To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我係二月二十五日打電話去訂咗一張16人枱, 諗住週日去一班人飲茶高興下

二月二十八日 12:00 noon - 我地有人準時到達攞檯, d人跟住陸續到達

12:20pm – 見d人到得咁上下, 我地開始叫第一輪點心同其他小食

12:31pm – 個部長落好單, 俾番張電腦紀錄紙我地. 我地就一邊拜年派/收利是, 一邊等野食. 同時, 我地又將第二輪o既點心紙交俾部長

12:42pm – 我地見等得都有一段時間都未有點心, 就叫部長姐姐同我地跟下, 點知部長姐姐話個電腦system lock住左d單, 第一輪個d點心都未出, 佢會連埋第二輪d同我地追

12:55pm - 終於有侍應送食物來我地張檯, 放低左一大碟咁多嘅煎腸粉....我地一檯17人望住碟腸粉…決定等其他野到埋一齊食

1:05pm – 一d動靜都無, 我地再問部長, 佢都係話蒸緊, 會幫我地追. 我決定起身去問同熟客吹緊水o既曾經理, 同佢表示我地坐左成30分鐘都只係來得一碟煎腸粉俾17個人, 佢一句唔好意思同對唔住都無, 淨係話 “個電腦system壞左, 要等耐d, 你將就下喇” , 仲話 “你張檯d野嚟緊啦” , 咁呢個時侯又真係有人上緊菜俾我地張檯, 咁我就番去睇下點啦. 原來都係無點心, 只係嚟左廚部嘅野, 即係有2碟菜, 同一碟雞翼.

1:10pm – 炒飯同陳村粉都到喇, 但都係無點心. 我地再叫部長姐姐追, 佢都係話仲有兩分鐘就有…….好, 我地唯有食住等, 17個人, 好容易咁就清哂檯上d野,

1:15pm – 望穿秋水嘅點心終於出場喇, 不過都只係得我地第一輪叫嘅野…..我地見好似有d起色, 再劃第三張點心紙

1:20pm - 交左張點心紙, 叫部長姐姐快d跟進第二輪d點心..我地有人等到好肚餓, 惟有食住珍寶珠, 又或者出去食煙….眼見不停有侍應捧點心出來, 不過全部都無我地份

1:35pm – 我地再問部長姐姐幾時有野食, 佢就攞張單叫我地剔起邊d野嚟左, 佢入廚房再追. 好, 我地又照做

1:40pm – 我地實在忍無可忍, 叫左個經理埋嚟反映我地嘅不滿. 呢位曾經理佢又係無一句唔好意思, 對唔住之類嘅說話, 仲要惡過你, 態度惡劣到不得了咁話: “我頭先都交代左原因啦, 你地咁勞嘈都解決唔到問題架”….嘩!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 咁我地係幾時可以有野食, 同埋係有無得食先, 我地等左1小時30分鐘仲叫唔忍耐? 佢唔答我地, 一副做唔做我地生意都無所謂咁, 我地惟有即刻埋單拉隊走人, 去鴻星再食過!

曾經理即刻叫部長同我地埋單, 仲話只係收我地9位茶錢, 加一小費照收!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

出到門口, 好聲好氣咁問知客姐姐拉攞佢地嘅卡片, 個姐姐黑口黑面好似唔想俾咁, 再問佢攞意見紙, 佢又粒聲唔出行左去, 跟住出來好無禮貌咁遞張卡俾我, 由頭到尾一句多謝都無. 我明白真係有咩主管, 咪有咩下屬!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

由頭到尾只有個部長姐姐同我地講過唔好意思, 其他人一句道歉都無不特止, 仲要無禮貌, 態度惡劣, 不負責任

我地一檯17人都係講道理嘅人, 你地酒樓system出問題, 我地都好忍耐. 我地雖然唔係熟客, 但係當日17人嘅消費額都唔會低啦, 點知要受曾經理白眼, 貼錢買難!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
作為服務行業,無禮貌係死罪, 仲話自己係高級食府, 以客為先潻!!!!!!!!

等家人回來前,閃出去同食友吃翠亨村的傳統名物網油肝花卷。兩位食友真是好小子,連老師傅也願意替他們做出這難賣得起錢的手工菜,他們背後該動的誠意該不少,有幸再吃,不請也要自來。炒鮮奶、窩貼鮮奶也做得不錯,但珠玉在此,名物網油肝花卷把風頭都吸搶去。這裡老師傅捱過數十寒暑,此品誰都會做,奈何懂得吃的人不多,難得兩位年輕食友欣賞,多些人知也是飲食界之福。腰肝卷是網油包著雞肝、豬肝、菇絲還有肉絲炸成,分享了粗菜細作及一些翠亨村的歷史,三人分來吃,先說包紮的功力是做到鬆化又不會吃到一地子碎,各款材料獨自調味,或煮或蒸,包起脆炸,既有雞肝軟潤亦有豬肝的濃味,而豬網油的甘腴滲到餡料內,味道是豐富得不得了,如加淮鹽提味更好吃,要說翠亨村代表性名物,首推此品。年輕食友將材料分拆還原,談了中菜的一些技術,吃畢,述起不少趣事,見有時間又趕下一場去。

