是把鮑魚、尤魚,小塘菜,竹笙等配以整塊鴨腿用蠔油芡汁上碟,鴨肉跟鴨皮都很軟滑,雖然味道有點偏鹹但還是勉強可以推篤。串燒牛肉雖然不韌,卻真的燒得略乾,賣相亦不太好,就是那種看到也沒有衝動吃的感覺。最後是海參寬麵,寬麵沒有剪開,長長的粘成一團,唉,不說了。唯一好的服務周到,態度友善。

sales們送上一客麥芽糖雙黃月餅, 品種特別, 立即為它開刀!!!蛋黃油水不多, 黃的中心更有白色過乾的情況, 自稱以麥芽糖代黃糖做的蓮蓉不夠甜, 甜味有點"到喉唔到肺"的感覺, 蓮子不夠香, 整體感覺都是用料不夠上乘, 扮健康的月餅通常都是失敗之作, 還是傳統的好!!

舊老闆又請食飯,地點仍舊是翠亨村。老闆話事要叫幾個點心,分別要蝦餃、鳳爪、海鮮角、牛肉、蜆蚧稜魚球和新出品的黑椒雞肉批等。新出品雞批一碟有3件,細細件,黑椒不會太辣,雞肉味道不錯,酥皮鬆化香口,算有水準;鳳爪亦新鮮,不是冰鮮得過耐的那種;稜魚球配上濃濃的蜆蚧醬都ok。除了蝦仁不太新鮮外,其餘的點心亦不過不失。其實,最近真的聽到不少對翠亨村的批評。當然,如今的翠亨村比起十多年前的確是差了一點,但也不至於是一毛不值吧!

我的男友雖已預先訂位,但仍然要我們一行十人多等差不多45分鐘,而侍應們均沒有給我們任何理由,且只敷衍地著我們再加等候。另外,食物質素大大退步,叉燒包內更藏有鐵絲。經理得知後卻毫無歉意,只替我們換過便草草了事。究竟從前高質素的翠亨村去了哪裡?我相信自此以後我也不會再光顧,更不會向朋友推介!

酒家本身裝修略為古舊,四人叫幾款點心,水準一般無特別驚喜,加個魚滑湯米線,湯底夠鮮味還可以,只是魚滑十足像街邊的生菜魚肉,售價八+幾元,唔值!!可能人手關係,服務態度一般,好像沒吃過什麽,埋單要三百幾四百,略為唔化算。

中午時閒來和老父飲茶吃午飯, 胃口不佳加上老父對飲食有所制限, 兩個人點了五個點心已足夠了; 等了十數分鐘幾個點心幾近同一時間到達, 點心製作精緻水準亦穩定, 蝦餃和燒賣新鮮爽口而且不覺油膩; 牛肉球結實討好, 牛肉腸粉肉味輕清但加入了馬碲碎粒口感清新; 叉燒包表現一般, 叉燒饀偏小; 最後還點了一碗合核露, 質感滑但偏甜了一點, 合核味道不太突出.已有一段時間沒有來這間酒樓, 裝修好像改變了不小, 侍應亦有點生面口, 環境仍然舒服.

好耐之前, 我曾經幫襯過"翠亨村", 而且留下不錯的印象. 已經沒有光顧一段日子, 今日再度光顧的我, 多少懷著期望的心情.只可惜, 今日的service 真係好差, 坐了很久都冇人開茶, 舉手叫侍應幾次, 竟然冇人應, 有些侍應只係掛住同熟客傾計, 唔通唔駛招呼生客? 另外, 飲晒D茶, 打開個蓋好耐, 亦唔見有侍應幫你加水, 唯有自己出動, 而侍應要到見你拎住個茶壺, 先至識得幫手.今日主要係食點心, 水準有中上. 另外仲叫左個干炒牛河, 但水準不是太好.總括而言, 食物可以, 但招呼唔得, 但要成平均$165一位, 我覺得好唔值.

we haven\'t booked the table in Dong Restaurant in Miaramar Hotel on Wed night. It was fully booked and there is no table for us. How come??we then went to this restuarant to try. two ppl have three dishes, all are recommended by chef:石歧乳鴿($48): very very very small. nearly can\'t a bit of meat. the body of the pigeon is only as long as a finger. the taste is so so. 野菌油泡龍利(about $78); the presentation is no good. taste of the fish is ok. but the mushroom is not the fresh one, only the \"can\". d

tea $10 per head. sauce $9 per head. HSBC credit card now have 15% off for the main menu. the environment is good and decoration is is comfortable (we were on G/F). quite many forigners. but I will go back to Dong Restaruant next time. here is not value for money.

吃了不少點心,都是水準之作,外觀、味道皆好。吃了個羊仔肉配餅,是這期「香料之旅」中的一道作品,茴香味重,但仍不夠風味,醬汁味略嫌稍重。順道也買了(種),是裹蒸種+水種+反豆種,裹蒸種料足味美,但太細了…水種配了桂花糖,非常香。反豆種有豆有酸薑,幾醒胃!