今晚約了契媽晚飯,她又帶我去她的至愛飯店,一行四人,點了四個菜,百合帶子、蝦子芥蘭豆腐…尼兩樣味道如何,我不知道(對海鮮敏感,除魚外),未吃過,見其他人係咁吃,我估都好味,琵琶雞…皮脆肉軟、本身配甜醬,但兩者我覺得唔夾,所以叫侍應拿碟疆蔥容點番會好些,炸班頭南,尼個一定要吃,舊舊都好肥美,好漏,唔好吃太多,會好滯的。仲叫了個鴨舌、四碗飯,甜品一定要吃,我推介杏仁胡,去親必吃。埋單800元多少少

get a tailor made shoes at jordan. spend 110 dollars taxi from fo tan home to here. dono where to eat for lunch afterward. so come here again. do not need to book any table. many free table. hsbc visa having a half price 4 ppl lunch. charge around 500 dollars. so we order that. the portion very big. coz we just has 3 adults and we didnt eat much. food and service are above adverage. also waitress offer free dessert for us. if we visit mira building. i guess we will either go to this restaurant o

mom visited eye dr. on 18th floor. so find a restaurant nearby to have lunch. many choices nearly also having the famous buffet at the lobby. we were thinking about the hotel opposite to this mall too. finally choose this restaurant. the environment is a bit old. but service and food are quite good. not expensive compare with ifc or lee garden. but no view at all.

魚唇羹是很濃鮮的湯,這裡的湯很不錯,沒下薄芡,但比較之下早前梓桐堂的羹就更正宗,那邊用的是鮮魚唇。大良炒鮮奶,這裡炒功好,下了少少粉,細滑亦有薄薄奶香,吃畢碟底亦不覺油膩膩,比太子鳳城要好。

餐牌轉了變得廣式,然,鍋貼牛奶併均安魚餅這名物長掛餐牌,證明很對港人口味,鍋貼奶是奶凍貼在多士上,幾考炸功,奶依舊甜滑卻滲滿油光,同意她說沒用吸油紙抹油,多士比金黃酥脆,吃得出炸功,魚餅剁得鬆腍細緻,蘸以鮮而不腥的蜆芥,做得比大部分順德館子出色認真。

網油腰肝卷,金黃精緻的老派菜,網油包著細切的菇絲、腰條、豬肝炸成,網油的甘腴與豬肝的香濃,再加上豬腰的爽口感,極盡油膩又極盡豐富老派味道,炸功方面比得龍、客家好廚高上幾班,二口子吃得嘖嘖稱奇。

來得太遲了,餐牌沒有米心粥,幸好老師傅的手功依舊出色,金黃卷物見證著老酒家上世紀傳下來的手藝。文出時《車胎人指南》已見街,尖沙咀店沒被記載,可以理解的,因為老師傅的手勢從來都是招呼為興趣開店的集團老闆,在此謝謝師傅特別炮製的佳餚,會再來試試一系列特式順特小品。

We chose the restaurant to celebrate my father's birthday last Friday. We read from a credit card promotion that there is a set dinner for four offered at half price. Surprise to me, the waiter said the set dinner has been sold out. Good god, it's half past seven! If they don't want offer a set dinner on Friday night, they should say so but not gave an excuse in such a dishonest manner. 薑汁蛋白炒飯-薑汁濃,不會炒得好油膩,可惜飯身略為硬。

除了送的半打壽包外,還加多半打。鍾意食壽包的我,以為滿心歡喜,第一口已覺不妥,好像是未熟透或發透的麵團,了極為之少。

這集團酒樓只吃過中午,晚飯還是第一次,水準一般,但服務不錯。

上周日有幸到此酒樓晚飯. 當時要了數個餸,其中一個每份$60, (三個人起計)的臘味煲仔飯和一個手撕雞都是今次討論之焦點. 點菜後四十五分鐘後上菜時,我們看到了一個大大的瓦煲盛了一大煲白飯和一個中碟的雜拼臘味. 這種情況跟一往在其他地方叫到的臘味煲仔飯大大不同. 若要想個切合的菜名,我想應該是臘味配白飯才較合適. 這樣就是$180.00 了. 至於那款手撕雞亦甚精彩. 因為它就恰似斬件後的鹽焗雞再用手撕開一片片. 在絲的雞肉旁還可清楚地見到了方型的雞皮. 其實是日亦不是我們頭一次領教翠亨村酒樓的精景菜色, 記得今年初也曾到此酒樓茗茶, 席間點了一個蛋白炒飯, 價格好像也是$60.00 到上菜時,我們看到的真的是一碟淨蛋白炒白飯, 肉絲沒有,搖柱沒有,青豆沒有,連醬油都沒有, 想跟吃齊沒大分別.
